Located: on the North coast of the island, 7 km from the town of Rethymno, 72 km from Heraklion, 77 km from the airport of Heraklion. Bus stop near the hotel.

Consists of a Central building, two buildings and a Bungalow complex.
Total area: 80 000 m2.
The hotel has 519 rooms. For people with disabilities is available in almost all sectors of the hotel. The slopes are equipped with special ramps.
Beach: own sandy-pebbly, 50 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). Entrance to the sea pebbly and sandy (there is a natural stone plate). Cabanas. Beach towels, umbrellas, deckchairs: free of charge. Pool towels, umbrellas, deckchairs: free of charge. The beach is 500 m wide coastal strip.

Other than that; great hotel and I loved my stay.
We were especially happy with the gluten-free food: such a wide variety, delicious and high quality. The staff’s perfect attitude made us feel cared for and truly spoiled.
And the kids’ world!! That was something we had never seen before. Wow!! The amazing team, the activities, the kids’ show, the design and atmosphere- everything, absolutely everything, was outstanding.
We enjoyed every single moment.
There was a good selection of food and everything tasted great. Dining experience was top notch.
The beach is a combo of sand and pebbles. Unfortunately there are also bigger rocks. Once you get over them, the sea bottom is pleasant. But it might not be a great spot for children. This is also because of the usual waves on Crete in general.
But on the other had, the pools were really great and so was the new water park.
The toilets were too few and a bit far from the beach. Same goes for the bars.
There's a small shop inside with essentials and reasonably priced. The hotel area is really nice and quite with well kept gardens.
Location of the hotel is ok. There are some shops outside and restaurants and it's close (7km) to a nice big city.
The only thing I didn't like is that even with Ultra all inclusive you had to scan the QR code and check the menu to make sure what you order is included. They should really separate paid and included stuff completely. Currently paid items are sprinkled within the menu between free items.
