We absolutely loved this place. The welcome was outstanding with just the right amount of information. The activities were discrete, really great and kid's club spot on

The room was simply fantastic—spacious, beautifully designed, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The extra room in the suite was a game-changer, giving us a comfortable space to relax while our baby was sleeping

Family disco was well handled and the Saolin Acrobats out of this world. The staff were immaculately friendly, polite and engaged even though our stay was the very last week of the season

Great hotel on a good location in Rethymnon. Several minutes to the beach and 10-15 min walk to the city center. The hotel is clean, new, child friendly with very kind personnel

The bed was so comfy, the room cleaned everyday, and I loved my wall seat out on the balcony! I received late at night, received a complimentary lemon drink on arrival, food saved for me from dinner, and also complimentary snacks in my room

We stopped at the restaurant. Excellent food. Waiters are just perfect. Decent prices. Recommended to have on your list for fine dining/lunch

The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, the breakfast was good, and it had plenty of things to do

One drawback, however, was that the pools close at 6pm…which is really early if you are out and about throughout the day and want to enjoy a nice dip in the pool to relax afterwards. The hotel also had some hidden fees

On arrival we were introduced to our room facilities like how to adjust the aircondition and the welcome bottle of wine. Also I would like to applause you for the rules that you have noted for the pool area

Addressing the challenge from people that place towels and disappear for hours. I love the fact that you try to challenge this issue, even though it's a tough battle - Kudos for that

Hard to fault. Room have good aircon. Buffet food is as good as it gets. Staff are friendly, helpful and all speak great English. If I come back here, I would re-book.

Breakfast in the hotel was fantastic and the delicious coffee or tea is served to you at your table by the waiting, which made a lovely change from other Hotels where you have to queue for a coffee machine, serving undrinkable warm drinks! This was by far the best hotel that we have ever stayed in. The location is excellent- a 25min walk into the old town down the beach, passing shops, cafes and restaurants

We thought this hotel was really nice especially for the price. Very good value! The room we had was well designed, plenty of storage and we had a large balcony overlooking the city and the pool

The breakfast was better than expected, with plenty of choice and good quality. The pool area was really nice, on the smaller side but never had issues finding a free sun bed throughout the day

We found it quite relaxing to lie around the pool. It’s in the busy area of Rethymno town, really close to the beach and about 20 min walk to old town which we went to most evenings

Sometimes parking was difficult especially with the one way streets, but always eventually managed to find somewhere relatively closeby

There are plenty of restaurants closer by too, but we preferred the ones in old town

Walkable distance to Rethymno old town (15min), clean and spacy rooms (Delux). Bathroom ventilation is a problem and not enough hangers. Reception service is great, restaurant service is ... meh ...

The hotel is situated in a very good location. The staff in the dining area are wonderful. The cooking staff are awesome

This is surely a hotel that I won't forget quickly, in a good sense that is, at arrival we got taken care of our luggage who came to take it to our rooms, we got seated and welcomed with a glass of orange juice and a fresh towel

Reception and concierge service was good. We made certain arrangements in advance of our arrival (car hire and a guide for a specialist trip). The recommendations were spot on. It was buffet style, like the evening meals

We did not eat in the restaurant in the evening partly because it was a buffet and partly because there was a good selection of restaurants nearby. There were good Covid protocols in place

Far enough from the tourist traps, but also close enough to walk to the old town. The beach is kept very clean, and is very nice and enjoyable. I just wish we would have stayed longer

Easygoing hotel, with good access to amenities locally, short distance to beach, restaurants, good access for taxis and pickup locations for excursions. Room was clean, large and air conditioned

But, all clean and the hotel boasts several pools and a good restaurant. One things is the Hotel has a good cross section of visitors, always a good sign

Even the first day we were surprised in a perfect way when they gave us upgrade from double room to suite apartment for the same price an when we open the door from room there was one more surprise - champagne, wine and fruit for warm welcome

Don't be put off by corridors, they are a little shabby but the rooms are fabulous, we had a suite thanks to a free upgrade. Fruit, wine and baguettes were left for us, welcome after a late arrival

The view from balcony was just magic. Friendly,kind and most helpful staff In any way. If they can help you they will for sure. The room was perfectly clean all the time

The pool areas are clean and tidy a nice area to relax with lots of sunbeds, we visited beginning of September. Entertainment was OK, usual holiday offerings

Kriti Beach is more than a resort. In front of the beach with sunbeds for the guests, is the ideal location to explore the city. Helpful and polite staff, a hotel we love to stay.

