Lovely hotel, let down by 2 silly things. Firstly, nobody was allowed to use the pool until 10.30am. Unclear why as breakfast was at 7.30 so most people were out by 9.30am. This was a lovely old hotel but could have been a bit cleaner. Our room was also cold but we turned up the heating and got it sorted. A boutique hotel in a renovated Venetian building. It looks like we're living in history. Love the exposed beams on the roofs. The bed is very comfortable. The host is warm and welcoming. The place could be better insulated to sound, but with a historical building, I am sure there are limitations. The location is excellent. There are no elevators, so not ideal for people with mobility issues.

The hotel is lovely and quaint located in the Old Town and just round the corner from the Venetian Harbour. Nice, family owned, tranquil hotel located in the old town, walking distance to everywhere. Has a nice restaurant attached which serves a variety of taste dishes. Supermarket 5 min walk from hotel. No elevator and some of the stairs are steep - the higher you are the better the view but the steeper the staircase.

Stayed here in August 2024. For the price it is a really great hotel with great food. We enjoyed it, especially the plus is that they have a tennis court and you can get all of the equipment at the reception 🎾 Very close to the beach 🏖️

We stayed here for five days and all the staff were so welcoming and eager to please, we felt right at home. There is a beach right across the road which was lovely. Our room was basic but clean, the showers were quite cold but with the hot weather this wasn't much of an issue! I stayed there for 7 days. It was a pleasant stay with minor problems, for example wifi was terrible - signal strength and reach was weak. Food was tasty and diverse for this standard. The best thing about the place were the people working there, mutual respect goes a long way :)

The hotel was clean. Food was delicious and the choices were varied. The hotel was the best that I have ever stayed in.

Just experienced our final 5th night at the resort (we leave tomorrow), and I can't speak highly enough of the warm and accommodating Dimitrios Resort team, from the front of the house staff, including Yannis, the restaurant team led by Manos and team, and the one-person show-stopper talent extraordinaire, Anastasia, who single-handedly entertained our 3 children, aged 3, 5 and 9, with daily kids club...
