The hotel has no territory, there is a small patio with pool. Fresh spacious rooms. Walking distance to the centre of Hersonissos with its shops, bars and cafes. Especially recommended for young people, as well as for a budget family holiday.

Location: 27 km from Heraklion airport, 5-10 minutes from the centre of Hersonissos, 250 m from the sea (via the Central road).
Evening entertainment: Hersonissos (50 m).
Consists of a main building with a pool and patio and an additional building across the street.
The hotel has 92 rooms.
Beach: public sandy-pebble (250 m from the hotel, through the main road of Hersonissos), 3 line. Entrance to the sea pebbles. Beach towels: a Deposit (change – at the reception (extra charge)). On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It is a small hotel, which is why it has a family atmosphere.
The food is really very good for the price and there is a hot buffet for breakfast. For dinner, the hot offerings vary from day to day, which is very refreshing.
The rooms are simply furnished and include a fridge and air conditioning, everything works perfectly. Otherwise, the rooms are always very clean.
The location is ideal, the walk to the shopping street is very short, and the beach is just behind it. You can reach everything on foot, but we didn't experience any noise.
All in all, perfect if you want to lie on the beach during the day and not just spend your vacation in the hotel. The people are all incredibly friendly, which was very nice.

I only gave two stars because I don't think they deserve more. Cleanliness is a big problem, both in the hotel in general, elevators, hallways, even in the reception, but also in the rooms: a bit washed with the mop and arranged the bed in great haste.
On the first day, we had a room in the non-modernized building and the location is a maximum of one star, and the next day we were moved to the more renovated building where, in about two days, we received stained towels, and instead of shower gel, pure and simply refilled with water...
It's a pity because they are in a very favorable position, and I think it could show more interest!!!

We stayed in this hotel for 7 days in July of 2024. Here is a short recap and a recommendation:
-location: 3 minutes walking distance to the main street, 5 minutes from first beach, still always so quite and peaceful.
-accommondation: Bigger rooms than we expected. Never saw anyone coming in our room, but still floor was always washed and towels changed every 2 days.
-restaurant: Eating by the pool with sounds of violin and guitar during dinner was very nice. Great choice of food, never standing in line or waiting for a table. Got a big 'breakfast to go' early in the morning before our flight.
-staff: Beautiful people, always smiling, fast, kind, willing to give you recommendations and answer on all your questions.
To conclude, sending a big thank you to people in this hotel and recommending it to everyone!

Nice hotel to stay calm,not loud,rooms are clean,hotel needs renovation,but for me it was not the problem at all,there is conditioner,balcony in which is aloud to smoke,no noice at all in the street,there is elevator,swimming pool,bar,billiard.
We had Breakfast and Dinner,good choice,fresh food,different choice,good to stay with the kids or family,nice receptionists,speaks EN,GR,RU,can assist by the choosing some places to visit in Crete.

Stayed here with two of my friends, and we absolutely loved it. All the staff were lovely and very friendly. Hotel was clean and the food was delish. And location was amazing
There was also live music as dinner for two of the evenings which was great. And we were blessed with our balcony view
Only issue was fridge in the room wasn’t working properly, would make a bad smell when we turned it on.

We were seated at the building in front of the main hotel building.
The rooms looked nothing like the pictures, they were not clean, everything was old and dirty.
So if they want to give you a room in the next building don't accept it.
If you wanted to change the rooms they charged extra, so in order to receive the room you actually paid for there was extra money they asked for.
Disappointed!
Also they do not have luggage room so we ended up paying 30 euro more to stay more hours ultil we had to leave.
The only thing that was not bad it was the breakfast.

We were put in a room on the annex. It would be difficult to consider that building even a 2 star hotel. Walls were paper thin so we could hear our neighboring rooms' conversations until 1 A.M. every day. It was nearly impossible to sleep for 3 nights in a row. There is no employee in the lobby, and the front door is open to any random passersby. Two nights in a row, a man was slamming his door repeatedly throughout the night and yelling loudly, which would wake up the entire floor. The bathroom was filthy and had mold in it while the actual room itself was coated in dust. In addition, every time somebody showered, water would literally come out of the pipes, and the floor would be covered in water. The only thing the hotel provided was a bath and hand towel, and they only replaced them after 3 days.
On the positive side, other than the cleaners, staff was very friendly and tried to make the stay better. The location is nice as you have easy access to both the beaches and the great restaurants in Koutouloufari. Breakfast has your standard fare.
Overall, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in, but I'm pretty sure the main building is a different story.

The location is ok but nothing more than that! The rooms are poor, no facilities and The manager is very rude and also no parking available despite the fact the told us we can park outside of the hotel, we got a fine from the police!

We stayed here for 9 nights and actually went in with little expectations. But this hotel is excellent. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. The employees are extremely cool. Everything is just a relaxed atmosphere and the location is good too. The beach is easy to reach and Hersonissos is great for partying anyway. If we come back definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you for the nice welcome! Price performance top, nothing to criticize considering the price!
