Family-run boutique hotel is located right on the sandy beach, and minutes from Star Beach water Park and Aquaworld aquarium. It offers comfortable rooms and excellent service. The Windows offer views of mountain and side Cretan sea views. For a relaxing holiday with family and for fans to explore the city of entertainment.

Location: Hersonissos, 25 km from the Heraklion airport.

Consists of one 4-storey building.

The hotel has 37 rooms.

Beach: public sandy beach in 50 m from hotel (1st coastal line). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Sun beds, umbrellas - for a fee. The length of the beach 200 m.

This hotel is definitely not 4* The rooms are small. The finishing of the rooms is incomplete. The food is monotonous and during dinner you have to buy a drink from the bar. The gym is not suitable even for the undemanding person. Again, you have to buy your own water. The elevator is not working properly. If you are afraid of getting stuck in the elevator, don't use the elevator. The canteen and bar staff are very rude.

4 days before trip, they charge prereservetion and charge full amount for that. When we arrived I payed again same price because 4 days before that was preresevation and than you pay again same price and they give you back prereservation money after 4-7 days. What is the point of double paying if I payed before vacation? Pool time 10-18h? In 4* hotel? 0/5 for that!!! 2/5 food, almost same everyday. ROOM ARE SO SMALL! Its not like on pictures, without wordrobe, with small bathroom and extremely small balcon. For this price this is ridiculous.

We are definitely disappointed with a hotel. Rooms are so small, nothing like as on pictures. Bathroom so small as well. Chandelier is so low, every time when we get up from bed we hit that chandelier with a head. 2 pool towels for 7 days and if you want more than 2 you need to pay? In 4 * hotel? Don’t be ridiculous. Food is pretty same everyday, like average student cantina. They didnt describe that you can go to the one beach near hotel (small beach), other are reserved for other hotels?! Pool time 10-18h? What after 18h? Gym like small room with a equipment. For this price this is sad.

We took a basement room because it was more budgetary, nice room, comfortable bed, we were all the days out so for us that was a perfect. The sea is in front of hotel, great location, great receptionist, normal breakfast and dinner which was included in the price. Clean swimming pool.

The cleaning services was great, almost daily changing of towels, sheets around 2-3 days, quiet, AC system, great view.
On the bar almost every day was an angry employee who almost was ready to fight with everyone about anything (old guy). In the restaurand, it is a kid (employee) who for sure is not care about his job because in every morning was grumpy, throwing the plates, very upset, zero customer service. But we had a great experience with the bar tender in some nights, the tall and young guy - he was very nice, drinks were awesome and he was very king and friendly! Most of the time was present in the restaurant during breakfast time!
I rate the hotel with 3/5 stars because of lack of managing employees.

Its cool, could use some upgrades for sure. The location is what makes it along with some of the employees. The bartender and one of the ladies that works in the restaurant were very nice!

Beautiful look hotel but never had such a bad experience in a hotel.

Starting with the check in: we arrive and can be checked in, it turned out that the room is not ready and our luggage is unasked put away, the room should be ready at 1500 what became 15:45.

And at the check out: the receptionist gets angry that we have left the beach towels in the room, the housekeeping has taken 1 bathrobe and we are also accused of this.

Rudest and impersonal experience in a hotel I have ever had.

Also the hotel is very noisy so you can hear everything!

Really great hollidays. We stayed 1 week HB and specially enjoyed the swimming pool area were you can also have breakfast or dinner. We want to remark the professionalism and kindness of all the staff but specially Mr. MANOS at reception. Thank you for making our holidays unforgettable. Such a professional working with all covid protocols and measures without losing the human touch. We will come back definitely. Thanks again
