Great location on the beach. An elegant service. Despite the fact that this hotel is 5 stars, the relationship between people is not biased. Different cuisine. Great rooms

We absolutely loved this place. The welcome was outstanding with just the right amount of information. The activities were discrete, really great and kid's club spot on

We had booked B&B and the breakfasts were varied, plentiful and delicious. The pool is salt water which is so much nicer than chlorine

The room was simply fantastic—spacious, beautifully designed, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The extra room in the suite was a game-changer, giving us a comfortable space to relax while our baby was sleeping

The loungers were comfy, towels plentiful and there was no banging music (phew!) It felt really high class and like a luxury stay. Thank you, Grecotel Creta Palace for a very memorable 5 days

Beautiful towel decoration and fresh flowers. The location is just 10 minutes away from Rethymno old town with plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff is very polite and always happy to assist

Second time staying here, lovely helpful staff. Plenty to choose form at breakfast. We didn't have evening meal as ate out. Although couple of negatives was slow in setting up tables, and closing the pool early

Easygoing hotel, with good access to amenities locally, short distance to beach, restaurants, good access for taxis and pickup locations for excursions. Room was clean, large and air conditioned

Not quite a full 5 stars but worth a shout. Clean and competitively priced. Oil’s far better inside that the outer first impression from the main road Rooms are on the small side and bathrooms compact

Standard buffet fare, with lots of different options for breakfast and dinner. Opportunities to practice Greek but for when that runs out the majority of staff are fluent English speakers

But, all clean and the hotel boasts several pools and a good restaurant. One things is the Hotel has a good cross section of visitors, always a good sign

Beach 5 mins walk, lots of surrounding bars on sea front, Walk or take a bus outside hotel to Old Town

Excellent the geography of the hotel. Within walking distance of the Fortezza, the old town, the promenade, port. The hotel is fully correspond to its stars. Food and drinks are of excellent quality

I had a great time. The food was very tasty,rooms pretty spacious and the shower was absolutely amazing with very good water pressure and big cabin. Very nice people in the staff!

Just returned from a 7 days stay in Bio Suits Hotel and it was amazing. The apartment was super clean with all the necessary accomodations you can think of

Rested at this hotel in the summer of 2012, the impressions are fresh still. Very nice hotel with great pool and rooms with kitchenette.

Not a massive selection of food but the food they do is extremely tasty. A peaceful and quiet relaxing hotel rather than young and lively. Really friendly staff especially George on the bar and ireene in the restaurant

1 minute to the main town but still peaceful tucked away down a quiet street. 30 seconds to a lovely sandy beach with one of the best sunsets I have seen. The hotel is simple, clean, nice home cooked food

Well what a hotel. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Organised most things for us. Rooms lovely and clean.Fantastic location.Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

Also the food was very good and I liked that it was so native. It was near to the beach and also near to the main road with shopping and bars, but very silent for a good sleep

The cleaning ladies come quite often, but if you keep things tidy, sometimes they don't even have to do anything

The hotel staff is nice, the food is delicious, the pool is a bit shallow but suitable for swimming, the hotel's location is excellent, there are many places around the hotel where we can eat various delicious meals, there's also a supermarket nearby, and the beach is practically right under the hotel

They say this hotel is only 3 stars. Staff was super nice and friendly, food was great, reallyclose to the beach and many interesting places to visit by foot. I wish i could live there, can't wait to visit again

So, while the hotel facilities are probably worth 3 stars, rather than 4, the location makes up for a lot. If you are looking for a great location, and don’t expect too much luxury, I would recommend this hotel

Breakfast was different every day, and while I do believe there were probably leftovers from dinner the previous night, from a food waste perspective, this is not an issue for me, as the fruit, bread etc

There are some pool tables and extra entertainment for children (which we didn't use, obviously) otherwise the hotel is fairly bare bones, but again for the price, I couldn't recommend this hotel enough!! Rethymno old town is a short bus ride away with a bus stop very close to the hotel and such an incredible place to explore

The pool is a little cold, but we are here in October so that is expected. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Very close to the beach and the area around the resort is pleasant

The location of the hotel is superb, on the main street of Platanes and a 2 minute walk from dozens of restaurants, bars and shops

Absolutely unbeatable for the price!! I paid £26/night (staying in a room with my boyfriend), which is cheaper than some hostels I've stayed in

