Compact, fully refurbished hotel. Animation no. Good location in the resort town of Malia, a 10-minute walk from the city center, where are concentrated shops, restaurants, bars and night clubs. Recommend for families and budget travelers youth who value the proximity of the resort night life.

Location: 32 km from international airport of Heraklion, 10 km from g. Hersonissos, in the resort town of Malia. A bus stop is 200 metres away.

Consists of four two-storey buildings.
The total area is 2500 m2.
The hotel has 45 rooms.
Beach: Public, sandy beach 750 m from the hotel, 3 line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee. Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade. The entrance to the sea: sandy (sloped). Toilet, shower on the beach.

Breakfast: something different every day, although similar. Choice of tea, coffee, juice and water. Very nice lady serving the kitchen.
Location: close to the center of town, about 20 minutes walk to the beach, the same amount to the mountains. Lots of grocery and souvenir stores, restaurants and bars.
Service: very nice, helpful, doing a great job. Bravo!
Additional perks: neat little pool, sun loungers with umbrellas, shower and toilet by the pool, hotel lobby bar (chips, drinks), helpful hotel owner.
Minuses: hard to stand in a room without air conditioning (9€/day).

The room was a bit small though and the food was ok but could have been better!
The food was always fresh and quite varied, even for a vegetarian. Maria was adorable and always looked after each guest. The bar staff was always there to assist.
The pool and the room were clean, sheets and towels changed.
Nino was the cutest gardian a place can have 😁
There's a bit of a walk to the beach, but we always enjoyed it. Get a scooter from Sky and visit the small villages around Malia, or rent a bike from TheHub and trail the mountains.
The only downside is that you need to pay extra for the air con, if you want it, but this is usual practice in nost Greek accomodations.
People are friendly.
