Reviews
We arrived at night, only to discover that the hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. Apparently, they used photos from when the place was first built, back when it still had some dignity. Today? It’s a ghost building. No lights. No sign. No welcome. You basically have to stand outside like an idiot and guess if you’re at the right place, praying you won’t get stabbed by accident while checking your reservation.
Breakfast was something out of military boot camp — the same sad, flavorless offerings every single day: eggs, cheese, and for dessert, the cheapest cake you could imagine. By day four, my family and I gave up. We’d rather pay extra outside than eat another round of that tragic menu. Calling it “food” is generous; it was closer to edible punishment.
The pool? Don’t even bother. The design genius behind it apparently decided the sun should only hit it in the late afternoon — and even then, only half of it. The result? An ice bath that doubles as a hypothermia simulator. Perfect if you’re training for the Arctic, not so much for a vacation.
And here’s the best part: the staff. Don’t get me wrong, they were kind — for the few hours they existed. They vanish after breakfast. So if you happen to lock yourself out in the afternoon, congratulations, you’re now homeless until morning. Imagine paying for a room and still preparing yourself to sleep on the street. That’s the kind of “hospitality” this place offers.
The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the staff were friendly, but that’s like saying your prison guard smiled while locking the cell. It doesn’t change the fact you’re trapped in misery.
Do yourself and your loved ones a favor: don’t make the same mistake we did. Spend your money literally anywhere else — sleep in a tent, in your car, under a bridge — you’ll have a better time.
⭐ 1 Star – Inexcusable Service Even in Off-Season!!! I wish I could give them less then one Star…
Booked this hotel well in advance but had to cancel nearly two months before the check-in date. Despite the long notice, the hotel flat-out refused to issue a refund or allow cancellation. Communication was dismal—emails went unanswered for five days, and phone calls were met with vague responses or outright indifference. For a hospitality business, they seem to have missed the memo on actual hospitality.
Off-season should be a time to build goodwill, not burn bridges. I guess this is their way of making money when the business is down.
I won’t be booking here again—and I suggest you think twice before doing so.
Their communication was unprofessional, with most replies being very short, unhelpful, and often rude, and they took a long time to respond. This is not how guests should be treated. I would strongly advise avoiding this place if you expect fair policies and basic customer respect.
