Beautiful place. Feels like a big family. Owners Valentina and Andreas are so nice. Always helping were they can. Perhaps the rooms are a little bit out of date

Beautiful little hotel and a beautiful family that run it. It is like you are in there home. Greek dancing for everybody to participate if you want

A very cozy and lovely place. The staff is very helpful and charismatic. They love what they do and you can see that. Appartments are okay, but nothing too much. But you'll be outside for 90% of the time anyway

Cosy family run resort, the rooms are very basic but are clean and tidy. The room we stayed in had a light fitting and 2 switches hanging off the wall, it just appears that it needs some TLC

The family who own/run it are extremely friendly and very accommodating. Good selection of food and drink. Only a 10 minute walk to a lovely beach and has a super market even closer

For the price we paid it was a good base for our self catering holiday

There are several pools and free sunbeds, including free loungers on the beach, which makes it perfect for spending quality time with family

We feel the restaurant has improved compared to last year – there seems to be a wider selection of food now. We especially enjoyed Betty in the main restaurant and the Greek restaurant, where the service was excellent

next to the largest there is a snack bar where they serve the best gyros. There is also a bar with all kinds of drinks and spirits by each pool. The hotel area itself is very well-kept and ideal for walks

Location and Accommodation: As a couple with two children (ages 8 and 4), we were very pleased with our family room, which included air conditioning and a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the Turkish coast

The food was amazing offering a vast, fresh and varied buffet where even the most fussiest could find plenty to eat. Our rooms were air conditioned, spacious and had stunning views

We went for a back massage at the Aegeo Spa my therapist was fragiski the full back massage was great highly recommend the spa treatment whilst you are here

It was a shame the wine wasn’t better quality, staff were squeezing it out of foil bags into jugs. The property is a 30-45 minute walk to town (We were advised there were problems with taxis on the island so avoided them

I'm VERY impressed by the staff - they simply could not do enough to help - even the maids/cleaners (although their English was not that good - but I'm fine with that)

) The beach is across a road from the hotel. It has nice loungers etc and a small bar but you have to walk back up to the hotel for the toilet. Disappointing how much rubbish was left lying around the beach

The pool and breakfast were excellent, and I really liked the area. The only downside was that the beach wasn’t very impressive.

Location-wise, you can’t ask for more: a pleasant walk/short bike ride into Kos Town for restaurants and shops. It’s peaceful yet perfectly connected

From our arrival to our departure this hotel and staff excelled! We arrived after the main restaurant had closed, we were escorted to our room by a very polite porter, who within ten minutes of arriving in our room returned with two plates of food

but we call them "Mrs Egg/Bacon"(Breakfast Grill) & "Mrs Pizza"(Pool Bar). To sum up, a truly enjoyable holiday where 'every' member of staff was helpful and attentive to the needs of the guests

During the afternoon the continual topping up of 'fresh' pizza and other snacks at the pool bar was appreciated by all guests. The Housekeeping team kept the complex 'Spotlessly' clean

Kaludiana (F&B Manager), Joanna (Shop), Pantellis, Alexandros ,Alex (Main Bar) Alisia (Pool Bar) Raphael (Pool Bar) and two other ladies who's names we never got to know

The hotel has an amazing shop that sells anything you may need that is over and above the 'All Inclusive Package' Joanna the shop manager is a true gem, who bursts into song at the drop of a hat and is always up for a gossip and a giggle! We have to name several member s of staff who 'stood out' for us

There was also a fridge that was stocked from 10am with sandwiches and salads for those were going out for the day or wanted to lounge by the pool

There were self service drinks as well as the bar and the snack bar by the pool was great if you skipped lunch

The young lady at Reception was so switched-on to my arrival, the Restaurant Manager lady was immensely warm and funny, the Hotel Manager Olga too, the guy behind the Bar, everybody, were a total credit to this hotel

I knew that a friend of mine, of over 50 years, was on holiday at this hotel so I emailed the central contact office asking if it would be possible for me to book a Day Visitor pass in order to surprise my friend

Special mention to the animation team - Larissa, Matilda, Kasia, Freddo and most especially our new bestie Taylor💛. The bar staff were always happy to help as were Anna, Eva and Viktoria on reception

The only tiny negative was that our air conditioning wasn’t very powerful so it was always hot in the room. Other than that i’d say this hotel is perfect for a relaxing family holiday

Great service and rooms but a bit far away from the city. Not too long though, the pool however was really full of chlorine which made it hard to get into. Overall, great experience.

functional clean, does the job, staff are nice.. Typical Greek apartment. If you want a villa get a villa. This is a standard apartment nice pool area. Kid friendly

A hotel with a great atmosphere. The charming hosts (from cleaners, kitchen to reception] and their hospitality are the 'Diamonds' of this boutique hotel. Dinner is delicate, served as an order 'a la carte'

The breakfast was so yummy 😋 the area is beautiful and quiet approx 12 minute walk from Kos Town. It gives lovely countryside vibe

Perfect location! Stuff is friendly. Meals are so delicious. I suggest half board accommodation because the restaurant under the hotel offers you excellent menu and quality service for dinner.

The place place where we stayed was an ağartment flat with two bedrooms,two bathrooms, and a big living room with an American kitchen. We spent a lot of time at the balcony, which was as big as a room

We stayed one night as we were catching a ferry in the morning. Very attractive hotel a 10 minute walk to the ferry. Really nice breakfast with a sea view. I'm sure a lovely place for a week holiday.

