Spacious apartment close to a lot of tourist spots, but arrived to find that we had no access to the property. Luckily a young couple came out and directed us to an office a good 10 minutes walk away to a reception where we picked up the keys! There was NO communication at all about having to pick up keys at another location. Slightly dated furniture and fittings, with very little kitchen equipment...

Nice place to stay in the heart of the city. Everything is exactly as on photos. Great value for money and it's good for families as the apartment can accommodate 3-4 persons.

The apartment is a straight walk to the subway station, but there is no ticket machine at the subway entrance, so you have to walk to the other end of the subway station to buy a ticket. There are affordable supermarkets, street markets and shopping malls next to the subway station, and there are also two supermarkets near the apartment. My favorite hotel in Budapest. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and helpful. The appartments are big and beautiful and well equipped. The danube is very near and it is a good and calm district. The breakfast is good and they also have a bar and the lobby is very comfortable and nice. It was not clean, but has a good location

Comfortable and clean apartments with a kitchen. There is everything you need. Fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning. The hotel has an elevator. Our windows overlooked the courtyard, it was quiet. The bus stop is right next to the hotel, the city center is within walking distance. A large supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. Although the breakfast is not very varied, it is quite tasty. Big minus for parking - TOO EXPENSIVE. Parking outside on weekday is not cheap as well. On Sunday it’s free. Had a conflict with staff about it. Breakfasts are okay. Liked the ‘guest information’. If you have euros you can exchange money on reception.

Large room, great location, really recommend

The room is large in size and equipped with kitchen utensils and tableware, a coffee machine, a sofa bed and a TV. The room is clean and smell-free. There is an oversized refrigerator. Great central place to visited Budapest in all its glory however the beds were a bit harsh on ya but it wasn’t that bad Would recommend it for just place wise and looks Penthouse is a real nice choice with a group if you are close together to save money

The virtual service for check-in may not be suitable for every customer due to an issue of pairing with the electronic door locker. It takes time to get assistance and resolve the issue. It’s advised the entry card should be backed up for the condition if required.

It was very tiring and stressful to do everything online. It would be better if you could put a person there who was interested. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. There was a broken drain in the shower but it was okay.

I’m so amazed by the quality I get for such a low price. The staff replied quickly to my questions. However, you need to check in again using their own portal and then you need to reserve a credit card for them in case of damages. There’s air conditioning in the room so it’s perfect. Even there’s a washing machine with a washing pod ready for you.

It was great experience at K9 residence. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. They accommodated all our needs. They stored our luggage in luggage room and they offered to take parking tickets for us while we were in town because our room and parking were already expired. The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring Pest. From the outside the hotel doesn't look like anything special but the rooms are modern, clean and spacious. 24hour reception staff were fantastic and very helpful. For the price, I don't imagine you could get better.

A basic, clean hotel with an excellent location. There's plenty to do, eat, shop just as you step out the hotel door. It's right in the center. The rooms are basic, extremely non fancy. The beds are just okay - not very comfortable. But if you're just looking for a reasonable place to crash at within a budget, with a kitchenette, this is a great place.

I had an excellent stay here with my partner. The staff is very friendly... Although their level of English could be better. The rooms was spacious & clean. And the cleaners came daily to keep it tidy :) The breakfast / coffee is also great downstairs. I highly recommend this place. Everything is fine, except heating. It wasn't working and it was 10C outside. At the end, I found out that the apartment next to ours had some kind of heater and when I asked staff about it, then they gave the one to me.

Being only a few minutes walk away from Deak Ferenc ter its a great location to explore the city from. Having visited in low season, apartments were half the price (£21 for a 1 bedroom per night) so can't really complain. Staff at reception are very friendly. Flat needed a bit of TLC (flaky paints etc) but apart from that all good.

Staff were friendly enough, but we had an issue as the air con wasn't working, and with temperatures close to 30 degrees outside, it was difficult to stay in there. Best place to stay in Budapest! The location is perfect, just across fashion street which is in the city centre of the town. The apartment was extremely cute and comfy, and the landlady was really nice too.
