Good stay, parking is a bad experience

Secnond week of my stay: I changed from Basic to this one! The room was bigger and had a balcony. I stayed in this room for one week.

We only stayed for 1 transit night. Clean, quiet, good breakfast. No outside terrace for coffee, but we have a coffee shop right next the hotel

Polite and helpful staff, quiet hotel

Really good value for money, very nice hotel with friendly staff. I was impressed by the spa, especially the 25 meters long and 1,80 m deep pool. The two saunas and the steam bath are great too. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is modern and the whole place has a good feel about it. I would definitely return.

We had a wonderful couple of nights staying at the Abacus Hotel during which time we were celebrating a friend's wedding. The hotel staff were fantastic and we were delighted with our room. We only wish we could've stayed for longer. Thank you!

It's a quiet hotel, very clean, affordable, with good food and friendly staff, spa, bowling, balcony(!)....What more could you need? I travel to Budapest often, and this hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere you can’t find in the city. It's a 20-minute drive to Budapest, but I didn't mind.

One of the best value for money accommodation I stayed in the last years. Not so far from Budapest (45 min.)/Hungaroring (50 min.), but you should come by car... This is the only downside, but the services and the staff overcome this "little" inconvenient. I also recommend the spa & Pool. The hotel has a pretty decent spa, with two saunas and a steam room. It’s located next to a shopping mall and more or less in the local stadium. It was a pleasant experience to have spent the night here. I had a very good deal for my single room and it was definitely worth the money.

Good place to stay, close to shops and restaurants as well as the university campus. The whole city is spotlessly clean and the hotel is well maintained. The hotel is however overheated; even if you cut the air conditioning in the room and open the windows it is still very warm. There is also a random blast of air every few minutes day and night… a nightmare for light sleepers…! Food fabulous and...

A very modern hotel with a fantastic, unique spa area. Comfortable, spacious, and very thoughtfully furnished rooms. The best choice when visiting Zalaegerszeg or the surrounding area. Lake Balaton can also be reached in just under an hour. We have stayed at this hotel several times during our travels – the quality and service are consistently reliable. Good value for money.

Great hotel, excellent breakfast with large selection of food - cold meats, cheeses, sweet and salty dishes, fruit. If you accidently forgot your toothbrush and tooth paste you have them in te bathroom. And the bihgest suprise for me was the pillow with buckweat flakes - a depature from usual offer.

A really central location for Zalaegerszeg. Great staff who are both friendly and helpful. Really good breakfast. Fantastic spa facilities.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, nicely decorated. The hotel location is great, close to the city center. Only the restaurant is a bit disappointing, but the breakfast is great.

It's a nice, budget friendly hotel in Buda part of the city, close to places, where concerts are organized. The Mom park is really close even by foot. The rooms are small, but tidy. I appreciate newer TV, so one can watch through his accounts HBO, Disney and stuff.

I loved it. The people are nice and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comforting. The bed are good to sleep and it is quote and good to rest. When I will visit Budapest, I will considercome back to this hotel. I enjoyed myseöf very much

Receptionist was great and very helpful. The 2 rooms I booked were very different for the same price: one had 3 beds and AC, while mine had 2 beds with child-size sheets ( covered only 2/3of the bed) and no AC.

Perfectly lovely stay. Probably not as upmarket as the website makes out - a lot of the facilities feel like they haven’t been updated in 20 years or so. But all perfectly usable and clean, and staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful (and almost all spoke perfect English, and which was a pleasant surprise). Food options were good, with standard basics each evening but also more local specialties...

We love the location, Watching the sale boats go by was a very special treat! The room and accommodations were very nice and the staff was very helpful. The only complaint was that the air conditioner did not cool the room enough, so we had to open the door, and the light woke us up very early in the morning. I would suggest curtains which block the light so that the guests can sleep late.

Room Otherwise everything was OK. But the air conditioning in the room was so bad. The room was humid and warm. I heard that many rooms have the same problem.

Nice lokation just by the lake. Very big pool and a jacuzzi. Nice food and friendly service.

Really good place . Nice calm atmosphere in the port. But food after 2 yers went to really average :-( We had halfboard and breakfast and dinner were not really good. We understand that to have much variety is not efficient, but would be good to have at least good quality. There is big room for improvement. Put little bit more heart into it. We misssed sourdough rolls for example for breakfast...

Located close to the lake Balaton at Sió canal. Food and rooms I’d consider it as average. The indoor pool is good also the water temperature is ok. However the roof terrace of the pool is quite dirty.
