Me and my family love this hotel. It is probably the best family vacation we have had so far. It is a little pricey, but it's totally worth it. The food is delicious and the location is excellent! This is on a busy main beach road. There are sun beds on the "deck" area. You have to be up at the crack of dawn to get one of these. The larger pool is in the centre of the building, this doesn't open until 10:30 and you have to queue up from about 10am to get one of the very limited sunbeds. A wonderful brand new hotel in the center of Rethymno city. The staff was friendly and accommodated every request that we had during our stay. The beach exceeded all my expectations, the sea looked like an ocean. A few words about stuff. This is really a team of professionals! The stay at Plaza Beach was a fantastic experience. The staff were polite and the room was cleaned regularly. The staff were approachable and provided a professional service. We had paid for half board so we saw them twice a day at least. Reception staff were helpful when the transfer was not confirmed by my travel agency.

Beautiful hotel set up like a village right on the beach. Close to the old town and lots of places to eat nearby. Clean and super friendly and hardworking staff. Nice hotel with amazing dinner and service. Best recommendations for location and service, but the rooms are standard value for price, nothing special but it's according to price. We had later flight at 1am, they gave us towels and place to put bagge when we are on the beach last day, before the transfer to airport.

For a 4* hotel the service was acceptable. The cleaners, receptionists and the food sevice staff were friendly but they could not compensate the food which was boring also needs to pay attention to little details on them. The hotel location is fine, close to the beach.

Stayed here in August 2024. For the price it is a really great hotel with great food. We enjoyed it, especially the plus is that they have a tennis court and you can get all of the equipment at the reception 🎾 Very close to the beach 🏖️

Nice, family owned, tranquil hotel located in the old town, walking distance to everywhere. Has a nice restaurant attached which serves a variety of taste dishes. Supermarket 5 min walk from hotel. No elevator and some of the stairs are steep - the higher you are the better the view but the steeper the staircase.

We had an amazing vintage room(1couple)! Two floor apartment with balcony to Rethimno port. Its is located directly to the center of the main city and nearby you can find absolutely everything. Regarding the room it was amazing that it had hairdryer and many-many amenities. I will definitely reccommend it! Hope that they could provide us with more details about the area :)
