Chrysa and all of the staff that we came into contact with were all friendly ,very helpful and great fun and made us feel incredibly welcome. Excellent trip! We were 7 days in paradise! The SPA was unbelievable, with Evdokia- the friendly , beautiful face at the reception, Dina and Constantinos at the massages...We had very clean and tidy rooms, the mediterranean views are from another world and all the personnell was exceptionaly profesional and friendly! Sophia from reception was so lovely and helpful! The airline lost our luggage on the mainland, and she kindly offered to handle everything for us, calling the airline and organising for our luggage to be flown to us and we had our clothes by that night. We loved Avli Lounge! The hosts were so helpful and kind and the breakfast was extraordinary. We ate by ourselves in a sun-filled courtyard with blooming orange trees and flowers and the food was delicious and very generous. The room was extremely comfortable. We would definitely come back!

Had already been here in 2019 and also 2024 didnt change my mind. The place is not to be missed for its large rooms with all comforts and its location, in the old town but facing the sea, which has no rivals if not in the newer (eastern) part of the town. We had an amazing vintage room(1couple)! Two floor apartment with balcony to Rethimno port. Its is located directly to the center of the main city and nearby you can find absolutely everything. Very friendly and helpful (for example they gave scales for luggage) staff, clean rooms, breakfast plentiful. Although with open windows a lot of noise seeps in from the street and the pool is small and shady. The beach and the old town are a few minutes walk away. Excellent hotell with incrediable staff. Perfect situation, just next to Rethymnon city centre. the breakfast consist of many Greece incredients, and is at least enough. (It’s our third stay in this hotell, and we will come back soon again).

+Convenient location., close to the beach and many dining options. Friendly staff. Nice room. - Located some distance from the old town. Room and balcony are somewhat small. Breakfast is ok but it could have been more to choose from. The presentation of the food and the breakfastroom inside could have been more appealing.

We stayed here in the first week in July and received a warm, friendly, family welcome. Our room was perfect with the best shower in Crete. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the cleanliness was exceptional. Mr Leonidas was always smiling - a very special Thank You to Olga, Sophia and Agnesa for making it a special holiday for us. We spent two weeks in May at this hotel, staying in a basement apartment - one of two such accommodations - which was not in the main building but separate, with direct garden and pool access. This was the highlight of our stay. We had a very spacious room, enough for two adults and one child. We had a fantastic time staying here for a week. Rooms very clean and modern a bit small though. Food Exellent , sunbed to die for so comfy. Staff very friendly and helpful.
