Nice hotel/apartments with a great location just steps from the famous Vaci Utca in Budapest. The staff are great and the place is reasonably priced and very comfortable and clean

Great price and location with friendly and helpful staff. Nice size room and they give you bottled water and a juice, a nice touch. Giving just 3 stars since the beds are uncomfortable. Thin mattress and not supportive. While the sitting is nice when you get on the bed it's more like a sleeper sofa mattress.

Absolutely loved this place. I stayed here for 6 nights and I like the convenience of being able to walk around to see beautiful sights in Budapest. Everything was within walking distance and it seems that since this is a tourist spot, you could get tours around the area. The front desk is extremely helpful. Great location for walking to Danube, all sorts of shops, Central Market area, and every type of transportation. Reception easy, amenities that's listed are as it says. Breakfast buffet is fresh and plentiful. Our apartment was spotless, large and comfortable. Adequate kitchen, but lacking a few helpful kitchen tools; one can manage. I would stay here again.

Great location in the city that is walkable to many major sites. The room was nice as well but the AC wasn't working very well. The staff was very helpful and friendly however.

This is a service apartment style Marriott Hotel, so services appear to be reduced. Rooms are huge, clean but very dated - no sockets near the beds and they're mostly on the floor. We had a ground floor studio flat incl a kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave and basic crockery. The room was smaller than I expected and more than 2 guests might find it too cramped. The apartments are located at the opposite side of the street, separate from the hotel itself. It means if you wish to use any kind of facilities you have to walk across. It’s around 50 m walk. Fantastic hotel! Perfect location, very sweet and helpful receptionist, nice interior, comfortable equipment, L'Occitane toiletries, muled wine at the hall and sparkling wine during breakfast. Everything was perfect!

Nice place to stay. Keep in mind that booking advertise this with free parking. You have no place to park unless in parking place 100m away which costs 27 EUR/day

Very clean, elegant hotel and excellent service. The highlights are the following: 1) The breakfast offered is abundant and of great quality. 2) For less than 10 euros they help you get a taxi to the airport. 3) The attention from the reception is excellent. I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is ideal for a city break good location and close to all main attractions, the staff are all very friendly and helpful and professional we found Stella to be extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing break.

Great place at the heart of Budapest. Close to every needed place - metro, restaurants, public points. The apartments are great and clean, very big and well equipped. The smell in the corridors it's terrible. The service is good and they could help you with almost all requests. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Nice large apartment and 24 hours front desk. Ask not to be on 2nd floor, there is a night club right below and the music is loud. Very centrally located.

We loved the hotel close to the castle! Central, but on a quiet street. We stayed in the family apartment. Nice breakfast. The kitchen is well equipped with dish washer, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle. One big bathroom and one additional toilet.

We spent 3 days in Budapest, part of our road trip in Europe. Adam at the reception was very helpful and he explained everything about our apartment and the city. Beds were comfy and it was calm at night which was important for us, as we were travelling with children.

Great location of the apartments which makes everything super close. Nice, spacious and comfortable with everything you may need. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the internet was breaking up all the time and was super slow even after restarting the router. Otherwise great place to be.

Great place, located in the center in walking distance from everything you need. The price is fair and the apartment very nice. Some small maintenance issues but besides that its great.

Functional place. Good location and connection with public transport. 20 min to Vaci street on foot. The reception staff is kind and at the service. you must leave a deposit of 20 euros for the key, the money on the checkout is returned. The apartment contains everything needed for a short stay and the maid cleans up every day upon request changing the towels when you need it.

Very clean and tidy,central to most attractions my only criticism would be the poorly lit entrance if you arrive late like we did,we found it very difficult to see the numbers on the key boxes when entering the codes.

We are really satisfied with this accommodation. The staff was very helpful. My daughter has got an allergic reaction. When I informed the receptionist about my problem, she called us a doctor. The city center is not so far away. There are several option for programmes (also at the reception you can ask). We recommend it for everybody. :)

The position is okay, there is a mall nearby and it's well connected with public services. It's fairly near to the center, but I wouldn't recommend moving without using the public transport services. We stayed for 1 night. It was a pleasant stay. Rooms were spacious, pretty clean as well. The only thing that gave it a "a bit dirty feel" was the wear and tear of the apartment overall. Parking was a bit strange but not something to drag it down in the least. Overall, considering the price and the placement, it was very good. Would recommend!

Its perfect for a family who travels. The living room was so spacious and the kitchen is complete with everything. When we requested for a baby crib they provided it right away. Its so convenient since its just right next to a shopping mall and a metro. The only problem we think that needs to be improved is, there was no sitting area in the receiving/front desk floor. Very nice clean apartment for 6 person. Nearby metro and bus stops and lidl supermarket. Staff was very nice to us. Beds were a bit hard, but not unbearably so. Overal a very good apartment for a good price.

When I mentioned my girlfriends birthday was the next day, the band played happy birthday to her and they brought out a cake for her....so acomodating, above and beyond, the way service should be...and goes without saying...the food was magnificent..

I lived here for 5 weeks. Great apartments walking distance from the city centre. Lots of things near by and an absolutely brilliant gym, with pool steam and sauna. Really felt at home.

the best apartment in the town. The room is spacious and modern. The location is perfect, you can walk to tram stop and metro station just few minutes. Supermarket, groceries, cafes, restaurants are around the corner. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi also good enough, even though you have to share it with public. Nice rooms with all the facilities you need for a holiday. It's really close to everything else in the city and has a bunch of places to eat on the doorstep. There's also a good sized gym & swimming pool if that's your kind of thing.

My sisters and I were really impressed with the City Gardens Apartments last weekend. Our apartment was modern, comfortable, clean and spacious with a good bathroom and kitchen although we didn't need the kitchen - there are great restaurants around every corner. Hotel in very good location in centre of Budapest. It is more Pension than Hotel as the reception works only until 7 p.m. If you arrive after this time you have to wait 45 minutes for staff. Great value. I've stayed there twice in my life. Last time they lent me a phone charger. It's quite a nice building with a courtyard/garden. The rooms aren't highly decorative but they aren't advertised as such. Near the centre.

Yes, private large apt at the perfect price. Staff is soooo helpful. WiFi is included and they even brought extra heaters for us. There is no lobby and u have to check in at the Irish pub.

Great place but be very aware that if you are arriving later at night you need to inform them as otherwise you will be left outside all night . You need to email them and they will leave your key in a key safe. Great location though and staff were friendly and very clean .

Pretty central, lots of major transport available nearby and on a direct bus line from the airport. We stayed in one of the flats which was cheap considering. Everything was provided for us however the walls were thin and we could hear a lot of the people on other flats, especially at night. Pillows in the hotel were really bad and they gave us 2 single duvets instead of a double but otherwise no complaints

Good prices, central location. We've had some problems with our reservations, when checking in, however eventually, we have managed to solve these. The staff is helpful, but since it is a very popular accomodation, they are often overwhelmed.
