Top. Nice people, food is nice too, fresh fruit coktail are in the all inclusive. Just prepare shoes for the sea or you will hurt your toes. (They sell some in front of the hostel otherwise)

A mighty fine hotel, but they should enforce the 'no sunbed reservation' policy, right now there's an alco-team Polaczki Leżaczki that leave something tiny on the sunbed and disappear for hours, of course in the best sun time

The ban on reserving sunbeds before 10 am was a promising addition, but it was not executed at all. This hotel has a beautiful view, but is rather far from main attractions and city center

Great one-week stay at this hotel. Apart from nice and modern design, definitely the best part is the staff, especially at the reception desk (younger person with dark hair) and pool bar

We had a lovely stay at the Harmony Crest Resort and felt very welcome due to the friendly and helpful staff. You have an amazing view on the sea, perfect in combination with the relaxed atmosphere

The food and drinks were great, sadly vegetarian options are pretty repetitive. Unfortunately, coffee during lunch and dinner is absent

Air conditioning was working, but with really low efficiency. Definitely recommending for people without kids

Nice Hotel, very friendly staff, good breakfast, the beach was very nice, all in all, everything you expect from a hotel in this price class. The only silly thing was, that you had to pay extra for the air condition

Pool is nice but the stretcher toppers were all soaking wet and smelly old. Overall ok, but wouldn’t stay again. But maybe I’m also not the target group 😜

Fairly new hotel with basic spacious rooms. Usually a lot of all inclusive tourists here from western and eastern Europe. Front desk kind of friendly but also not trying too hard doing her job

The team make a special effort to get to know their guests which was greatly appreciated. The hotel room is basic however was always very clean as was the hotel overall

The food is average however there is always something to choose. The service in both the restaurant and hotel bar was excellent however with all staff working hard

We stayed on our honeymoon and we loved it. Hotel is basic and in room in need of face-lift but the staff are warm an welcoming. We've had no problem with the food and alcohol is what you expect from an all inclusive

The two entertainers we had named Enzo and Maxi were super fun and friendly and always kept a good vibe. Beds are comfortable and the drinks were worth the price tag. Definetly would come back here again

The rooms were good with my only downside being that the bathroom wasn't the nicest but it honestly didn't cross my mind that much. My favourite part was the entertainment. Enzo and Maxi were the sweetest

They clean the rooms every day if you want and change your towels. The air conditioning was a real lifesaver during the hot days — it kept our room cool and stopped us from sweating all the time

Location We had bicycles, which was ideal — although you could walk everywhere, we just preferred bikes. The hotel is right behind the city centre. Walking to the city took us 5 minutes, same with the beach

The location is also not too busy; the only thing we heard were a few cars passing by, and that’s it. Very nice location-wise, I must say. Room and hotel The room we stayed in was clean, cool, and nicely decorated

When my girlfriend and I were about to go back home, we thought she had lost her ID, and the front office employee immediately offered to call the restaurant we had visited to make sure it wasn’t there

The bed was, to our surprise, quite comfortable, and we slept really well here. Although mentioned on the Sunweb website, there was no safe in the room. We didn’t need it, but I thought I’d mention it

For example, we thought my girlfriend had been bitten by a cat (turned out to be nothing), and the nightman gave us great advice to go to the hospital

Close to plenty of bars and restaurants, only 5 minutes to the beach. Great bar and lounge area. Staff always helpful. Pool area gets the afternoon sun.

Great room with a great price, friendly staff, lovely pool and seating areas, close to Kos harbour and attractions, would definitely recommend and we will return

The pool is very good and the location is perfect, you are in the middle of everything. It is very quiet and cozy, without a doubt I would repeat many more times

pool area is good considering its in the town, especially for an afternoon dip and some late sun after the beach

Apart from this the pool area was nice with a nice bar and staff always friendly but i would struggle to give it more than 3 stars due to the faults with the room

location is perfect for exploring in every direction and only about 10 minutes walk to either the beach, the port, or old town. all the staff are very friendly and someones always available on reception

Amazing and friendly staff, always been ready to help or give an advise. The rooms are clean the same as swiming pool and other facilities. Good and quite location, just 15 min walk distance from beaches

Only slightly negative thing we could say is that we wished they’d keep the pool open after 7pm, would be nice to go for a nighttime dip

Nice hotel with affordable prize. Location is perfect if you want to visit Kos City (~30mins walking) or go for the beach (~10 mins walking). Rooms are spacious and very clean. Food was fresh and with some variety

Aside from this, absolutely brilliant place to stay and would recommend it to anyone. We will most definitely be staying here every time we visit Kos

The hotel is what it is, but the staff is friendly and the pool is great. The fact that it is so close to the beach is really what makes this such a nice place to be :)

Now, in June 2015, there is still work in progress here and there. Breakfast and lunch left no wishes open for us and we enjoyed the pool behind the hotel

Said we could use the pool if we wished. Weloved our room, it even had a little kitchenette in it, bathroom was fine with towels and toiletries and the room was a good size as was the balcony

The pool is more a dip but very welcoming and the beanbags comfy. The pool area is lovely and tranquil. We found breakfast had a good choice and we had an enjoyable stay

Great place. Close to beach and shops yet in a quiet side street. Great value. Clean and friendly members of stuff. Breakfast isn't that great but plenty of shops close by. Swimming pool is lovely.

