Great hotel, excellent breakfast with large selection of food - cold meats, cheeses, sweet and salty dishes, fruit. If you accidently forgot your toothbrush and tooth paste you have them in te bathroom. And the bihgest suprise for me was the pillow with buckweat flakes - a depature from usual offer.

A really central location for Zalaegerszeg. Great staff who are both friendly and helpful. Really good breakfast. Fantastic spa facilities.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, nicely decorated. The hotel location is great, close to the city center. Only the restaurant is a bit disappointing, but the breakfast is great.

An exceptional experience from start to finish! Impeccable service, luxurious interior, and stunning views. The attention to detail and comfort is unmatched. Truly a 5-star stay! Definitely recommend it! Well, the receptionist was very gorgeous and intelligent she made my days brighter!

Huge spacious room, huge bathroom, everything you need. The breakfast is simple, but plentiful and delicious.

An extremely helpful reception, a comfortable room with a balcony, and the medical equipment we carry comfortably fits in the bathroom. The hotel is accessible. Breakfast buffet, smoking is allowed on the balcony. If we go to Szolnok again, we will stay here again.

Super good accommodation in the city center. The room and the bathroom smell good, are clean, sufficiently spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast was great, the receptionist was kind and helpful.

Really clean rooms, good location, friendly staff

Disturbingly, the doorman refused to open the side door to the reception. Thus, after 10 p.m., guests cannot access their own car in the closed internal parking lot, for which they even pay a separate fee. This is not a 4 star category.

Good stay, parking is a bad experience

Secnond week of my stay: I changed from Basic to this one! The room was bigger and had a balcony. I stayed in this room for one week.

We only stayed for 1 transit night. Clean, quiet, good breakfast. No outside terrace for coffee, but we have a coffee shop right next the hotel

Very nice clean rooms, plenty of parking, very good breakfast and if you lucky a football game to enjoy!

The hotel has a pretty decent spa, with two saunas and a steam room. It’s located next to a shopping mall and more or less in the local stadium. It was a pleasant experience to have spent the night here. I had a very good deal for my single room and it was definitely worth the money.

Good place to stay, close to shops and restaurants as well as the university campus. The whole city is spotlessly clean and the hotel is well maintained. The hotel is however overheated; even if you cut the air conditioning in the room and open the windows it is still very warm. There is also a random blast of air every few minutes day and night… a nightmare for light sleepers…! Food fabulous and...

Perfectly lovely stay. Probably not as upmarket as the website makes out - a lot of the facilities feel like they haven’t been updated in 20 years or so. But all perfectly usable and clean, and staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful (and almost all spoke perfect English, and which was a pleasant surprise). Food options were good, with standard basics each evening but also more local specialties...

We love the location, Watching the sale boats go by was a very special treat! The room and accommodations were very nice and the staff was very helpful. The only complaint was that the air conditioner did not cool the room enough, so we had to open the door, and the light woke us up very early in the morning. I would suggest curtains which block the light so that the guests can sleep late.

Room Otherwise everything was OK. But the air conditioning in the room was so bad. The room was humid and warm. I heard that many rooms have the same problem.

Nice lokation just by the lake. Very big pool and a jacuzzi. Nice food and friendly service.

Really good place . Nice calm atmosphere in the port. But food after 2 yers went to really average :-( We had halfboard and breakfast and dinner were not really good. We understand that to have much variety is not efficient, but would be good to have at least good quality. There is big room for improvement. Put little bit more heart into it. We misssed sourdough rolls for example for breakfast...

Located close to the lake Balaton at Sió canal. Food and rooms I’d consider it as average. The indoor pool is good also the water temperature is ok. However the roof terrace of the pool is quite dirty.
