The hotel was unprepared as neither of our two rooms were ready and instead we were put in a different room which was barely up to standard. The next day we were supposed to get our rooms after 10:00 but they have pushed back the time every time we asked. Just choose a different hotel.

Great Holiday in a Great Hotel. Rooms are modern and spacious. Even with high occupancy you have a good feeling as the area is so big. Food is delicious in all restaurants. Specials need to get paid additional even when you have HB or AI. Animation is soft. For the kids there is a nice kids club. The Spa has Sauna, steam bath and a indoor pool. The beach is fantastic. Overall recommend this place.

Great for families, the hotel has lot of attractions for children. The beach and pool areas are organized and good infra structure. Food is also very good, served in three restaurants. Rooms are comfortable.

My stay with Filion hotel was one of my best vacations ever. The place is beautiful, every meal is great and the hotel's service is perfect. All the staff members are friendly except one person at reception, who I won't mention here, I believe everyone should be nice. Anyway, I highly recommend this hotel if you want a peaceful and chill vacation.

An absolutely fantastic holiday staying here. The rooms were clean and spacious. There was a bath and shower in the bathroom which was unexpected. We really enjoyed our stay in Filion Hotel. The room was spacious, fresh towels and cleaned everyday. The staff were very helpful with a quick and efficient service. Nothing was too much for them. We like a quiet holiday so the location was really good for us. The pools and areas were very clean. We were also well and truly entertained every evening whilst enjoying some cocktails.