The food is fantastic, beer and wine are on tap and self serve however you can purchase cocktails and spirits at a reasonable price. Room was spotless when we arrived and is cleaned daily (except for Sundays)

The location is 6 km from the old venetian harbour and 100 meters from the beach We are definitely coming back next year Thank to you Rethymno village staff for making us holiday even more perfect

The hotel is well located between chania and herakolin so if you are driving you have many places to see within 1 hour. 5 minutes walk to beach and nearby restaurants were great. The staff were friendly and helpful

Large food selection (see pictures), fresh, tasty. However, you will need to pay for drinks separately at dinner

At first we wanted to move nearer the Old Town - only because we are trying to adopt a cat from there, but everything's fine as the hotel has great transport links; the bus stop is just across the road and the owner's have even kindly thought to put up a timetable

Old Town is a short journey away by bus (the bus stop is almost just down the road, bus #20). Everyone there was friendly, fun and attentive. Lovely pool, the rooms and facilities are great for what you pay

Good AC, good Wifi, hot water in the shower, receptionist brought us extra pillows even though housekeeping were gone for the day. Breakfast and dinner buffet included in room price

We had a fab time staying, very well located, across the road from the ocean. Conveniently close to all the amenities you'd need whilst also away from the chaos of the towns

Quality of the food is very good, meals are tasty and prepared with love, close to home made. We LOVED the attention that we received from the staff

my lovely staff, I haven't met such lovely people for a long time, everyone worked like a well-oiled machine, from the reception to the cleaners, as long as my health allows, I will definitely be happy to come back here, and Maria, happy birthday

As for the downsides that I can mention: there is no option to fill a regular drinking water bottle on your own; also, there is no water in the room. At the bar, you can only ask for drinks in cups, so keep that in mind

There are bars both in the hotel and on the beach where you can order various drinks; the selection is extensive. At the beach bar, from 10 am to 6 pm, they always have pizza, ice cream, yogurt, and fruits available

The soundproofing of the door in the room is not good enough, but this did not interfere with our rest at all. The main thing - the food and drinks in this hotel is unrealistically delicious

The hotel is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, food markets etc. Amazing staff with excellent customer service. The staff answered all of our questions and helped us with all we needed

No major complaints, faucet pressure was very low, all-inclusive food selection kept being the same but great views! Wouldn't call it a 4-star hotel just because the place and buildings overall weren't super clean/good looking

The hotel itself has enjoyed a recent renovation and it shows. Clean rooms, a bright and spacious feel to the whole location. When a bulb in our room blew, in less than 12 hours it was fixed and done whilst we were away

Honestly not a bad walk at all, gives you the privacy you want without the need to travel long distances for time away from the hotel. You have friendly options for excursions on that same strip

Also when we checked out we had a room tax added to the room 33 euros never had this in any hotel previously. All in all great week fab location only 1

The hotel is in beautiful, well cared for, grounds. The staff are courteous and helpful. They were mortified when they found that our luggage had been put on a coach for the airport by mistake

The only problem is the drinks prices are quite high and we noticed lots of people watching a show or just taking in the evening but no drinks on the table

So why dock a star? Well the luggage issue didn't help, drinks are too expensive, our room would have been better with a shower cubicle rather than a bath, and more charging points in the room would have been a benefit

A very well run and efficient hotel. All staff have an excellent attitude, which enhances your stay. Dining in any of the restaurants is extremely enjoyable with ample choice of culinary delights

But the price for drinks from the bar even if you're all inclusive seem a bit pricey compared to other bars down the street

Beach is not the best but right next to the hotel which is nice. 30 minutes on the bus to the closest town, but there is plenty of restaurants and shops around

Main restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner has insufficient capacity. Food is not seasoned enough and boring. Even on Greek standards, this is not 4 stars Hotel. Face better accommodation in 3+ stars hotel in Greece

We had a good time here, there was a few issues with room but the receptionist sorted it out. Good food and drinks if ordered at the bar or pool bar was served in proper glasses which is nice for an all inclusive hotel

They often made it possible for us to sit next to each other at breakfast, lunch and dinner which we were really grateful for. The food was amazing and drinks were served fast and were nice

Room service is without any complaints Pool bar is fine but should open at 10, opens at 11. Also closing at 17:30 instead at 18 as is in papers. You be lucky to get 4 drinks within 3 hours

