We sadly have missed reviews on this hotel. Positives are nice, clean hotel with great staff and food. Negatives are extremely confusing on the 'Comfort' package. Our second visit to White Palace and our third using Grecotel. Cleanliness, good food and helpful staff are the key ingredients to any hotel and the White Palace delivers. A beautiful location by the sea, 30 minutes' walk from the old town of Rethymno. We booked 2 rooms for 4 people, but their system showed only 2 people. It was a Booking error, and they weren't very cooperative, charging us for breakfast for the 'extra' guests. We had to resolve it with Booking. Our room near the street was noisy. The Cretan breakfast omelette was watery, and the bread soaked it up...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting Rethymnon town. It's located right in front of Koumbes Beach, alongside other holiday homes. The suite was very new and well-maintained. We had a room on a higher floor facing the main road, which could be a bit noisy with the balcony door open. The property has a lift, making it easy to move our luggage. The most wonderful people run this place! My stay at North Coast was supposed to be my 3rd visit to Crete just this summer. To give you some context - previously I stayed at Ikones and then Anemos. Fantastic hotel in the old town, near the western side of the peninsula so fantastic sunsets from our balcony. Owner/manager, Antonio, was helpful answering questions and referrals to good restaurants and trips.

We spent a wonderful week at this hotel. Service was immaculate, staff so friendly and helpful. The best place to visit Rethymno. On the edge of the old town, everything within walking distance. This place is perfect in many ways. Voula is a very nice host and makes you feel at home. The rooms are very complete and have comfortabel beds. Very good breakfast! The location is the best in the old city, close to everything. Parking is included on a private parkinglot. Great stay! Crete is wunderfull.

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent, comfy beds, great staff and it's on the sea! The beach nearby is pebbly and it's a 25 minute walk to the old town - not a huge amount to do in the immediate area, but the hotel itself more than makes up for that!

Sea front suite in Rethymno I booked a Jr. suite and it is very nicely appointed. The air conditioning works perfectly. The room is maintained nicely and I had a loft bedroom facing the sea with a small balcony overlooking the sea. The decor was very nice with a living area with sofa, cocktail table. The in room safe was not bolted very odd and concerning they need to correct that. I had two bathrooms...

View to die for!!! Excellent place, amazing boutique hotel with incredible view, sea had to many waves, so we used the little pool, which was great and had an awesome time. Restaurant was top tier, food was great, service was great, seafood moussaka not so much, order anything else, you will thank me for it, will stay here again next year. Great couples place.

We stayed here for five days and all the staff were so welcoming and eager to please, we felt right at home. There is a beach right across the road which was lovely. Our room was basic but clean, the showers were quite cold but with the hot weather this wasn't much of an issue! The pool was a bit green and murky, we did swim but maybe not as often as we would have liked as it could have been cleaner...

The place is very good, quiet, for familly with children - amazing place. The staff always smiling, polite and friendly. Rooms are clean. Food is very tasty. One thing - the could be more fruit variety. That's the only minus from us :) thank you for amazing holidays!

I stayed there for 7 days. It was a pleasant stay with minor problems, for example wifi was terrible - signal strength and reach was weak. Food was tasty and diverse for this standard. The best thing about the place were the people working there, mutual respect goes a long way :)

Great service. The hotel is located literally in the middle of nowhere so renting a car is a must. Rooms were cleaned everyday, food was great. A/C worked without a flaw.

The room was very clean and tidy when we arrived. All appliances seem to work as well as toilets,sinks and shower. The extra bathroom downstairs is nice to have ! It's been super quiet outside so far! I would recommend this place to stay.

wonderful hotel neat and clean apartments. the beds are comfortable and it's like you being in a small village. the staff are very friendly and helpful and work hard to please the guests. the location is good nice shops good restaurants when you cross the street you are almost on the beautiful beach we had a really great stay and we will definitely come back

Lovely nice little boutique hotel with very friendly staff and the best chocolate brownies for breakfast! :) It's in the very centre of Rethymnon, so if you're on car expect some walking. The staff will help you, though, we chose the easiest way - the marina parking. Although in the centre, it was pretty quiet. There is also a lovely small swimming pool on site. Highly recommended!

This was a lovely old hotel but could have been a bit cleaner. Our room was also cold but we turned up the heating and got it sorted. A boutique hotel in a renovated Venetian building. It looks like we're living in history. Love the exposed beams on the roofs. The bed is very comfortable. The host is warm and welcoming. The place could be better insulated to sound, but with a historical building, I am sure there are limitations. The location is excellent. There are no elevators, so not ideal for people with mobility issues.

The hotel is lovely and quaint located in the Old Town and just round the corner from the Venetian Harbour. We arrived after midnight for check in and the staff member was very helpful, carrying our luggage up to the 2nd floor and letting us know where we could go to get food. Nice, family owned, tranquil hotel located in the old town, walking distance to everywhere. Has a nice restaurant attached which serves a variety of taste dishes. Supermarket 5 min walk from hotel. No elevator and some of the stairs are steep - the higher you are the better the view but the steeper the staircase.

As a couple we have stayed at the Di Corina over a number of years. We keep returning. This old Venitian Hotel is ideally placed for the sites of Rethymnon, including the fortress and lively night life. It has a very good restaurant attached where we ate a number of times. Had already been here in 2019 and also 2024 didnt change my mind. The place is not to be missed for its large rooms with all comforts and its location, in the old town but facing the sea, which has no rivals if not in the newer (eastern) part of the town. Very good and clean hotel. The mini suite with an amazing view of the sea, hydromassage 2 floors above the bed and downstairs bathroom, kitchenette and living room. The staff is very kind and willing to serve us. The only negative is that it doesn't have breakfast.

Charming small hotel on the edge of the "Old Town." Extremely friendly and kind staff. As a family of four we were well looked after. The breakfasts provide a good start to the day with fruit, pastries, local delicacies, bread, eggs, jam and honey and freshly squeezed orange juice and wonderful coffee.

Weird hotel... Awesome atmosphere but sometimes 'old' was a little to literally taken. The beds are supernoisy etcetera. Though it's a place i would recommend if you search a place to stay for a night or two
