We have just spent a week here. It's a beautiful hotel. The food was amazing plenty of choice. Room was spacious with a great view. The pools were great staff friendly and polite. Could not ask for more. It's only a short walk into the town for all the shops and restaurants if you want. However the food is so good there is no need to eat out.

Lovely hotel, great staff and services. Not so keen on paper cups for everything at the bar but otherwise fab. Varied food options and lots of self serve drinks and ice cream. Beach is a fair walk away down hill with shuttle only 3 times per day and mostly small coves with rocks. Nearest sandy beach is along in the next village, approx 10 mins in taxi/on bus.

We took a basement room because it was more budgetary, nice room, comfortable bed, we were all the days out so for us that was a perfect. The sea is in front of hotel, great location, great receptionist, normal breakfast and dinner which was included in the price. Clean swimming pool.

The cleaning services was great, almost daily changing of towels, sheets around 2-3 days, quiet, AC system, great view. On the bar almost every day was an angry employee who almost was ready to fight with everyone about anything (old guy). Good place to stay, ideal situation close to the sea, town center and sea front street, while remaining a calm place when enjoying their swimming pool. Very clean, high level accommodation and services considering their 4 stars status. All staff is customer oriented. One idea for improvement : breakfast maybe less choice and higher quality ingredients would be beneficial.

Nice hotel with pool and close to the beach and city centre. The staff was welcoming and really committed to make our stay comfortable. Because of the late departure of our flight we could keep the room for the whole leaving day. Breakfast really good with salty and sweet options.

Wonderful experience!!! Right out the gate they were awesome! Within 24 hours of booking was contacted and offered ride from airport to hotel. This hotel has been a really good experience. The best hotel I have been to in a long time. The staff is very friendly and service minded. The food is extremely delicious, and there is a barbecue on some days. The hygiene is 10/10 and there is nothing to put a finger on. Me and my boyfriend will visit this hotel again at any time. Hotel is clean, but I'd say showing it's age. Food is ok, there was always something to eat for every taste, but was a bit bland. Buffet restaurant needs redesigned as counters too close together and can get very busy with everybody going everywhere all at once, or at least put one way system in place. I have never seen such cleanliness and commitment in such a large hotel. The pools are great, even the number of sunbeds is quite ok. Stylish hotel with new renovated rooms. The restaurant was fantastic on the top of the roof with amazing view. There were plenty of choices for food and the staff is very helpful.

The hotel is nicely placed close to the center of Hersonissos, but just far enough to not hear the noise at night. Bus stop 21 is very close. There are road vehicle rentals nearby. There are 2! swimming pools, a pool table, nice lounging chairs in the hotel's common area. The rooms have a balcony and look freshly renovated, though they can feel compact, but just to make you get on your feet and explore...

This is a newly constructed hotel, all reviews and photos before 1st May 2018 are out of date. Everything is brand new and whilst every attempt is made to ensure your stay is perfect, it is a work in progress and they' are listening to feed back and reacting accordingly. The view for the sea-side rooms is breathtaking. At first we thought that climbing all the stairs is going to be a problem but we got used to it fairly quick. Food was very varied so we could always find something good to eat. Open bar was also great and the staff very friendly. The room was very clean however, the room smelled a bit funny and there was also a smell coming from the bathroom drain....

Good budget hotel - quiet with no entertainment etc. I'd advise better for older couple and not so much for families with children who want to be entertained as there is nothing for them other than the pool, which is rather small. Good hotel, nice food and all inclusive. Only negative it is off the beaten track a bit, although most beaches are walkable for average person. Hotel is on a side of a hill and for a sea view you need to be on floor 5 or above, however lift only goes to first floor then lots of stairs.

I would say it is the best hotel we have stayed at so far. Great (and plenty) of food, different types, sweets, fruit and ice-cream, snacks available between lunch and dinner, drinks available from 11am to 11pm. Great staff, always willing to help and always nice and friendly. Clean rooms and cleaning service everyday. Even the pool and the bar is so nice and relaxing. The only thing I would suggest...

Hotel was recently renovated so it felt like brand new. Bed was super comfortable and yes double beds do separate but to us it made no big difference. Mattress was very good.
