Very good hotel, nice and clean pool, the food was very good and diversified(chicken, lamb, veal, pork, sea food, salads, sweets…). We stayed one week in July 2024, the location is ok 15min from city center, but 5min to the nice beaches. There are supermarkets near by.

Hard to fault. Room have good aircon. Buffet food is as good as it gets. Staff are friendly, helpful and all speak great English. If I come back here, I would re-book.

Second time staying here, lovely helpful staff. Plenty to choose form at breakfast. We didn't have evening meal as ate out. Easygoing hotel, with good access to amenities locally, short distance to beach, restaurants, good access for taxis and pickup locations for excursions. Room was clean, large and air conditioned. The entire staff of this hotel needs to be commended. Friendly, helpful, courteous and most of all went out of their way to assure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Personally for me, the quality of the Wi-Fi was crucial, first of all, as I planned to work remotely from room. It was great and stable, about 30 Mb/s. The beach exceeded all my expectations, the sea looked like an ocean. A few words about stuff. This is really a team of professionals! Any of our questions were resolved very quickly and in the most polite and friendly manner.

The room was very clean and tidy when we arrived. All appliances seem to work as well as toilets,sinks and shower. The extra bathroom downstairs is nice to have ! It's been super quiet outside so far! I would recommend this place to stay.

We had a really great week at this hotel! The staff were excellent, really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent every morning with a good selection of local foods alongside staples. The pool and beach were both really great, it is next to a road that you have to cross to get to the beach but it was never busy enough to be problem. Nice hotel with amazing dinner and service. Best recommendations for location and service, but the rooms are standard value for price, nothing special but it's according to price. Nice, family owned, tranquil hotel located in the old town, walking distance to everywhere. Has a nice restaurant attached which serves a variety of taste dishes. Supermarket 5 min walk from hotel. No elevator and some of the stairs are steep - the higher you are the better the view but the steeper the staircase.

We got an upgrade to a fabulous 2-bed suite with lovely sea view. Lovely pool, friendly staff and good food. Pity we only stayed one night here, will stay longer next time.

Amazing suites with private, sun lounge, Jacuzzi, bathtub, and sea view. Huge room with kitchen dinning area, leaving room and sofa bed. Bed room is spacious with big glass door and sea view. Hotel staff are friendly and professional. Location is very convenient. Highly recommended.

We spent a wonderful week at this hotel. Service was immaculate, staff so friendly and helpful. The best place to visit Rethymno. On the edge of the old town, everything within walking distance. This place is perfect in many ways. Voula is a very nice host and makes you feel at home. The rooms are very complete and have comfortabel beds. Very good breakfast! The location is the best in the old city, close to everything. Parking is included on a private parkinglot. Great stay! Crete is wunderfull.

What a wonderful small hotel. Hospitality fantastic. Service fantastic. Staff fantastic. Situated just at the edge of the old town this beautiful Venetian residence is perfectly located. The staff are excellent and always available and very helpful. We will return. This hotel is a credit to the owners 10/10 👍

This is a very good choice for adults🥰 The rooms are big and bright, the breakfast is super fresh and truly amazing, with good variety of warm food, fruits from the owners own garden, and homemade cakes and jams every day! You eat breakfast outside in the common area next to the pool. The owners and staff is simply adorable and so helpful! The rooms come with a safe and a mini kitchen with a fridge...

Good place to stay if you are traveling by car. Parking next to the palazzo, quiet courtyard. really homely atmosphere. the fortress and the old town are nearby, noisy streets are far away. Opposite is the police station, which is good in principle - calm! Lived on the ground floor and was not at all disappointed.

The most wonderful people run this place! My stay at North Coast was supposed to be my 3rd visit to Crete just this summer. To give you some context - previously I stayed at Ikones and then Anemos. I got fed up with the rat race at big resorts and wanted to try something different. Once, while driving towards Galera (my favorite restaurant in town), we passed by the beautiful sparkling new building...

Great location on the beach, room's are brand new with smart TV Netflix ect. Hosts friendly, plenty of shop's nearby, short walk to Rethymno old town for the evening lots of bar's and restaurants. Would recommend 👍🏻
