I have never seen such cleanliness and commitment in such a large hotel. The pools are great, even the number of sunbeds is quite ok. Excellent family hotel in Crete! We are currently on our 2nd visit , we couldn't fault either stay. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. A great, clean hotel with great staff and a good range of facilities. My particular favourite is yoga/meditation followed by a Greek coffee or home made iced tea (really is at slightly different each day) the animation team have been really good. Although all inclusive it is worth while taking a 10-12 euro taxi into a village to seek out Cretan food, often with a stunning view.

Today we passed this beautiful hotel on a walk and thought it was a shame that it was deserted. With the umbrellas only the rods are left and the entire system is orphaned. You can tell that it was a super nice hotel and we hope that it will come back to life.

We arrived on the 1st July for a weeks stay on bed and breakfast basis and had a fabulous time. We arrived in the evening a bit late and was offered Gyros which was lovely. Our room was very spacious and clean the bed was ever so comfortable. The rooms were cleaned every day apart from Sunday. The staff were very friendly and all polite. it was in August 2017 - excellent location, sea is not the word close under the Windows, to the centre and the local promenade two minutes, but on the other hand the night under the Windows do not walk, you can sleep with open balcony. The food is no frills, but everything is tasty and fresh, rooms are no frills but all whitewashed, neat, clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We liked it!

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, the view was stunning, and the all-inclusive package was generous and available all day. Amazing hotel. We had the best time there. The food was amazing at the main restaurant. Also a big thank you to Eirini for helping me with my reservations at the a la carte restaurants. These girl is the best, made us laugh a lot. We stayed for two weeks and had the chance to try both the Greek and the Italian restaurants. We stayed here in August with 1 and 3 year old. We booked the Petit suite sea view with jacuzzi. The check in was nice. The room was generally ok. If you have older kids it definitely is not suitable for 4 people. The second "bed" is a sofa folded down but it's extremely hard and uncomfortable. The balcony with sea view and jacuzzi were great. The pictures from booking do not tell the whole story...

10/10 service. Zacharenia was exceptional , friendly and calming. Great atmosphere 👌. Would recommend to anyone who wants a facial , my skin feels like silk.
