Prime location with tens of restaurants nearby. Friendly staffs at the reception and breakfast lounge. Short walk to the Acropolis.

good service, spacious room, convenient location. only downside was the shower was quite small you could barely move inside.

The hotel's sanitation is extremely poor. The towels and sheets in the room are dirty. The sink and bathtub in the bathroom are broken. The trash can is not cleaned and is full of waste paper. The kettle does not work.

The location is great, just a few minutes from Sintakuma Square and easy access to the airport bus. The facilities are fine, although the bathroom space is minimal, so as a rather large person like me, I had to be a little creative to take a shower.

The hotel overall location is strategic near to syntagma square, walkable distance to acropolis, clean, good room size and good service from the breakfast lady who has been very helpful and caring. Kudos to her! Everything is great except for the bigger size reception guy in afternoon shift who is constantly giving the impatient, annoyed and eyes rolling look which doesn’t give very pleasant feeling when he talks or try to answer any queries. Hope that could be improved for better experience in future.

The hotel is in a great location and can store your luggage until your room is ready. The elevator is tiny but very helpful! The staff was wonderful, as was the breakfast! The room was large and very comfortable - they even gave you slippers to keep.

A decent located in the city centre of Athens. Walking distance to Acropolis and some other attractions. Room wasn’t big but very clean and comfy. Very simple western breakfast.

Best location, 5min walk to Syntagma Square and airport bus X95 and Plaka. 10-15min walk to Acropolis, Museum, National garden etc. 
Very good housekeeping 4/5 days of stay. 
Shower corner needs some serious upgrade although toilet and basin do look new. 
Simple breakfast but charming friendly staff.

Our stay at the Pan hotel was absolutely fantastic! The property is stunning, with beautiful surroundings and impeccably clean rooms that made us feel right at home. The staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Yianni (receptionist), who truly went above and beyond to assist my family and me in planning our travels to our next destination. His help was invaluable, and he made our trip even more enjoyable. Big thanks to Liza (breakfast room) such a lovely person.Highly recommend the Pan hotel and look forward to returning in the future!
