Great service and all staff helpful and friendly.
Drinks choices are good with lots of options and kids able to help selves at snack bar.
Room cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels mattresses so comfy all of slept really well every night. Fan provided for kids room to keep cool and worked well.
Pool fresh sea water and cleaned daily was so refreshing after the warm sun with plenty of sun beds to choose from and kids loving the slides.
Food was tasty and so much choice for all including 2 fussy eaters. Different themes each night can highly recommend Greek Italian and Mexican so much choice.
Ice cream was available all day and dinner and evening meal.
Spa experience was heavenly and just what was needed with a body scrub and rehydration oil treatment skin was refreshed from the heat and was still relaxed and sleepy the next day.
Evening entertainment behind snack bar found half way through holidays.
Entertainment team warm and friendly with all and do a fab job.
Please ignore negativity in reviews I was worried before arrival but can assure you would happily return and recommend for a great family holiday even 16 & 14 year old agree.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. the water did not go down in the toilet, the air conditioner could not be adjusted, it blew directly into the bed. Breakfast is always the same. The worst thing is that there are animals in the bed that bite the body. I have uploaded photos. Very unpleasant, after each night there were more and more bites. We had 8 people come and they all got bitten. Now after the holidays, we are treating all the bites.

This hotel definitely does not deserve 4 stars. The rooms are very old-fashioned, full of dust and dirt in the nooks and crannies. The food is quite okay. However, most of them are unhealthy snacks. Dirty tiles around the pool. The only plus is the nice hotel service

We have just returned home from a week here and I wish I could have stayed longer! We were worried as we had seen so many bad reviews but this hotel is absolutely lovely. The rooms are cleaned every single morning to a high standard. The entertainment team were absolutely fantastic with our two year old and made her confidence shine through. The only downsides were the salt water pools and the food not accommodating for children. Apart from that we had an amazing time!!

I'm currently at hotel and cannot understand how this hotel have four stars!. Hotel looks tired and not maintained for years, pools are filled with sea water and all pools surroundings probably never been cleaned, rooms are dirty with AC working only when you in it. The rooms have standard key instead of card and you have only one key per room, food - same things all over again, chicken starting as a pita filling, next day is added to creamy spaghetti and next day is in form of chicken with bacon.
Do not waste your money and book something else on this beautiful island.

A group of us stayed here in June 2024 and the hotel was good for the price, however, it is not the nicest but it was okay for the week. There is a restaurant and 2 bars in the resort. The all-inclusive food is nice and there is a large range of different things, but there are only certain drinks included in the all-inclusive rest you have to pay for. pools are salt water and are a decent size and there are plenty of sun-beds available so you don't have to go down early. The girls running the entertainment are lovely and provide a couple of activities through the day and evening entertainment on a night.
The location of the hotel is really good with a shop in the resort and the nearest town centre only a 10/15 minute walk to many bars, restaurants, shops, and beaches.

It's was an amazing stay.
Only constructive criticism I have is on dining staff were watching all time and taking plates when people were still eating from them..This was a daily event at restaurant.
All other staff friendly and cheerful and helpful...would recommend.

Honestly I had a lovely holiday here BUT...
The rooms in this hotel are just very dated and in need of a serious refurb. The bathroom was old and dirty, we found silver fish in our room on multiple occasions. The room itself was big but but very dated.
Food was very yummy. Lots of variety and the staff are sooo lovely and friendly, they really go above and beyond for little ones too which is sweet.
Not close to much so you need to get the local bus or walk. The beach not too far but the part we went to wasn't sandy so we didn't give it a try.

Hotel is clean, but I'd say showing it's age. Food is ok, there was always something to eat for every taste, but was a bit bland. Buffet restaurant needs redesigned as counters too close together and can get very busy with everybody going everywhere all at once, or at least put one way system in place. I'd say 3star at most not 4star. Lots of hills and steps to get to/from rooms , so be aware.