Excellent the geography of the hotel. Within walking distance of the Fortezza, the old town, the promenade, port. The hotel is fully correspond to its stars. Food and drinks are of excellent quality

Well, I don't understand how it is possible for water at the dinner is paid extra to take , that's not very nice and ugly. Maid service is good, but not regular. She would have, but there is no miss

You must buy a plastic bottle of water when thirsty at dinner, even though dinner included in the price, water not included! If You need just 200 ml of water, you MUST buy a huge plastic bottle of water, which results in destroying the environment with the plastic

There is water available to take in small glasses at the breakfast, but they put a clothing on it at dinner time, so that you are forced to buy plastic bottles of water!

I liked the rooms and the breakfast. Excellent staff, very helpful. The hotel is well located, close to the beaches, the restaurants and the shops.

The highlights of this place are definitely the staff (especially Nikoletta at the breakfast and Spyridoula at reception), the location and equipments (lovely indoor pool to relax after a day trip)

The hotel manager was also very nice and making sure everything was going smoothly for guests, we really appreciated his presence

The property is located right on the beach, where the waves are constantly breaking. The room was beautiful with a bathroom next to the bed upstairs. And you always look at the sea

I stayed in this hotel for a week mid-August and it was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had! Obviously, the rooms have everything you need and are very clean and modern

Sometimes we could hear the neighbours do the horizontal tango, but hey, that's what a holiday is for. The all-inclusive buffets vary from day to day and are excellent, except for the wines, die smaken wat wrang

But I strongly suggest booking a room with a pool view, where you can enjoy an evening or two on the balcony. We had different menus every day and the choice was just perfect, not too much and not too little

Er is één mevrouw bij de receptie die zelfs Nederlands spreekt. Our room (nummer 217, 😊) is well sized with private balcony, airco and jacuzzi. It is all kept clean daily, including making the beds door twee lieve dames

If you need anything special there is a small shop on the territory of the hotel or you can go into the town 10 mins, where there are plenty of restaurants and shops, including Lidl

We are half board and seriously would not do this again as we've found it a waste of money. The place is clean and staff friendly and the facilities are good. But you are better to go bed and breakfast

Great hotel especially for families. Rooms are very practical, the 3 pools are great, people are very nice. Not a lot of animations but the beach is very close with loads of restaurants bars...

Booked through Tui and it is spacious, very clean and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Very well appointed and well thought out Covid safety measures.

Evening meal time there seems to be cats everywhere and for me this a huge No No , not only unhygienic it's not appropiate while people are eating , for me personally being allergic to cats I really don't want to eat here

Was here 3 years ago and it was amazing unfortunately on return this year we have found the evening meal to have gone down hill rapidly , not much choice , doesn't taste of much

The location was perfect right across the street from the beach. We had a parking space directly in front of the hotel. I cannot say enough good things about it

Personally for me, the quality of the Wi-Fi was crucial, first of all, as I planned to work remotely from room. It was great and stable, about 30 Mb/s. The beach exceeded all my expectations, the sea looked like an ocean

Also, the housekeeping service was not good, they often left dirty items and a sink full of dirty dishes, even though we did our best to keep the unit clean on our own

Grand Leoniki Residence gave us the true Crete Experience, it felt very authentic from start to finish. Would put a higher rating if possible

Staning beakfast everyday! Everyone can find something for themself! Of course a lot of Greek food but also French, English, Deuch thing what was so perfect so everyone! In one night me and my friends where near the swimming pool at 12 in the night because it was my birthday and the owner surprised us with shots on the house and even brought a sparking candle and sang me happy birthday

We had a really great week at this hotel! The staff were excellent, really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent every morning with a good selection of local foods alongside staples

Nearby was some great family tavernas, bakeries, a decent supermarket and a good car hire place that we used. Rethymno old town was an easy 30 min stroll away and a fabulous place to visit

The location is absolutely breathtaking, directly across the sea. You can have a nice walk to Rethymno city along the beach from here. I really recommend the breakfast buffet, they also accommodate dietary restrictions

We both had fantastic massages in their wellness centre on our last day which were a (necessary!) highlight. Room was fairly basic but we were really only there to sleep so not so much of a problem for us!

The hotel is very good, the rooms are clean, cleaned every day, fridge, air conditioner, cooker))). Russian staff on retsepshene says no, and restaurant work. The food is very decent, diverse

I liked the design of the hotel, with modern and well-matched elements, the food was good and diverse, the staff very friendly and cooperative; plus the location of the hotel, near the park and very close to the picturesque old town

The bed was not comfortable and it was small for two. We had a room with a view to the street, which was noisy. But the air condition in the room was very good, we could set the temperature and also a frequency

Also, they kept our luggage safe for 10 hours after check-out, so that we could explore Rethymno before our departure in the evening. Enjoyable stay, really looking forward to coming back in the future
