Hotel as described,modern,clean and very welcoming. Owner of the hotel is the nicest women you could wish for. We was attending a Greek wedding during our holiday and she couldn't be more helpful. I have booked hairdresser's appointment but I wasn't sure about the location so she offered to drop me off.
Breakfast was always fresh, with plenty of choices.
Rooms cleaned daily to the highest standard.
Location : 5 min walk to a stunning beach and restaurants
Couldn't wish for more. Great value for money.

What a find!! Spotlessly clean, helpful staff, lovely swimming pool (unmanned but not too deep with the same depth from end to end) road in front is a busy road but after a while hardly notice it.
On the flight path so planes fly across but again not an issue unless you are easily iterated by noise.

Close to the beach and the local restaurants, this hotel has to offer really clean and spacious rooms with all the facilities,e.g. room service,parking space,bathroom amenities and a pool with a garden. The highlight is the delicious breakfast with cretan products prepared fresh every morning by Mrs. Chisoula. Mrs. Michalis organises everything with a smile. Hope we visit them again next year.

It is a nice B&B, the rooms are clean, and generally, a decent place to stay for a couple of nights to enjoy the northern area near the airport and the surrounding attractions. Mike - the owner was very nice to us, gentle and welcoming, and charming with the kids. His wife- a bit of the opposite, seemed angry at the kids and had a lot of comments on how they behave or what they do. They might not be the quietest kids, but this is a family hotel eventually and kids make noise, jump to the pool, or fall some food to the floor. I always felt we were not welcome to be around when she was there. It's not the best feeling on vacation.

Chrisoula and Irene were wonderful hosts. We were warmly greeted and nothing was a problem. The room was spacious and very clean and the bathroom was massive!! Breakfast was fresh and plentiful and included bacon and eggs, pastries, home made Cretan pies, yoghurt, nuts, fruit, cereal and coffee and tea. There was something for everyone. We stayed for 1 week and would highly recommend Golden Sunlight for a well priced and enjoyable experience.

It was such a good stay and we felt very welcome. The rooms were so clean, the food was outstanding and the pool was so nice. Most of all we loved the people there and how nice and helpful they were. We will definitely be back.😻👍❤️

The hotel itself is wonderful. It's in a great location - an easy walk to the beach but right next to the local bus stop to get to anywhere along the main road. The hotel is small, quiet and wonderfully decorated. The rooms are kept immaculately clean. The best thing about this hotel is the family that runs it - Michalis, Ursula, Jenny and Manos. They are welcoming and super friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. We were there for a month and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Beautiful hotel! Family-run, the family is very welcoming and truly makes you feel at home. Everything is new, clean, and kept in perfect condition. Beautiful view. Woke up to the sunrise and ocean every morning.

The hotel is hold by a so sweetie family, very nice people, they always take care to their customer. Building and room are cleaned every day, the breakfast is perfect. I recommend.
