One city hotel in the center of Heraklion with nice renovated rooms and and its near the morzinis lions fountain and the shopping center of heraklion.verry clean and well made rooms with nice bathrooms and accommodations as iron,safe, coffee machine ,tv and water heater.some of the rooms have also complimentary breakfast or with an extra charge you can have it as well.it contains cold cuts as ham,turkey, feta cheese and gouda,orange juice,coffee ar tea and other beverages.Omelets and bacon with sausages are also an option and some pies than like cheese or spinach pie,yogurt with fruits ,honey a variety of breads and bread sticks and some other siders also.Also dont forget to take pancakes from the automatic maker is nice.The room prices are almost valued for money(maby it can be cheaper some days in the week ) and the restaurant is clean and spacious for the size of the hotel. Until now i stayed in 2 rooms and im very satisfied. For any more information not be afraid to contact me in personal mesage.

Generally good,nice rooftop/smoking area,in the city centre,the parking lot that the cooperate with was closed when we arrived so we had to park on the street. Other than that everything was nice

Tucked nearby main shopping and not too far from bus station. This is easily walkable from the port.
Staff was extra helpful in guiding us to local restaurant options, bus transit, and general information.
Morning buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Staff do not respect the “do not disturb” light. They don’t use those door cards, so there is no other way to let them know. I’m glad I didn’t leave any cash out where it could have been mistaken as a tip

We had a really disappointing experience at Castro Hotel. We stayed there for 10 days, we booked a three bed room but instead of it we got a room with two beds and a camp bed. They refused to change us room because they were fully booked and told us that they added the camp bed for our convenience. Meanwhile, the manager refused to show up and solve the problem.

Very good location, the room was very clean. Breakfast was ok. We stayed here for only one night but it was a really nice hotel and I would come back!

This hotel is in a great location, beds are comfortable, rooms are modern, even has a coffee pod machine. Fast hot water coming through an over head rain shower head. The safe costs 5 euros for your visit. Excellent lift. Will stay here again.

Excellent hotel.
Despite the appearance of the surrounding area, the hotel is great and the rooms were recently renovated. They look clean, modern and the beds are very comfortable.
The bathroom is lovely and the rooms offer all comforts you'd expect from a hotel.
Location is amazing, a few minutes away from the city centre and the port.
Parking in the area is a bit of a nightmare but luckily the hotel has an agreement with a nearby multi-storey parking. The rate is very competitive and they take care of parking the car for you, stress free.
Definitely a good choice at a great price.

Very nicely decorated, modern rooms and common areas. Not far from the city centre however the immediate surroundings are a little run down. There was a tea kettle and a coffee machine in our room and the breakfast was varied and tasty.