Don't expect a cheesy, artificial hospitality here, but you can be sure everything is done right. The tiny gym was enough for me to stay on track with my fitness regime

Every corner of the premises was very clean. The food was lovingly made, fulfilling, and reasonably priced. The staff were very professional

The surrounding areas outside the hotel were quite run down but we had everything we needed inside the hotel so not much need to leave! The private pools are not heated but in the hot weather this was fine and not bad at all once you got in! Staff are very attentive, they even checked their records and saw that it was my husband's birthday while we were away and brought him a cake

What a gem! excellent location very close to the post in a really nice part of Kos town. I was upgraded to a sea view room that offered majestic views to the Aegean. Very friendly staff and nice pool ambience

You could tell they worked well together, which really enhanced our experience. The lifeguard at the pool was always helpful and attentive, which we truly appreciated

This was a lovely hotel spacious rooms but the pool area let it down small so decided to look elsewhere just Down the road we came across beds and umbrella on a shingle beach where you are at the water’s edge only 20 beds very quiet a peaceful watching the ferries come in from the subbed

This is a 3 star hotel at most. The staff are absolutely lovely but the actual hotel is not nice. Rooms are dated, bathrooms are old, the pool is not one of a boutique hotel

Another big plus is the hotel's location — just a short walk from the city center and the port. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing holiday in Kos!

Absolutely great value for the price: amazing facilities, the hotel manager is great (a bit less the bar staff) fantastic pool, bike rental next door pretty close to the town (north) and amazing beaches down south - we would def come back!!

Me and my son we stayed in Yannis studio this july !! The flat was so lovely and Georgia the owner of the apartment so Smart and helpful !! Bed very confortable …kitchen furnished and a terrace with the view of see and Cefalonia island

Whilst staying there we heard others complaining about the cleaning side of things no clean towels, rooms not cleaned etc When it came to leaving we asked two days before if we could keep the room on because we were flying at 10

Very lovely people work here, a lovely lady welcomed us and they had our room ready early which was amazing, great location, just off of the beach that has bars and sun beds, 10min walk to kos town!

30pm, we was told yes that’s done you can pay on the day, the night before we went to pay and they said come back in morning went back in the morning and told there wasn’t a room available 🙄 no luggage storage it’s just left in the foyer and reception keep an eye on it, so not safe we were offered the office until 4pm but again not safe so had to carry our valuables around all day, not the hotels fault...

The beech is 5 mins walk and the town centre 20mins, don’t rely on taxis. On a night we didn’t feel we could have a drink, there was no one around and no music like you’d expect with a bar

Great apartment, had microwave, toaster, all the cutlery even got washing up liquid and a cleaning sponge! We had requested one of the rooms were ground floor this wasn’t available

The cleaner only came twice in seven days once to clean and once to empty bins and a friend in another apartment had to ask at reception twice before they cleaned it

We didn’t get time to use the pool but the area was plenty big enough for the number of apartments and there was a side kids pool too

Ps: They charged me extra 5€ per day for the AC

The pool, pool area and bar are also kept to a high standard and nothing is to much for the staff and always greeted with a smile

;-) The fridge was large, easy to use microwave, good sized dining table and a third single bed in the dining area. Plenty of cooking utensils were supplied too. TV in bedroom and balcony access here too

We intended on eating out but always seemed to eat at the hotel bar before leaving as the food was great and always served decent sized portions at a good price

Excellent location (7mins walk from Harbour), friendly staff, Babis the manager was VERY helpful, large rooms with a seperate dining area and a HUGE balcony

Great location, near the city centre. Pool is in the sun almost the entire day. The rooms are big if somewhat old, amenities are dated but work fine

The room is okay, the staff is kind and the swimming pool is great. The big problem is the extra cost. For the Airconditioning we have to pay 18 euros a day!!

Very affordable, but therefore also "basic" apartments. Location in Lambi fantastic! The decor is simple, but adequate. The bathroom could use a makeover, cozy shower is not there

Nice spacious balconies, don't cook yourself! But as said: what you pay is what you get! Very friendly reception ladies

We met the bar staff stelios, Adonis and Illias who were very welcoming and really nice we never had a dull moment around them they were lively and fun staff to be around no matter what! They made our stay worth it 100000%, we will be looking forward to come and spend more time here next year and hopefully see all the wonderful staff still working here at this lovely hotel

In general a very good hotel/apartment. The rooms were clean and the bed was nice. Nice staff especially our bartender Stellios. We had a really great time and the cocktails were amazing. He was very friendly and funny

A special shout out for Stelios and Adonis at the bar who made our holiday. Nothing was ever too much hassle and they went out their way to make sure we were always happy

The best food and cocktails we had during our trip was at the hotel and we ate breakfast/ lunch here every day and returned after dinner at night for the best cocktails

Manos also runs the bar and snack bar and cooks some great snacks to eat around the pool and serves a good selection of drinks. The prices are reasonable in comparison to the local bars and restaurants

What was nice was we did not have to pay any extra for the air conditioning, kettle or toaster. Everything was spotlessly clean and we had nice fluffy towels

The pool is perfect and there is also a very nice bar where you can enjoy an ice cream, a cocktail or something to snack

The beach is very close and with the bikes went went round the coast towards Tigaki which has sandy beaches. I recommend hiring bikes as you can ride safely to Kos town on a dedicated cycle way which is safe for families
