Fantastic stay. Stunning location. Loved cocktails in the lobby bar. All inclusive food and wine very good, included cocktails disappointing but Spritz’s in the lobby bar were terrific. Lovely views from all aspects.
The pool areas are small and there were not enough sunbeds and often 'reserved' by selfish people who think it's ok to do this and not turn up for hours despite a sign saying it was forbidden
The food choice and quality at the all inclusive was excellent, the vegetarian choice was good but we found many foods not labelled (apart from allergens) so sometimes it was hard to determine if it contained meat or not
Several things were missing from one room and the telephone didn't work so we had to keep traipsing to reception to get things fixed, which they did promptly. But despite reporting the phone twice it was never resolved
We chose the bungalow and had asked to have it arranged so my father in law was in one room to himself and my daughter in with me & my husband. The hotel confirmed that this was ok and could be arranged for our stay
This was not ideal for us as it meant we had to keep our door closed so we had privacy but meant my father in law was without any light apart from the dingy ceiling light so he felt like he was in a prison

The rooms are spread on the hillside, so you walk a while from the main building to the room
Unfortunately, there are too many flaws. It definitely needs some remodeling, and the hotel has a lot of flaws in general. The food was okay, but I think more fish and Greek cuisine in general should be offered
The beach has plenty of sunbeds and a bar, and the beach restaurant serves good food. We would definitely stay at this hotel again
We had our honeymoon from 20-27. 09 and everything was wonderful. The food, the beach, the staff attitude and the restaurants. We received an upgraded room and a late check-out because of delayed flight for free
We have a beautiful room looking out to the sea. Our room is lovely and spacious, and the food and service by all the staff is really good
It was really nice, the food could have been better for all inclusive but overall the stay was great.

Do upgrade to a sea view balcony! Everything is modern and clean, the English speaking staff are friendly and helpful, there are 2 main pool areas (one for adults only) and a small private beach with bar at the bottom of the hill
Good place to stay, helpful staff and even the fact that the hotel is on a cliff and everywhere lots of stairs does not spoil the overall impression about the hotel
An extraordinary experience. The staff at the restaurant is a 10. The service is impeccable. We thank them for everything.
We rested in the hotel twice. I want to come back for more)))
The food is excellent with a huge choice and enough changes from day to day. This is not a place to go B&B as you’d need a hire car or taxi to escape, although a regular bus goes directly from the hotel to Heraklion
This was made harder by the fact that, although there are plenty of sun beds, only the ones around the children’s pool have parasols. There are plenty of both down at the pretty little beach

The best solo trip I have been on. Staff are so friendly and welcoming and really go out of their way for you. Loved the 8am morning yoga sessions and the teachers were excellent. The pool and amenities were amazing
The staff talked us through all the essentials when we arrived and helped us to our room via golf cart. We stayed in a sea view room which also overlooked the lower pool and the room was split over two floors
It was a very modern space with plenty of room and a balcony. We had no issues with noise either. The pool bar snacks were great, with fruit pots and fresh rolls each day, there were also crepes and waffles
The property was absolutely breathtaking! It sat on the side of a cliff and was beyond beautiful. All the stuff were incredibly friendly. I've stayed in dozens of all inclusive resorts and this one takes the cake!
The manager found us on our last night and gave us a bottle of their own Prosecco, which was a very nice gesture. For anyone in the market for this kind of stay, I would definitely recommend this resort
Beautiful resort, amazing customer service. The Oceana restaurant (the only one with any availability the week we were there, one slot @8:30pm) was only ok, I think the buffet was better

The food is a real highlight! The meals were delicious and varied, and the drinks included in the all-inclusive were great too. We really appreciated that we could use the resort’s facilities even after check-out
Unfortunately this is where the positives finish. The pool is dirty with mould on the edges, and the slides are so worn the paint is coming away. Pool towels are not included - these should be included at 4 star level
Such a lovely stay! The staff were always professional and friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a larger room on the top floor, which made our stay even more comfortable
The room, the restaurant, the whole resort - everything was spotlessly clean! The air conditioning worked flawlessly. The location is quiet, and even with a pool-view room, we heard no noise at all
That said, our room was spacious and comfortable, with a pool just steps away that was rarely used by others, felt like our own private retreat
-Our friends in the beginning were not happy with their room but after conversation with receptionist we all received proposition of upgrade from 2 rooms to 1 room with jacuzzi - amazing ! The only small thing I would change was the “disco light” in jacuzzi - too strong and too flashy

The staff are amazing - from reception staff to animation team, we were thoroughly looked after everyday! I cannot thank the staff enough, they work tirelessly to provide a quality service; and it shows in this review
The food and drinks are great, with all inclusive resorts we always worry as we are not very experimental with food, however panorama hotel has a good variety of options for all tastes which was great, we didn’t have a bad meal! The drinks are great - the cocktails are a great bonus! Delicious! The entertainment was the best we have seen in a hotel - the animation team went above and beyond to ensure...
Stayed at Panorama Village Hotel for a week in July - and wow it was great! We originally booked a garden view room - which wasn’t to our standards - completely our fault so no judgement held against the hotel
Well worth the extra cost as we absolutely loved the room and in fact it made the holiday as we were on the top floor with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and nearby towns
After 1 night in the garden view room we asked if we could move to a Sea View room, which the kind staff and manager managed to sort out for us at a very reasonable cost
Location - given the amazing sea views comes with a downside. It’s around a 10 minute walk to the beach downhill and 20 back up- however this isn’t a huge deal as the hotel offers a shuttle throughout the day

