This is a lovely hotel with great vibe in an amazing location.
It’s located in a small street a stone throw away from syntagma square , it doesn’t get any central than this and still feels quite intimate.
Decor - very cool and trendy hotel and rooms , more emphasis on the atmosphere in the room than functionality (no writing desk or chair, just a stool and minimal storage space especially in the bathroom). Our room (a double) was quite small, and also being on the first floor rather noisy from the downstairs restaurant. However the beds were comfy and we had a very good night sleep.
Food - great a la cart breakfast and a very happening restaurant attached to the hotel (geko) with live music and good food.
Everyone we interacted with were nice, genuinely friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English.
This is a great hotel for couples and tourists , not sure it’s very suitable for work related journeys .

Perfection! Gorgeous boutique hotel three minutes from Parliament or the Plaka by foot. Beautifully decorated. Delicious included breakfast and great lunch and bar food menu. The lovely roof garden is a hidden gem. But the clincher is the outstanding staff. The answer to every request.."of course!". Everyone was very friendly, including the hard working smiling maids. The only downside is the noise from the very popular bar if you are in the front on the first floor, and our family (son, daughter in law, and adult grandson) said it hardly disturbed them. We were on the second floor and had no noise, even though our room faced the street. We know why our friends insisted we stay there and we highly recommend the Gatsby to anyone.

This hotel is special. It’s in an amazing location. We walked to everything. Never had to use a taxi besides from the airport and to the port. They arranged that transportation for us and it was seamless. Our room was so special and the breakfast each morning was delicious. I love the decor as well. The thing that really makes this hotel stand out though is the service. Everyone we interacted with gave us 5 star top tier service. Shout out to Francis for being the absolute best and bringing me the best ice coffees in the morning. I will always choose this hotel whenever I am lucky enough to be in Athens again!

We spent a few nights at the Gatsby before heading elsewhere in Greece to meet up with family. The service was incredible from the moment we arrived until we left for the airport. We loved the staff - everyone was friendly and helpful, including great recommendations for places to eat nearby. Our room was lovely and spacious. And we had a delicious breakfast and late lunch at the restaurant. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend the Gatsby!

Good location, right in the middle of the action. Got off at Syntagma metro and walked with our cases to the hotel.
Staff lovely. Really make an effort.

A few tips we think though. First music a bit loud at breakfast. Turn it down a bit. Don't want to dance with my granola! Also, I like that breakfast is cooked to order but my wife ordered granola and some scrambled eggs. So would expect the eggs to come after the granola was finished. Oh no. They seem to fire out the dishes when the kitchen is ready, not when the guest has finished their first bit of breakfast. That meant the scrambled eggs arrived before my wife had even had chance to finish her granola. The eggs will go cold. Very odd to our mind but there you go. Finally, why the pads in the room to control the lights. I can understand air con but why the lights? Are simple switches now out of fashion? These are minor issues but things that we noticed during our stay.

I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. My husband and I love finding cute boutique hotels and this has been our favorite to date. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the rooms are high tech, clean and beautiful. The food and cocktails were top notch too

Beautiful hotel with fantastic service and well located to all the top destinations in Athens. The staff was very friendly, always looking out for our needs and offered a personal touch to our stay. The beds were comfortable and the room layouts were nice and spacious with thoughtful touches. We enjoyed being able to walk to our tour of the Acropolis and all around Plaka. Great experience!

Our stay was great, and everyone at this hotel gave us superb service. The rooms were very nice and the location was just a ten minute walk from most places, so easy. Breakfast was included with the room and was so delicious - fresh cooked meals from a set menu with great variety of options. The decor was perfect! The front desk professionals (Athena, Nasha, and the evening shift lady whose name I didn’t get, sorry!) all were so helpful and their service was impeccable. Will recommend this hotel to anyone I know who visits Athens.

Absolutely perfect hotel to start our honeymoon! We had to pivot due to travel issues and booked this hotel last minute for a three night stay in Athens. The staff was top notch, accommodated our every need, and celebrated us every chance they could. The rooms were comfortable and clean, wonderful AC and cute little balcony. Live music almost every evening in the restaurant with singers and a violin player. The food was marvelous! The included breakfast was made to order and it was delicious! Everything was perfect, my only complaint is that the towels and robes were very rough and scratchy. But honestly, everything else was so perfect it didn't matter. They did turn down services every night and gave us fresh towels every day. 20/10 experience!
