Pan Hotel

The hotel is in a great location and can store your luggage until your room is ready. The elevator is tiny but very helpful! The staff was wonderful, as was the breakfast! The room was large and very comfortable - they even gave you slippers to keep.

Our stay at the Pan hotel was absolutely fantastic! The property is stunning, with beautiful surroundings and impeccably clean rooms that made us feel right at home. The staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Yianni (receptionist), who truly went above and beyond to assist my family and me in planning our travels to our next destination. His help was invaluable, and he made our trip even more enjoyable. Big thanks to Liza (breakfast room) such a lovely person.Highly recommend the Pan hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

For the price it is totally fine
It is not a top hotel, but everything is ok
The rooms are fine, the basics are all there and the breakfast is standard
The location is perfect central and for the price I can clearly recommend the hotel

I would like to commend the staff at the front desk, I had the pleasure of meeting the concierges of each shift and their level of costumer service was outstanding. The hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance from the center and the area has lots of restaurants and activity so it is very safe.
The room although very basic was very clean and had everything one needs. I suggest that management uses some decorative accent on the walls to make it more appealing, just a touch and also some touches to revamp the bathroom. In conclusion, I recommend this hotel, the staff really made the difference.

The Pan Hotel staff were very helpful. A special mention to John on Reception. We stayed here twice pre and post our visit to some nearby islands. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast good The location is excellent. Very good value. Thank you

View from the room in the 7th floor, facing the road. Great location in the center of Athens with a nice morning breakfast. Room has a/c and comfortable, the elevator is very small.

Me and my family stayed in 2 rooms - double and triple. There were some pluses and minuses, but overall very good option for stay. :)

Pluses: location near Syntagma metro station and to Plaka or even Acropolis, breakfast options wide, lift, very good eqipment in the rooms - mini fridge, hair dryer, iron, safe, scale!! (Loved it if you need to weight your luggage), small hotel amenities, A/C, slippers, hangers, kettle and some coffee and tea. Also very friendly and helpful staff. :)

Minuses: hotel needs to improve some of the very used equipment - our wc seat cover was broken :(, in double room the fridge was not working, the bed linens had some stains!! - the linens were washed, but had unwasheble stains and I think they should get rid of those... smaller breakfast area for so many rooms.

In conclusion, we were satisfied with the accommodation, but I cannot give the best rating. There is room for improvement and am rooting for this hotel to be better. :)

Stayed here Dec. 18-23. Loving it. Best location, close to everything, walk in distance to almost everything other than airport. Very helpful, professional, well trained respectful staff. Will be back sure to only this hotel again. Can't be any other best location than this. Room are updates very clean. Highly recommend.
