A truly exceptional hospitality experience – the kind that leaves a lasting impression!

From the very first moment we arrived at i-Resort, we were captivated by the unique combination of luxury, serenity, and world-class service. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Maria, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail set the tone for our entire stay. She embodies the true essence of hospitality, and thanks to her, we immediately felt at home.

What impressed me even more was the open-door policy of the General Manager, who is always approachable and available to guests. This rare level of accessibility reflects a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction and sets a remarkable standard in hotel management.

The rooms were impeccably clean, the food was abundant, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and every staff member we encountered delivered service of the highest caliber. As a hotel General Manager myself, I can truly appreciate how rare and challenging it is to maintain such an extraordinary standard – and here, it was achieved flawlessly.

i-Resort is far more than just a hotel; it is a complete experience of luxury and care. It leaves you with a desire to return again and again, and I will certainly be coming back. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone seeking the very best that hospitality has to offer.

Fantastic location, we had a brilliant room with lovely views. Hotel is very clean with good food and drinks. Staff are very friendly too. Not sure about the hotels 5 star ratings.

We spent a wonderful vacation in Greece, on the island of Crete, and we were absolutely delighted with our choice of hotel. The peaceful surroundings, spotless cleanliness, and the varied and delicious food made our stay truly enjoyable.

One of the biggest highlights was the warm welcome we received upon arrival. We would especially like to thank Paula, an exceptional receptionist who speaks Romanian and made us feel right at home. She gave us detailed information about our stay, personally walked us to the restaurant for breakfast—even though we arrived before the official breakfast time—and arranged for us to check in early. We were pleasantly surprised to be given a spacious, bright, and very clean room with a beautiful sea view.

Paula impressed us with her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. She is undoubtedly a special presence at the front desk and adds greatly to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.

We wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely return!

What an excellent hotel, the staff were all amazing. The room we had (125E) was exceptional, clean and comfy with no issues with storage. The only thing was no kettle but not a problem as I always take my own. The pool area was kept clean and tidy but got extremely busy with people reserving sunbeds, we chose the beach as less hectic and loved the drinks service to the sunbeds. The restaurant was lovely with plenty of choice and good quality. The staff were lovely and remembered where you preferred to sit. All in all an excellent hotel which i would highly recommend. Our only issue was with staff from the spa, my husband hurt his back some months ago and elected to have a couple of massages on the beach and got told off and told he was breaking the law,he made a complaint and was given a free 30 minutes massage which he said was quite good. There was entertainment most evenings some better than others but still watchable. The wine was the best we've ever had in a hotel but we were a little disappointed with the cocktail choice.

It’s a lovely hotel and the staff are great. The location is excellent. The rooms are fabulous and the whole hotel is spotless. Very clean. I’d of gave a 5 if tourists didn’t have to pay for food at the pool bar and room service although we were all inclusive. The main restaurant was included. Overall it really was lovely and we’ll definitely return. There was 7 of us. There was ignorance from Germans towards all brits. So rude.

This hotel is beautiful.. so clean and well designed. The two pools are great not too busy Staff here are kind and seem genuinely to enjoy their job The location of hotel is fantastic.. the hotel is right on the beach with many restaurants and tavernas to choose from. Yesterday my bed had a heart and rose petals.. there was a bottle of sparling wine and fresh fruit .. what a lovely surprise for my silver wedding anniversary Thank you

My partner and I spent ten perfect days here last month. We arrived later in the evening, and check-in was incredibly smooth. They answered all the questions we had and took their time to explain everything about the hotel in great detail. The rooms are modern and, in our opinion, have enough closet space for clothes. Contrary to what we were made to believe from other reviews here, the bathroom gave us enough privacy, and the open floor plan made the room feel even more spacious. We did, however, miss having a bit more space to put toiletries in the bathroom. The food here was incredible—never repetitive and very varied. We had the All-Inclusive package and enjoyed all of the drinks. The cocktails were very good and definitely not watered down ;) The pool area is great. We usually stayed at the east pool, since that’s where most of the activities took place. Our personal highlight of the holiday was the entertainment. We loved trying new sports with Joanna and Chloé. They truly give it their all and make sure it’s accessible for everyone—even when the exercises are a little too “challenging” due to previous injuries. We highly recommend the Aqua Gym (special shoutout to the water noodles classes!) and Aqua Dance in the afternoon. The evening activities, such as dance and game nights, were always well-organized and fun to attend. We had many plans for this trip, but because the hotel was so great, we hardly left :)

The hotel is set in a nice area within reach of lovely restaurants and bars and is on the beach. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. There are 2 pools, the infinity pool we never got to enjoy as we could never get a lounger as the normal lot are out at 6-7 in the morning to claim them with their towels. I walked past the infinity pool a couple of time’s throughout the day and noticed they had been claimed but no one using them until the afternoon. There are signs to say the towels would be removed if the loungers were not being used but I never see this happen, very selfish. The other pool was nice and we usually went down around 10 in the morning when you can get fresh towels and we never had trouble getting a lounger. We had a couple of issues with the room and one was sorted out after chasing reception up 8 hours later and the other one was not and I couldn’t be bothered to waste my time chasing reception up again. The staff are very nice and polite but I do feel there is a lack of communication between reception and the maintenance team. We took the half board option, the restaurant has a canteen atmosphere and the food is poor never hot just warm, there are a few cold options so I stuck with them, apparently they have another place to eat but it looked closed. The last few days we didn’t bother with the food in the hotel and ate out at local restaurants where we found some great restaurants and beautiful hot food. I wouldn’t stay here again and from hotels I have stayed in before in my opinion this is not a 5 star hotel.
