Enjoyed the stay at the hostel. The people (Volunteers) at the desk were very helpful. The rooftop is a good place to hangout and meet fellow travellers. Location is in close proximity to main shopping areas of Heraklion. Also has a 24 hour convenience store within a 5 minute walk. Overall, it was a very good experience.

First time staying in a hostel and my experience for the weekend was amazing! Everything's really clean, tidy, the staff is really polite and helpful and I had the pleasure of having really good roommates and neighbors! It's close to the city centre so I definitely recommend it!

Planned 3 days for crete stayed for 7 based solely off this hostel, ive made friends for life from all over the world and had experiences i thought existed only in movies. It sounds too good to be true but it is not! I highly recommend the roof rooms. It is incredibly affordable and close to everything. It is totally clean and the owners are super friendly and accommodating!

The price value is pretty amazing. It's not a fancy, polished hostel but it has charm and character. I would definitely come back. You can lock your valuables in an extra locker in the room. There is a rooftop with a lot of space but no spectacular view. The water pressure in the shower could be better. All in all pretty fine.

This place is very weird. For a youth hostel is doesn't make sense that I would get locked out at 1am...

Hostel is run by a family, and is close to everything in town. Its an older place, but clean and tidy with clean white sheet provided. If its hot, then a bed on the roof is more comfortable than inside. The owners are friendly and helpful to give advice on bus stations, surrounding areas, food, laundry centre etc. The port and bus stations are within walking distance, which is handy when coming in...

Positive: Marina at the reception was very helpful when we faced a road block in booking one of our local tours. She was able to find an unlisted number for the tour company and connect us with a live person at 9 pm to book our tour for the following morning. She has great customer skills and represents the property very well. Thank you, Marina. I will return to this hotel just for the good service...

Excellent breakfast. Very clean inside. Staff very nice and helpful. Didn’t like the area outside of the hotel. Garbage bins and homeless man blanket.

I really enjoyed my time here , I would recommend it to anyone travelling to Heraklion. The rooms are comfortable,and the staff are wonderful, Maria at the front desk is so kind and helpful,but all the staff here have been great! Breakfast is great as well .

Stayed here for one night, wish it was longer. Absolutely outstanding. The lovely Yiannis, upgraded us to a very beautiful room, with fabulous facilities including toiletries, slippers, little kitchen fitted with coffee machine, fridge etc. Lovely comfy bed, spotlessly clean, very quiet location.