located in the main beach and taverna's street hotel and room were very clean restaurant area is beautiful and the view is excellent.
Our second stay at Castello Infinity. We both thought everything about the hotel was exceptional on our first stay and one always wonders whether a second visit would match the first
The half-board main course options had expanded slightly compared with our last stay. Can't go wrong whatever you order. If we had to pick a favourite I'd select the Sea Bass, and my wife the Mushroom Risotto
Plunge pool was heated and a joy once again, The resort itself small and friendly. Obviously busier in June than September - the sunbeds on the beach do get taken relatively early
Our stay was just as amazing and relaxing as our first visit. I won't repeat what I said in the review posted after the first visit - all that still stands
Very nice hotel, pleasant staff... nevertheless, some areas for improvement for this 5-star hotel: geko excrement at the edge and in the swimming pool, pool temperature limit, lack of a music speaker,...

Staying for 4 nights in room 402. We planned to go to the beach each day but the hotel is too good to leave. Drinks are really good, staff are great, food is warm, tasty and plentiful
Views are amazing 4th time in Agia pelagia and Alexander house hotel will definitely be our go to place
The pool area is lovely, but there are only 65 sunbeds for over 500 rooms, which makes it difficult to get a spot. As mentioned, guests reserve beds with towels, despite the hotel’s policy against it
The domestic staff are so hardworking ensuring we had everything we needed fresh towels everyday, nothing too much trouble. The barstaff are very friendly and fun
Since there’s no lifeguard to manage the situation, this practice goes unchecked. To get a bed, you’ll need to be up early or, as we found, try your luck around 5pm. Another downside is the smoking around the pool
We also saw people bringing drinks and even eating pizza in the pool, and without any staff managing this, guests felt free to do whatever they liked

The location of this property was great. It was super close to dining, shops and beach access. The front desk was attentive and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool.
I certainly would not call it "luxury" as its name says. Having to constantly pay for drinks around the pool and bar is a hassle and a faff. a luxury hotel would give you a tab. room was clean, staff friendly
They allow guests drop their bags and to remain in the pool area or elsewhere outside the hotel and shower after checkout. This was extremely convenient, as I had a later flight
A beautiful, modern & clean location. Wonderful pools, staff & walkable to Agi Pelagia
Amazing stay!! Amazing stay at Seascapes, they were very accommodating to our requests and the staff was very tentative. The massage was 10/10! We would definitely recommend Seascapes!
Short transfer from the airport Great service Lovely rooms Feels super peaceful Everything in great condition Within a stones throw of the beach Recommended without any reservations!

The staff is always there to assist you on any request you may have. The location of the restaurant is next to the pool, with an amazing view to the Cretan sea. The Cave suites capture the blissful solitude and romance
Acro Suites is built on rocks, where you gaze at the wild natural beauty! Sunset time was just magical! Τhe staff was willing to serve us in whatever we needed, the chef's dishes were delicious and the F&B manager made us feel like friends of the hotel, not just customers
unique rooms with the most beautiful view ever and really good design and super clean. Really good services at all facilities with very kind and really helpful stuff at front office. Spa is a dream that comes to life
The location and the view are outstanding. We loved the fact that our suite was built like a cave. Nice and friendly staff. Dinner was delicious. Great location for couples, very romantic. Highly recommend it
Breakfast is delicious and restaurant is one of the best I have visited. Staff, it’s simply the best! Friendly, helpful and very attentive. So happy with our romantic getaway and can’t wait to be back!
Acro suites is the place to be. The vibes from the rocks of the mountain, the sea and the sky is the combination of the pure relaxation. Services, facilities and the suites are excellent

We stayed in the top penthouse and it was an amazing treat, nice views, private pool with a very well equipped outdoor area overlooking the bay. The room was spacious, comftable and all the amenities required
I shall definitely start the review with the fact that it was so good, we booked again whilst lay on the sunloungers! Stunning hotel with staff that are like family
There is many stairs in the hotel area and no lift and smoking is allowed pool area
So helpful and attentive and happy for a chat! Breakfast was lovely, everything you need and healthy with the most cheerful of staff of a morning to greet you. And a few cats that are really happy chilling there too
Very stylish and nice hotel, good bed and pillow. Breakfast was super and staff were very friendly. There is two nice pool areas, although water was very cold this time of year
The accomodation does not miss anything. The dedication and kindness the staff puts into practice is of the highest standard. The cuisine is excellent and the general atmosphere very cosy

The entire staff was really amazing. I felt very welcome and everybody was super nice. The facilities are well kept and are beautiful. I stayed there two days/ one night. The suite was very nice I had a whirlpool
The resort offers you all the features you prefer, gym, massages, pool, restaurant, bar etc. The food always good quality, as homemade, fresh
Beautiful hotel in a lovely setting with amazing views. Very friendly staff, particular the manager who was extremely understanding and accomadating. Looking forward to returning in the near future.
The resort is located in the earth of the hill which fell down to the beautiful Agia Pelagia beach. It is a tipical Cretan wildlife, a quite place where you can stay in a total relax, today a rare place to find
The restaurant was very good too including the breakfast. Bicycles are free or charge which is a nice add on. Because the hotel is between three nice beaches. I really loved it and probably come back
Thanks to give us the opportunity to spend our holidays in your resort. I would like to suggest other visitors to consider Happy Cretan Suites as their option if you want visit Crete
