We spend a week end of July 2020 and we have to admit that we made the right choice. Great location right , next to the city center, very close to the beach, bus station, Bars , Clubs. Located in a quiet area to relax without noise. Staff is excellent, we got lots of info to explore crete and many hidden places... Hust ask Giorgos what you need...amazing contact on viber and whats app. we ll be back in summer 21...

Great location, nice and quiet place, not too big and all the personele is very friendly … CHARMING ! Clean confortable room, good bed, we were incredibly helped by Aspa, she could give recomendations, directions and even concrete help when we lost a wallet in the public transportation. We are so thankfull for the service at Charm hotel. Surely we will return🙏🏽♥️

We booked the Charm Hotel for 3 nights. The superior double room was clean and nice furnished. The breakfast was delicious. The staff (Katerina and Antonis) very friendly. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality.

This hotel is wonderful Hotel is in the center of the city, but at the same time you can enjoy in silent nights. The room is huge and clean. Breakfast is great, every day something new is on the table. The stuff is very polite and helpfull, with a lot of information about the island and excurion. I reccommend this hotel to everyone at anytime, is the best for couples.

Best value, perfect location
It is a small family run hotel. The rooms are nice and tidy. Location is perfect just a few minutes from the promenade. Staff was very kind and helpful. The only bad thing I noticed was the shower head was a bit detached from the wall in the shower, but that didnt affect the use. Breakfast was continental, last day we had pancakes which was also nice. Overall very good price/value.

If you are planning on holidays in Crete, Charm hotel is a must to stay in! Run by wonderful couple who are extremely hands on and helpful, hotel is located few minutes walk from the beach. Daily in-house, organic breakfasts are just perfect to start a day! Rooms are kept just in immaculate shape! The whole experience was just fantastic and we surely couldn’t imagine staying elsewhere next time visiting Crete! Thank you Antonis and Katerina!

Very nice and quite hotel for business travelling but also for relaxation. It's a small hotel with pleasent environment and lovely hostels. Easy access and exit to the main roads and interesting places to visit around.. bus and taxi stations are really close to the hotel just like the the coast is not far from it. I loved the decoration of the room as much the owner's welcoming.. That combination made us feel really comfortable and that was the point.. also the hostels were so kind and friendly that we had the feeling we are family. Regarding the restaurant we had only breakfast which was royal and all the materials were fresh. The place around of where this hotel is located is quite social and interesting to be explored not only ones. I would definitely love to visit that place and meet the hostels again.. thanks a lot for your services charm hotel!

Great hotel with lovely owners, very clean rooms and common areas. the breakfast buffet was also tasty with fresh eggs, honey and vegetables. The buffet has also vegan choices (much appreciated!) Thanks again guys!
