We enjoyed our stay here. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. We are vegan and could always find healthy options. The staff are very professional and helpful. We also enjoyed the private beach.

Me and my family love this hotel. It is probably the best family vacation we have had so far. It is a little pricey, but it's totally worth it. The food is delicious and the location is excellent! Lovely service, great space, beautiful view. The beach/sea isn’t the nicest for Greek standards but it’s still quite lovely. It’s deep so not ideal with toddlers/ young kids. I would have loved some traditional Cretan food options in one of the restaurants and a few more options for food at the beach. This is on a busy main beach road. There are sun beds on the "deck" area. You have to be up at the crack of dawn to get one of these. The larger pool is in the centre of the building, this doesn't open until 10:30 and you have to queue up from about 10am to get one of the very limited sunbeds. The stay at Plaza Beach was a fantastic experience. The staff were polite and the room was cleaned regularly. The staff were approachable and provided a professional service. We had paid for half board so we saw them twice a day at least. Reception staff were helpful when the transfer was not confirmed by my travel agency.

The apartment we visited was nice. The kitchen had a dishwasher, oven, stove, and a microwave oven. The dining table was a bit small, but four could eat around it quite well. Absolute pleasure. The property is right on the sea, with waves constantly crashing in. The water: pristine, clear. The room was beautiful, with a bath tub next to the bed upstairs. And you always look out to the sea. The staff always courteous. To top it off, the food in the restaurant was some of the best I've had anywhere in the world. Very grateful to have experienced it.

Absolute pleasure. The property is located right on the beach, where the waves are constantly breaking. Water: pure, transparent. The room was beautiful with a bathroom next to the bed upstairs. We got an upgrade to a fabulous 2-bed suite with lovely sea view. Lovely pool, friendly staff and good food. Pity we only stayed one night here, will stay longer next time.

Amazing suites with private, sun lounge, Jacuzzi, bathtub, and sea view. Huge room with kitchen dinning area, leaving room and sofa bed. Bed room is spacious with big glass door and sea view. Hotel staff are friendly and professional. Location is very convenient. Highly recommended.

The most wonderful people run this place! My stay at North Coast was supposed to be my 3rd visit to Crete just this summer. To give you some context - previously I stayed at Ikones and then Anemos. I got fed up with the rat race at big resorts and wanted to try something different. Once, while driving towards Galera (my favorite restaurant in town), we passed by the beautiful sparkling new building...

Very good hotel. Nice and very modern premises. Wonderful view next to Rethymno. Has verycgood Restaurants nearby. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Great location on the beach, room's are brand new with smart TV Netflix ect. Hosts friendly, plenty of shop's nearby, short walk to Rethymno old town for the evening lots of bar's and restaurants. Would recommend 👍🏻