We loved the crazy birds, specially between 9 to midnight…they are adorable to watch. The hotel is on the Main Street here so you will hear the traffic plus buffet service starts early so it got a bit noisy starting 7am

But services very good, meals delicious, plenty of fruits, vegies, great pool and pool bar and absolutely pure water in the sea

There is a restaurant called a'la carte but you need to pay for drinks. Even for water, but like in the restaurant supper took us around 2. So you need to think if you want

The meals were delicious, but the time was horrible. Also in the luggage store room you need to pay 2 euro for lockers every time you want to open it

We have little bit trouble with the air conditioning. The staff was perfect, mainly men in the bar. They were very nice and did great drinks

Food is very different, so everyone can get something to eat, but every day breakfast is the same, some different meals at lunch and some days supper was with fishes. At pool after 11 o clock you need to pay for a drinks

cleanliness of the hotel is generally good though the pool areas could use some work. i strongly recommend this hotel if you value good service

There is a vast variety of dishes to choose from and delicious selection of local and international foods. Our room was spacious and comfortable which was cleaned daily by the lovely Maria

The pool is small comparative to the hotels size and is pretty crowded. The buffet serves delicious food at breakfast, lunch and dinner and you will eat your brains out at the buffet

It had a shop and beach over the road and only 1 euro 30 each way for buses. It was a bit of a walk to get to the main shops and taverns but there were some nearby

Very good food. small a friendly great pool and bar and good for the beach over the road less than 2 mins walk. Beach sunbeds 6e all day for 2. will need beach shoes

Very nice staff ! Shout out to Maria from reception - she was really helpful and friendly and we had a great laugh. There is a bus stopping right outside the hotel - we never used it as we had a car

There is car park outside hotel so it was very handy. All inclusive food was good, also drinks - selection of cocktails and local spirits, wine and beer

Great little hotel, very quiet. the hotel ground is very well kept, there is no issues with loungers, plenty of space to sit and relax

To our surprise, we received a room upgrade to a villa with a private pool. What a great surprise! Food: The food was fantastic. At the buffet restaurant, you can eat without a reservation at lunch and dinner

and the food was always very good. At the other restaurants, you need to make a reservation for dinner. The food there was also outstanding

This includes the areas around private pools, steps down from gardens, and the lower level where most of the restaurants are

Visited here April 2022, it was quite possibly one of the most beautiful hotels ever. Recently opened and very luxurious for how much I paid. Sadly it is not as affordable now, so wouldn’t visit it again.

* We went in the last week of the season, and as a result, there was no seafood restaurant, the Greek restaurant closed halfway through the week and the Asian a day after that. Bit frustrating, as we weren't told

Room: The pool in the villa was cleaned daily, and the minibar was refilled every day. Everything was always very clean and tidy. Beach: The private beach belonging to the hotel is well-maintained

Drinks are served in the main restaurant, Shihsa bar by the pool and also in the rooftop bar. The staff are amazing and look after your every need. They work very hard to ensure you enjoy the hotel

Amazing family holiday experience rooms modern and very clean pool area was second to none the hotel staff are incredible, from arranging buses to the town to giving us a later checkout to help with our two year old and storing our luggage until our transfer arrived, the food catered to all and the live cooking station was delicious, myself my partner and son Arthur had a blast we even got engaged...

The food was delicious and every day there was something new to try. The rooms were clean and seemed newly renovated. The staff was so incredibly nice and was always willing to help

Room was spotless with great view to the pool. The free breakfast was a delightful way to start the day. Hotel also had an amazing restaurant with good food, warm and delicious

if you want to just chill without worrying about anything, its a perfect place to do so:) there are only two complaints, the first one being travel lunch which is just a cheap sandwich, an orange and an apple, the second one being bathroom doors unable to be closed

I booked a luxurious villa, only 50 meters away from a private beach. The exclusive private beach was equipped with sun loungers and sunshades. Villa was very clean and modern. Had a pool and it was amazing

The location was just the best, very clean, quiet but in the middle of everything at the same time. The open space (living area and pool) was wonderful, and the entertainment system was superb

We stayed here for 3 days and loved everything about the Thalasses vilas. The staff was genteel, helpful and welcoming. The cleaning staff is attentive, wonderful and polite

Villa had an unique decoration with branded materials and it was great located near by a private beach only a few meters away. Rooms were spacious and very clean
