We sadly have missed reviews on this hotel. Positives are nice, clean hotel with great staff and food. Negatives are extremely confusing on the 'Comfort' package. This was sold to us as an all inclusive, however there was lots of restrictions i.e. no food around the pool was ever part of the package. Such a lovely spot! The space itself is gorgeous and very clean. I felt completely pampered. Anna was incredibly skilled and friendly — my hair turned out fantastic. They only use top-quality haircare products too. I’ll be back for sure next time I’m here!

It was a very luxery and nice complex. The Hotel have luxe rooms, all the things works, luxe ligthing system etc. Also to have a balcony is nice. Every day the rooms are cleaned and the water and coffee cups are filled. I would really recommend this Hotel to others!

The room is large, the terrace pool and the view are very good, the pool is very clean, and the hotel's private beach is better than the beach next to it. The restaurant is very good, the five-course dinner is impeccable and worth the money. The snacks provided by the beach bar are also very delicious. The only drawback is that the double bed is not ideal and the bedding is not comfortable enough.

A fantastic location with an expansive patio/pool complex, good restaurant/bar, and a friendly, knowledgeable staff that speak English.

It was about a 5-minute taxi ride from the bus station, we could use the beach in front, and our room was spacious and open, so we were able to relax. There was a pool inside the hotel, so we went for a swim to relax instead of getting a massage.

The hotel was unprepared as neither of our two rooms were ready and instead we were put in a different room which was barely up to standard. The next day we were supposed to get our rooms after 10:00 but they have pushed back the time every time we asked. Just choose a different hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for a week mid-August and it was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had! Obviously, the rooms have everything you need and are very clean and modern. View to die for!!! Excellent place, amazing boutique hotel with incredible view, sea had to many waves, so we used the little pool, which was great and had an awesome time. I've stayed several times at the Odyssia Beach and I return because the staff are so welcoming and helpful, the location is on the beach with a superb beach bar and restaurant. We stayed here for five days and all the staff were so welcoming and eager to please, we felt right at home. There is a beach right across the road which was lovely. I stayed there for 7 days. It was a pleasant stay with minor problems, for example wifi was terrible - signal strength and reach was weak. Food was tasty and diverse for this standard. The best thing about the place were the people working there, mutual respect goes a long way :)

Lovely nice little boutique hotel with very friendly staff and the best chocolate brownies for breakfast! :) It's in the very centre of Rethymnon, so if you're on car expect some walking. The staff will help you, though, we chose the easiest way - the marina parking. Although in the centre, it was pretty quiet. There is also a lovely small swimming pool on site. Highly recommended!

A boutique hotel in a renovated Venetian building. It looks like we're living in history. Love the exposed beams on the roofs. The bed is very comfortable. The host is warm and welcoming. The place could be better insulated to sound, but with a historical building, I am sure there are limitations. The location is excellent. There are no elevators, so not ideal for people with mobility issues.

Nice, family owned, tranquil hotel located in the old town, walking distance to everywhere. Has a nice restaurant attached which serves a variety of taste dishes. Supermarket 5 min walk from hotel. No elevator and some of the stairs are steep - the higher you are the better the view but the steeper the staircase.

Had already been here in 2019 and also 2024 didnt change my mind. The place is not to be missed for its large rooms with all comforts and its location, in the old town but facing the sea, which has no rivals if not in the newer (eastern) part of the town. We had an amazing vintage room(1couple)! Two floor apartment with balcony to Rethimno port. Its is located directly to the center of the main city and nearby you can find absolutely everything. Regarding the room it was amazing that it had hairdryer and many-many amenities. I will definitely reccommend it! Hope that they could provide us with more details about the area :)

Charming small hotel on the edge of the "Old Town." Extremely friendly and kind staff. As a family of four we were well looked after. The breakfasts provide a good start to the day with fruit, pastries, local delicacies, bread, eggs, jam and honey and freshly squeezed orange juice and wonderful coffee.

Weird hotel... Awesome atmosphere but sometimes 'old' was a little to literally taken. The beds are supernoisy etcetera. Though it's a place i would recommend if you search a place to stay for a night or two
