We sadly have missed reviews on this hotel. Positives are nice, clean hotel with great staff and food. Negatives are extremely confusing on the 'Comfort' package. This was sold to us as an all inclusive, however there was lots of restrictions i.e. no food around the pool was ever part of the package. Such a lovely spot! The space itself is gorgeous and very clean. I felt completely pampered. Anna was incredibly skilled and friendly — my hair turned out fantastic. They only use top-quality haircare products too. I’ll be back for sure next time I’m here!

Second time staying here, lovely helpful staff. Plenty to choose form at breakfast. We didn't have evening meal as ate out. Although couple of negatives was slow in setting up tables, and closing the pool early. Beach 5 mins walk, lots of surrounding bars on sea front, Walk or take a bus outside hotel to Old Town.

Easygoing hotel, with good access to amenities locally, short distance to beach, restaurants, good access for taxis and pickup locations for excursions. Room was clean, large and air conditioned. Standard buffet fare, with lots of different options for breakfast and dinner. Opportunities to practice Greek but for when that runs out the majority of staff are fluent English speakers.

The stay in the hotel was amazing and I really enjoyed getting a massage in the hotel spa. Evdokia is very friendly and helpen us with the booking. Dina did the massage and made me feel relaxed. Excellent trip! We were 7 days in paradise! The SPA was unbelievable, with Evdokia- the friendly , beautiful face at the reception, Dina and Constantinos at the massages...We had very clean and tidy rooms, the mediterranean views are from another world and all the personnell was exceptionaly profesional and friendly! Local taxis, even those booked by hotel charge €95 for airport transfers yet hotel insists price of their taxi "partners" is €130. Our second visit to White Palace and our third using Grecotel. Cleanliness, good food and helpful staff are the key ingredients to any hotel and the White Palace delivers. We were upgraded from the Minos Hotel to the Ambassador accross the street. Everything is new, the staff is great and the location is nice. Rooftop bar and restaurant. Charming small hotel on the edge of the "Old Town." Extremely friendly and kind staff. As a family of four we were well looked after.
