MP Hostel Budapest

Clean and in a great location. Walking distance to so many things to do, see, and eat. I highly recommend ear plugs if you stay in the dorms, people can't help snoring very loudly. You have to tell them you want breakfast. We didn't know so we ended up eating at London Cafe right around the corner.

The twin room is pretty decent for the price. There are 2 beds, a big wardrobe with hangers, working desk with lamp and 1 chair, private bathroom with shower. The room was very warm, sleeping (pillow and duvet) was comfortable, there was warm water in the shower. They even had a luggage room for free on reception where we left our backpacks after check out. There is an elevator to get to the upper floors. The location is very convenient to walk to almost all places. Only downside is the shower (showerhead was partially broken so the pressure was low, and it took some time for the water to drain so while showering, your ankes might be in water), and I felt a bit itchy when laying in the bed.

With minor improvements it would be 5/5 but I’d recommend it if you’re aiming to explore the city through the day and come back for sleeping only.

Great service and experience provided by this hostel. The rooms are quite nice and clean. Elevator works fast. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is checkout is too early at 10 am. Even so is a great price-quality offer.

Clean hostel located within walking distance of many of the main attractions in Budapest. Lockers in the rooms are big and they provide keys for each guest. Friendly staff and a 24 hour desk also make it easier for arriving/departing at night.

I got a twin room for myself for 2 nights here and it did the job. The location is good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There is a garden to chill. The location is very good in the city centre. Wifi worked well. I couldn't open window for fresh air which wouldn't be good in the hot summer with no aircon. The bed wasn't perfectly comfy. Breakfast did not look appetising so I didn't try.

The staff is very gentle, helpful and they speak perfect English 👌...the rooms do their job, it's a dorm, no airconditioning but 2 windows👍, bathroom has a proper shower and toilet, the room and bathroom gets cleaned daily👍, there's no electricity to charge your phone near your bed...the lockers are big, 75ltr backpack plus handluggage fits fine😊 , there's an elevator in the hostel....there's also no curtains on your bunkbed for some privacy....these are just facts, it was a nice experience 😀 location is perfect!!! Not wheelchair accessible, perfect for single travelers 😇🤩will go again if I'm in Budapest!
