the hotel has an amazing beach and swimming pool. the bedrooms are clean and quiet, and the service is good. breakfast and dinner are good.

It's a nice, well-maintained hotel in a beautiful location on the beach and on the edge of Malia. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended

Beautifull, clean, lively and lovely place right by the beach. Close to everything we were after. Customers from babies to seniors but mostly on the younger side. Great food both at the beach bar and buffet. We enjoyed our stay 100%! Everything that was said in booking site, was kept. So read the terms while making the booking, as you should always do anyways.. Well earned 3/4 stars! I would go here again! Thank you for the whole staff for making our stay memorable!

this is the best beach i’ve ever seen in my entire life , the view is beautiful and the food is wonderful and i’d like to come here every summer

Hospitality was brilliant. Facilities are excellent and every thing was super clean. The water sports were a great laugh. Would definitely come again. Lots of family activities to do and is great for a young family.All around a very enjoyable experience.

I am pretty satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a five-minute walk from the very center of Malia, and only one minute to a beautiful beach, which, in my opinion, is one of the most stunning and comfortable on the entire eastern coast of Crete. The beach is wonderful, with plenty of opportunities for entertainment, such as jet skiing, parasailing, and more — all of which were a lot of fun. There is also a lovely beach bar with great views and cocktails, as well as two excellent swimming pools — one for children and one for adults — with free sun loungers around the pool area. Additionally, the hotel has a private beach. The loungers there come at an extra cost, but the beach itself is very nice: sandy, with a gradual entrance into the sea, and overall very comfortable. The sunsets (and even sunrises) here are absolutely breathtaking and can be enjoyed right from the hotel beach. The hotel offers half board. One of the advantages is the wide selection of food for both breakfast and dinner. However, the quality of the meals (especially breakfast) was slightly below my expectations. It could have been better, although the variety is definitely a plus. Drinks, including local wine and a wide range of soft drinks, are available for an additional charge. There are plenty of great cafes, traditional taverns with delicious local food, and small shops around the hotel where you can find everything you need. The main street — where all the bars, clubs, restaurants, and nightlife are located — is also just a short walk away. During the day, it’s easy to enjoy lunch at a variety of nice spots nearby. At night, you can relax and sleep peacefully because the hotel area is quiet. But if you’re in the mood to go out and enjoy the nightlife, it’s just around the corner — and the options are endless. The hotel grounds are beautiful, well-maintained, and peaceful. While there is music playing at the beach and the bar, it doesn’t disturb the guests because the buildings are located slightly further away from these areas. The hotel buildings themselves are modern, clean, and high-quality — very comfortable to live in. The only downside to the accommodation, in my experience, was the Wi-Fi. Although it’s available throughout the hotel, the signal is very weak and slow. As someone who works remotely — even while on vacation — I found the internet to be insufficient for work. I had to rely on mobile data the entire time, which was a major inconvenience. There is a gym on site, and the housekeeping staff are wonderful — everything was clean and tidy. The hotel staff were also very friendly and always willing to help. And one more sweet detail — there are adorable local cats on the property, which was a lovely bonus! Overall, I was happy with my stay. If I return to Crete, especially to the Malia in particular, I think I would choose this hotel again.
