This hotel is in a great location, beds are comfortable, rooms are modern, even has a coffee pod machine. Fast hot water coming through an over head rain shower head. The safe costs 5 euros for your visit. Excellent lift. Will stay here again.

Excellent hotel.
Despite the appearance of the surrounding area, the hotel is great and the rooms were recently renovated. They look clean, modern and the beds are very comfortable.
The bathroom is lovely and the rooms offer all comforts you'd expect from a hotel.
Location is amazing, a few minutes away from the city centre and the port.
Parking in the area is a bit of a nightmare but luckily the hotel has an agreement with a nearby multi-storey parking. The rate is very competitive and they take care of parking the car for you, stress free.
Definitely a good choice at a great price.

Very nicely decorated, modern rooms and common areas. Not far from the city centre however the immediate surroundings are a little run down. There was a tea kettle and a coffee machine in our room and the breakfast was varied and tasty.

Place is located centrally with all amenities nearby. Personnel were extremely polite and helpful. Rooms were very clean. I strongly recommend this hotel for your stay to Heraklio.

In my travels around the world, I have stayed in some real dumps that claimed to be three star or four-star hotels. And while this is certainly not a five-star experience, this is one of the better rooms I've been in in many countries.
The shower and water pressure were absolutely outstanding! I could stay in that shower all day. And if you are your European or you've been to many European countries, you know that water pressure sometimes is hit or miss. Absolutely outstanding and I would say that alone is worth the night I'm paying for this.
Clean, good visibility and lighting, strong Wi-Fi and not particularly noisy despite being on a fairly busy street. Woman at the front desk was warm and cheerful and got me checked in early. Overall for the price I paid I'm really happy.

Friendly staff, my room was clean, not too much noise or road traffic but there is air traffic. You don't hear it with the windows closed. The bathroom is a little too small and not super convenient, but for a solo guy that works.
My view from the 4th floor was giving on an ugly building, but you can see the sea once on the balcony.
Supermarket and good restaurants very close, breakfast not great but okay.

Really good hotel. The front desk were always very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and modern and the rooftop terrace is a nice touch. Also, central location. Would book again!
