The resort is located on a private Peninsula in Agia Pelagia , with its architecture similar to the Cretan village and is surrounded by a spacious garden, a river and 3 beaches. It features its own Botanic garden, 7 freshwater pools and a Spa with hydrotherapy pool. On site many restaurants, serving a variety of dishes, from fine French to Italian, from fusion to traditional Greek and Cretan. All rooms have a balcony with garden views or sea views, plasma TV with satellite channels, air conditioning and telephone with Voicemail. Children under 10 years have free access to the amusement Park Capsis Minoan, with a variety of activities to explore the Minoan mythology. A luxurious choice for a great family vacation.

Pro: The location of the resort is wonderful! The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked very well, and the room was cleaned every day. The staff was very professional... perfect service (at the beach bar, restaurant, and other places where drinks were served). I liked that the staff always helped immediately with a smile on their faces. The whole place is amazing.
Contra: There are some things that don't work... for example, the fountain, the restaurant that isn't operational, and some areas that could be better maintained.

We had our honeymoon from 20-27.09 and everything was wonderful. The food, the beach, the staff attitude and the restaurants.
We received an upgraded room and a late check-out because of delayed flight for free.
It was the best decision for a holiday at this hotel.

We have a beautiful room looking out to the sea. Our room is lovely and spacious, and the food and service by all the staff is really good. The beach has plenty of sunbeds and a bar, and the beach restaurant serves good food. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I wouldn’t usually write a review but as a family of 6 with a disabled child, i wished someone had written this review before we spent thousands of pounds on the 4 bed maisonette.
We have stayed at a lot of 5 star hotels in Greece but this is NOT 5 star quality. The private pool in our room was a health hazard,! Something you’d expect in a budget hotel. Our first evening we all looked at each other and thought - what have we done. We have never been so disappointed when arriving on our holidays.
The food thankfully after the 1st evening did improve but if you are a family with young children or disabled persons, this is not the place for you.
It is extremely hilly, with only 2 golf cars to help people get around a very large complex. We saw so many families with very young children struggling up the hills.
Sun loungers, forget them. They have 200 sun-beds and 1000 guests, no sun-beds at all. Even if you did wake up at 5am to find a bed, you were beaten to it.
We relied on our broken pool or a chair we could find to keep us all cool.
On a positive note though, the views were stunning

We are currently staying at this hotel and are thoroughly impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. The customer-oriented approach here is top-notch: from the quick and easy check-in process to the attentiveness to our every need.
We especially want to highlight the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The employees are always ready to help, provide useful information, and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks to their care, we feel right at home.

I spent 7 nights with my wife and son and this was one of the best vacations I have ever taken.
The views are spectacular, the food is great, the staff is very friendly.
The best thing at the location are the very beautiful gardens and views.
Had a great time and we will be back next year.

Great hotel, extraordinary location!
Staff very friendly, overall excellent service. Very helpful front desk and bus boys! Very clean rooms. Food is normal and has variety. Many bars around the hotel. Private beach. Many trails to walk around. Many activities like outdoor chess, watersports, ping pong table, pool table and many more. Has Spa with extra charge, mini market, fish spa to name a few

Great location with amazing views over the sea. We had a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking the sea which provided us with the most amazing sunrises and cannot fault the room at all. Unfortunately for us we got there on the day that the hotel opened for the season so for the 4 days we were there (1st weekend in May) I’d say probably 80% of the facilities were unavailable to us as they was not yet open. Considering the property is advertised as a Resort and Spa you do have to pay for the use of the Spa (I.e sauna and steam room), I questioned this and was told that the Spa is not run by the Hotel. We went for the all inclusive package but ended up eating out more than in. Food was mediocre and the cocktails were not the best. Maybe if the other restaurants on site had been available to us we would have eaten at the resort bit more.
In summary for our trip Amazing location, amazing friendly staff. I’m sure if we had gone in the main season where everything was open we would have had a totally different experience. One last thing I would hire a car if you are staying here and you want to get out and about.

The hotel is extremely non-customer-oriented. Two weeks ago we booked a hotel for June through a tour operator and paid for it. The tour operator canceled the charter flight for our date and we had to change the date two days earlier. The tour operator wrote to the hotel and there has been no response to reschedule for 2 weeks. The tour operator can't do anything.
It is unacceptable. Prices for other hotels have already increased significantly.
Are there a hotel management? Give me the answer already!!! Extremely disrespectful attitude towards future tourists!!!
