The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the friendly and attentive staff. Upon arrival, they took the time to recommend top tourist attractions and local dining favorites, which added a personal touch to our visit. My wife and I stayed in the Attic Suite, the largest room in this seven-story hotel. Located on the 7th floor as the only room on that level, it features a private Wi-Fi network and daily breakfast delivery. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a spectacular view of the Acropolis through floor-to-ceiling glass panels. Blackout curtains ensured a restful night.
The hotel is conveniently located within an 8-minute walk from Plaka, one of Athens’ main hubs. While the old-style elevator, common in European buildings, can feel tight for two people with luggage, it efficiently serves up to the 6th floor. Guests staying in the Attic Suite will need to take a short flight of stairs to reach the 7th floor.
The suite includes a large bedroom, European and USB outlets for easy device charging, and a Nespresso machine with small portion cups. The bathroom, while functional, has limited counter space and a slightly awkward showerhead.
Additional conveniences include a 24/7 front desk, a secure entrance accessible with the room key, and a nearby gas station for snacks and essentials. The hotel’s location on a main road also makes it easy for taxis and Ubers to find.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in Sept 2024 and was big mistake. We are very surprised and disappointed that there was NO HOT WATER most of the time. We'd wake up to find no hot water, and then we would have to go to lobby to complain, and each time they said "OK we will turn on the hot water and please wait 30+ minutes". After waiting the water would be only warm. Very odd they would turn on water heater by request! Bathroom also very dirty and moldy see pictures.

The room was clean and neat.
The shower would back up and cause slight flooding and there’s mold issues for sure.
The Kitchenette was great although the cooking items were old, dirty and scratched.
The noise from the road below is very loud. It felt like we were sleeping in the middle of the road. The windows didnt close well.
Location was otherwise a convenient short walk to Acropolis and some less touristy restaurants.

The location is good, but the hotel's maintenance is terrible. Our room have a serious problem with the pipes. They give us a room with a blocked sink in the toilet and only fixed on the other day. While using the kitchen sink it bubbled into the bathroom drain. The shower was dirty with water liking from everywhere and also blocked, provoking a flood into de room. The sofa bed is super uncomfortable. The windows are massively dirty to the point that you can barely see outside. The curtains also needs maintenance as it goes outside the trail and can't block the sun properly. The hotel is an old residential building adapted to a hotel but with very low maintenance and only one staff available.

Great hotel with a very helpful staff and an excellent location. Walk to the Acropolis and the Temple of Zeus, and hang with the local neighborhood folks at the very nearby walking "Drakou" street.
