Second time staying here, lovely helpful staff. Plenty to choose form at breakfast. We didn't have evening meal as ate out. Although couple of negatives was slow in setting up tables, and closing the pool early. Beach 5 mins walk, lots of surrounding bars on sea front, Walk or take a bus outside hotel to Old Town.

Easygoing hotel, with good access to amenities locally, short distance to beach, restaurants, good access for taxis and pickup locations for excursions. Room was clean, large and air conditioned. Standard buffet fare, with lots of different options for breakfast and dinner. Opportunities to practice Greek but for when that runs out the majority of staff are fluent English speakers.

Not quite a full 5 stars but worth a shout. Don't be put off by corridors, they are a little shabby but the rooms are fabulous, we had a suite thanks to a free upgrade. Fruit, wine and baguettes were left for us, welcome after a late arrival. Absolute pleasure. The property is right on the sea, with waves constantly crashing in. The water: pristine, clear. The room was beautiful, with a bath tub next to the bed upstairs. Just returned from a 7 days stay in Bio Suits Hotel and it was amazing. The apartment was super clean with all the necessary accomodations you can think of. Great food, amazing wine, beautiful pool, exciting live evening shows and most of all great and gracious staff. I absolutely loved it!

The stay at Plaza Beach was a fantastic experience. The staff were polite and the room was cleaned regularly. The staff were approachable and provided a professional service. We had paid for half board so we saw them twice a day at least. Reception staff were helpful when the transfer was not confirmed by my travel agency.

The entire staff of this hotel needs to be commended. Friendly, helpful, courteous and most of all went out of their way to assure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Personally for me, the quality of the Wi-Fi was crucial, first of all, as I planned to work remotely from room. It was great and stable, about 30 Mb/s. The beach exceeded all my expectations, the sea looked like an ocean. A few words about stuff. This is really a team of professionals! I stayed there for 7 days. It was a pleasant stay with minor problems, for example wifi was terrible - signal strength and reach was weak. Food was tasty and diverse for this standard. The best thing about the place were the people working there, mutual respect goes a long way :)

A boutique hotel in a renovated Venetian building. It looks like we're living in history. Love the exposed beams on the roofs. The bed is very comfortable. The host is warm and welcoming. The place could be better insulated to sound, but with a historical building, I am sure there are limitations. The location is excellent. There are no elevators, so not ideal for people with mobility issues.

Nice, family owned, tranquil hotel located in the old town, walking distance to everywhere. Has a nice restaurant attached which serves a variety of taste dishes. Supermarket 5 min walk from hotel. No elevator and some of the stairs are steep - the higher you are the better the view but the steeper the staircase.

Lovely nice little boutique hotel with very friendly staff and the best chocolate brownies for breakfast! :) It's in the very centre of Rethymnon, so if you're on car expect some walking. The staff will help you, though, we chose the easiest way - the marina parking. Although in the centre, it was pretty quiet. There is also a lovely small swimming pool on site. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing vintage room(1couple)! Two floor apartment with balcony to Rethimno port. Its is located directly to the center of the main city and nearby you can find absolutely everything. Regarding the room it was amazing that it had hairdryer and many-many amenities. I will definitely reccommend it! Hope that they could provide us with more details about the area :)

Charming small hotel on the edge of the "Old Town." Extremely friendly and kind staff. As a family of four we were well looked after. 4 stars hotel with generally good service - cleanness, food and kindness. I gave 3 stars because of dishonesty and lack of proper service in some aspects (see below). General comment - we were there at the end of season, when it was not packed, yet some of the services seemed at full capacity, for example the space around the pool area, sitting places during breakfast and mainly the parking location...

Staff are very good and make your stay more enjoyable. Food was always consistently of good quality and my wife and I are both coeliacs and gluten free was available at all times, in fact the chef once alerted to our condition, explained every dish on the buffet and made what we wanted pretty much to order.

A fantastic resort with fantastic people. The food was amazing, the facilities were kids friendly and the staff at the hotel really helped with my parents.
