Sweet spot!!!! Pool is good, lots of chairs. Owner is so sweet. The hotel can help with everything from booking taxis to rental cars. There is elevators to every floor, but you have to change elevators along the way. The hotel is 30 minutes away on walk to the city, so it’s kinda a walk in the heat to get dinner etc.

Many hotels are clean, nice, and safe. This one is too. But not everywhere you can meet and exceptional hotel owner. Konstantin is exceptionally friendly, polite, generous, and helpful. This is a rare case when one needs no better advise than simply to ask in the hotel. All his suggestions are excellent and genuinely for the interest of the guests. 100% recommended.

The room was very clean and tidy when we arrived. All appliances seem to work as well as toilets,sinks and shower. The extra bathroom downstairs is nice to have ! It's been super quiet outside so far! I would recommend this place to stay.

Clean hotel with a nice pool, alot of sun hours at the sunbeds. Rooms are nice but nothing special. Parking and driving to city center is easy. Cabs to city center only 7 euro (one-way). Personal is to busy at the bar during lunch and happy hour. Breakfast is fine but not alot of choice. In my opinion the price of the rooms is a little high comparing to the quality you get.

So far we are very happy with our stay. The hotel is small and cozy but they still serve a large breakfast with a wide variety of food. You can make your own fresh orange juice and the even had gluten free bread for us.

Really nice affordable hotel. Large rooms, very clean, good size pool. Extremely friendly staff. Breakfast is OK. Close to nice taverns and the long sandy beach. Would definitely recommend. Rooms in the back are more quiet ( far away from the pool) as the sound proof is not that good. What would need a change is the bed mattress.

Just had a week at this hotel with all the family. The staff were lovely, George, Ella and Mrs Joanna. They could not have done more to help in the circumstances. Plenty of beers and cocktails at the bar served by Ella and a great time was had by all. Nice quiet location off the main road. my dear i recently spent holidays in crete. I stayed with my wife and two children at the Bueno Hotel. We were greeted by a nice old lady, probably the mother of the owner. The hotel itself is worth three stars. nice service by the poolside bar. in the evening nice Eli poured cold beer and treated peanuts and chips. We have been back 4 times because it's a very, lovely place indeed, Manolis and Nikki are lovely and look after all your needs . It's quiet but only 5 minutes walk from tavernas and your usual holiday shops .

Back here after 3 years and it's still as wonderful. Manolis and Niki are superb hosts. The rooms are light, modern and airy. Great aircon and comfortable beds, lovely breakfast. Lots of bars and tavernas within a 5 to 10 minute walk but Evelin has a well stocked and reasonably priced bar and does daytime snacks up till 3pm. There is a Lidl across the road but you aren't aware of it when you're in...
