Excellent family hotel in Crete! We are currently on our 2nd visit , we couldn't fault either stay. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. A great, clean hotel with great staff and a good range of facilities. My particular favourite is yoga/meditation followed by a Greek coffee or home made iced tea (really is at slightly different each day) the animation team have been really good. Great value for money! This is not a "kids" hotel, per se, therefore it is relatively quiet and peaceful. Most guests are German so its all so relaxed and easy going. Our kids had the best time and so are we :-)

New hotel, nice and clean room with mountain view, tasty food, especially pizza. Girls from reception are very communicative and polite. Hotel doesn’t have own beach zone, but it’s very close to the sea. Everything was okay, until I noticed that my 2 necklaces which were always in my room are gone. So be careful with leaving your things in your room.

Nice small city hotel. All is new after repair. Food is not bad, always repeats, but it was a problem for us. From alcohol they proposed red and white wine, beer and that all. Other alcohol and cocktails for cash. Close to beach, 90% of which was took by sun-beds from other holes. We didn’t like that beach. Too many stone is there(( but you can walk approximately 20-30 minutes and find other beaches

The hotel is clean, comfortable with polite staff. Everything you need is in your possession. Food is tasty and variable. In October it was almost full of tourists.

Beautiful and clean hotel, staff is very helpful and friendly. Their own corona safety concept seems to bother nobody. Guests walking around without masks in the building or at the buffet. Staff never intervenes nor seems to care. Pity. Breakfast buffet range is quite okay, apart from stale melons getting served days in a row. We drank 1 black tea on the first day, after that it never got restocked...
