Terrible service, terrible room. Toilet door was broken..air conditioner was way too loud. I couldn’t sleep. My neighbors have also complained about it. Only nice person was the cleaning service. Such a nice woman. Food was okay and the location was nice. The resort is right on the beach and a 5 min foot walk to the city Malia. All in all I won’t come back. The resort ist really bad.

I came last week with my partner and I honestly had an amazing time! The rooms felt luxurious and at the same time very cosy and clean. The view was really nice too!
The restaurant had a great array of tasty food and friendly staff ☺️
In addition, we tried the watersports and they were so fun!!!🤪

Amazing location on the beach and in the city , while being peaceful and quiet. Lovely food by the buffet and the beach bar. Nice and modern rooms with sea and Mountain View.

The rooms are good, clean and with air conditioning. The breakfast buffet is okay but nothing special. We never ate at the hotel restaurant in the evening as there are much better options just a few steps outside the hotel.

Spent 4 days here at Aeolos beach resort and everything was amazing. We loved the included breakfast and dinner. Our flight in got delayed so we missed dinner the first night but they noticed we were late and saved us a couple plates of food that they kept warm for us which was super nice since they totally didn’t have to do that. Every staff member we met was very welcoming and friendly. The place itself is very nice especially for the price. Also really close to the strip which we enjoyed.

Didn’t stay at the hotel but had drinks and food multiple times over 7 days, great cocktails and big food portion with lovely staff and a great view.

Rooms were good and clean
There was a Gym in the basement we used.
Food was good, not everyday the same.
Location directly on the beach was good
Pool not too crowded.
Finaly the employees were very good and helpful.

The people here are more than wonderful. Everybody is soo nice 😊
We went for an adventure with the crazy sofa that dragged us over the water for 5 km. We had so much fun. We’ve been there last time and we loved it 😍

I really really recommend coming to that place if you’re looking for an adventure like we had.

1)booked sea view room and it was nothing like that, it was countryside view
2)scammers, got charged a lot more compared to website prices and I have been chased 4/5 times
3)food is bad quality, there is no explanation about what there was on there. Couldn't even ask for ice.
4)no cleaning on Sunday, no change of towels or bins.
5) they have entered in the room before the check out time without permission 2 times. Awful

Beautiful hotel!! sea, beach, music👍😍😍 The food is delicious, special thanks to the waiters at the beach bar, Stelios and Albina, you are incredibly cool people who are always in a good mood🤩🥰 In general, the entire staff deserves thanks! I really liked the hotel, I recommend it to everyone and I will definitely come back
