Better location than our previous time in Athens, we were able to find a bar after 11pm when the hotel bar had closed. Room was spacious, comfortable and lovely shower to freshen up. Not the best breakfast yet sleep was more important

This was the first hotel of our trip. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I can't rave enough about the breakfast. It was amazing! Hats off to the chef! The room was clean and had everything that you needed. The slippers provided were a nice touch. Thanks to the staff for making this a great first impression of Greece!

Service is essential for me, and my recent experience was disappointing. During check-in, the receptionist was unfriendly and had a bit of an attitude. When I asked for help with my large bag, I received a rude response: "No, we don't provide assistance with carrying bags to the room." Instead, they provided a trolley for me to load up my bags myself. If I have to do everything on my own, I wonder why I'm paying a high price for my stay. I could have chosen another place for less cost and received better service. I've stayed at many hotels, and this is the first time I've encountered such a refusal. It seems standard for hotels, especially a well-known brand like IBIS, to assist with luggage. Due to this poor service, I will not be returning to this hotel. Additionally, the interior feels outdated, and the location is a bit far from major attractions (not within walking distance).

Excellent hotel!
My room was spacious and clean the whole stay, the room service was impeccable, the breakfast met expectations.
The reception staff were kind and I got an extension at check-out until 2:00 PM.
There is a beautiful yard, a cute lobby and a small gym.
Near the hotel there is a bank, an Italian restaurant, a cafe and even a supermarket.

Nice hotel but it was not in a very nice area, I wouldn't feel safe walking out at night on my own. The real down fall was the hotel only did breakfast and there was nowhere in walking distance to get a hot meal so I had to have a taxi to take me to a restaurant on the three evenings I spent there. My travel agent did the booking as it was a two night stay before a cruise and a one night when I got back before flying home. I am a pensioner and felt it was a stupid place to put me. I will make sure I will not stay there again.

Great stay overall but a few things unfortunately let it down. 10 minute taxi ride to everything we wanted to see which was great for a 1 night stay.

Breakfast was disappointing, the coffee machine was out of order and the food was basic, so I would not recommend it for the price.
Check out was chaos. Unfortunately the receptionist was on her own so it took a long time to check in and out suitcases and many people were getting frustrated. She was working flat out so not her fault, they just need more staff.

We stayed three nights at the Ibis Styles Athens. The hotel is new, well designed with spacious rooms, clean and colourful facilities and a really rich breakfast. The food served is varied, fresh and tasty. The reception staff excellent. Likewise the service in general.

It’s a nice hotel, that has parking, though the car elevator is perhaps not for the faint hearted 😀. But it was the fantastic restaurant and food and beverage staff particularly, as well as reception who make this property a must stay and I’d definitely stay again.
The gym is a non-event but I had Alterlife gym to go to, but it’s not like you go to an ibis for their gym.

Cozy, easy hotel with satisfying continental breakfast.

Rooms in the back are quiet, while in the front there is a busy street; curtains in the windows are oddly sized and let light enter from the early morning, waking you up...
Good connection with public transportation (Bus A3 across the street; metro M2 150m away; ...) and sightseeing within walking distance (Acropolis 30 minutes walk).
The surrounding area is not particularly inviting, with old buildings and dirty, dark streets.
You can find though everything in the neighborhood (restaurants, supermarkets,...).

Excellent hotel. Clean, quiet, and everything you’d need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Also, the best breakfast I’ve ever eaten at any hotel, the food was incredible.