We here now 4 days. A very warm welcoming. Great bar staff. Thr water in the pool is exactly on the right temperature to swim at any time of the day. Lovely cocktails too.

Just back from a 5 night stay. Excellent sevice and very clean hotel. Rooms cleaned daily, towels every 2 days. Fridge and kettle, air-conditioning on request for a fee and safe. Bar snacks spot on and alcohol

Just stayed at Koala hotel kos, this hotel is spotlessly clean the staff are so nice and helpful nithing is to much for them, the rooms a cleaned daily towels changed every 2 days, breakfast was good a lot of choice, couldn't have asked for more, aircon is at a charge but that is ok, its a 2 star hotel should definitely be a higher star rating

We had initially arrived at the hotel at 2am, tired and hungry from travelling, and the receptionist had offered to kindly help us out by ordering some tasty food to the hotel

The location of the hotel is amazing because you are very close to the town centre and you have 3 markets that are very close to the hotel

The Personnel was very nice, the manager of the hotel Dimitris is a really nice person and also other personnel is very helpful

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Theonia Hotel. I found the owner and her staff to be incredibly kind and helpful, always willing to give advice and recommendations on travel, restaurants, activities to see, and more

3 minute walk to the beach, 5 if you make a stop at the coffee shop 🙂 Staff is very friendly, Antonia at the reception is a well informed local and provides helpful tips where to eat and what to do

The only negatives about the room was the locations of the electric plug-ins, so bring long cables or portable chargers. But I would definitely recommend based on the price, location, and service

I stayed at Kos Bay Hotel for one week and overall, I found it to be simple but functional – a decent choice for travelers who mainly want a place to sleep and spend most of their time exploring the island

Location – 4/5 The location was great for me: about a 20-minute walk to Kos town, with restaurants and the bar street easily accessible on foot

Room – 4/5 The room was basic but clean and had everything we needed: • Strong air conditioning • Decent fridge with a small freezer compartment • Wi-Fi could be better, but was fine for most things • Only one power outlet near the bed, which was inconvenient • The shower was extremely small, although it was high enaugh, and the water pressure and temperature fluctuated a lot • The chairs on the balcony...

Other There is no pool and no hotel bar, at least not that we saw. Conclusion – 4/5 overall Kos Bay Hotel is a good option for active travelers

It gets quite loud in the evenings due to traffic, so it’s better suited for people who sleep with the balcony door closed and use the air conditioning – which worked very well in our room

Hotel:
The hotel is older, but everything worked fine. The location is okay, but if you plan to go to Kos Town daily, you’ll probably need a bike or some other transport, as it’s about a 20–30 minute walk

Like others have said, the rooms are small and dated, but we found that the 80’s decor gave the hotel its charm, and although there were a couple of issues with our room, we didn’t let it bother us, as we were only there for a few days

Quite good hotel with a great owner, pool in the hotel next to it and gym available if you pay. Value for money is perfect and location is near to the sea. Shower is not the best but for the price you cant expect more

This hotel deserves more than 2**. It's severe with basic amenities, but with great location, clean rooms (they are cleaned almost every day, including towel and linen change) and contributes full breakfast

We loved staying at Yiorgos hotel! The rooms are great, breakfast is yummy (and included!) and the staff are very friendly and hospitable!

For the money it costs, and the star rating, I could happily recommend if you needed somewhere to use as a base. The only real issue we found is that the sound travels throughout the hotel because the walls are very thin

There's also a bus stop a few meters away from the hotel as well as a small grocery store just around the corner. Breakfast is served every morning. Although not on the "gourmet side", it's adequate and tasty

Although not very spacious, our room conveniently accommodated two people and their luggage. The room is not luxury but is functional and clean. AC is also available but it comes with an extra charge of 6 Euros per day

I am one day at home feeling homesick to Palm Beach Hotel. A real recommendation if you are looking for a peacefull good hotel. I fell in love with the Bougainvillea at the beautiful pool

Service is great from the owner and his staff, location is 5 minutes walking to beach and 10 minutes to the center of Kos. Bedroom are dated but very clean. Optional airco for 4 Euro pro day

The infrastructure is a bit basic and the hotel is situated somewhat outside of the main touristic attractions (not very far away though), but the service, the sheer friendlyness of the staff makes up for a lot! The pool is a velcome refreshment in the heat (up to 38°C during our stay) and the hire bikes for 5€ per day are a nice way to get to Kos-city or nearby places

Zeer vriendelijke mensen. Super schone basic kamer met basis voorzieningen. Ze bereiden heerlijke gerechten tegen een goede prijs. Fijn zwembad met meer dan genoeg ligbedden.

We had to find places to eat near the hotel as the food was really not nice. It's bland, barely warm and we were not ecstatic about eating chips every evening, fish fingers, chicken nuggets, limp pasta

Irene on reception is one of the best hotel employees on the planet. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and a makes an effort that shows she really cares. Had a beer in the bar and it was warm

50!! Outrageous!!! The pool snack bar great omelettes and lunch food for less. Preferred to eat there and just salad or chips in the main restaurant in the evening. Drinks at the bar expensive! Vodka and orange €8
