We only stayed for 1 transit night. Clean, quiet, good breakfast. No outside terrace for coffee, but we have a coffee shop right next the hotel

Well ... Centrally located but no parking. Staff were hit and miss. We had good experiences and ..m not so good experiences. Hotel is old and needs some love an care but great location in Kecskemet

Really nice air conditioning in the room. The receptionist helped us with microwave when we bought popcorn. All the best. We didn't use the SPA at all, no comments about that.

Charming hotel, nice staff, close to food places and tourist spots. It has 2 baths with 27° and 37° temperature, the bath is a bit crowded in the weekend. The amenities includes sewing kit, shower cap, but it doesn't give tooth paste&brush, bring by yourself

My husband and I had a very good experience in this hotel. Both the room and the bathroom were clean and nothing was defective. Very nice staing, directly on the main plaza. The rooms are very clean and comfortale, the personnel is kind and helpful. Also the breakfast was quite good.

Really beautiful hotel. The room was big, very comfortable. I also had dinner at the internal restaurant and I can advise: there are several tasty dishes and the view directly on the football field. Free park available.

Probably thr best stay in the city of Gyor. But their laundry service leaves strong scent on clothes.

Very spacious room, very good for ar the restaurant and the breakfast was one of the best ones I had. The sauna wasn't crowded, the gym was empty, which was nice. Will return.

We had a wonderful couple of nights staying at the Abacus Hotel during which time we were celebrating a friend's wedding. The hotel staff were fantastic and we were delighted with our room. We only wish we could've stayed for longer. Thank you!

It's a quiet hotel, very clean, affordable, with good food and friendly staff, spa, bowling, balcony(!)....What more could you need? I travel to Budapest often, and this hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere you can’t find in the city. It's a 20-minute drive to Budapest, but I didn't mind.

Stayed there for 4 nights. The room was lovely and super clean but the food personally I thought was terrible compared to other four star hotels in Hungary. The wellness was cold and the big jacuzzi was so cold, no one could stay in it for more than 15 minutes. Other couples were complaining also. I am a returning guest at this hotel. With its modest prices, helpful staff, good food and pleasant wellness it is always a great place to take some time.

Great hotel, excellent breakfast with large selection of food - cold meats, cheeses, sweet and salty dishes, fruit. If you accidently forgot your toothbrush and tooth paste you have them in te bathroom. And the bihgest suprise for me was the pillow with buckweat flakes - a depature from usual offer.

A really central location for Zalaegerszeg. Great staff who are both friendly and helpful. Really good breakfast. Fantastic spa facilities.

World-class WellNess Hotel in the center of historic Zalaegerszeg. It is located in the center of the city not far from the marketplace and from main square. There is a McDonald’s very near. The rooms are luxurious with robes and very clean. The breakfast buffet is very excellent.

Really good place . Nice calm atmosphere in the port. But food after 2 yers went to really average :-( We had halfboard and breakfast and dinner were not really good. We understand that to have much variety is not efficient, but would be good to have at least good quality. There is big room for improvement. Put little bit more heart into it. We misssed sourdough rolls for example for breakfast...

Located close to the lake Balaton at Sió canal. Food and rooms I’d consider it as average. The indoor pool is good also the water temperature is ok. However the roof terrace of the pool is quite dirty.

❗️We don't want to be rude, but unfortunately the hotel doesn't deserve four stars. Three stars - yes, due to the standard. The rooms definitely need to be renovated, cleanliness is also not a priority for the hotel. (in the restaurant, rooms, balconies and at the pool!) Most of the staff was very nice, but there were also people who couldn't say "good morning" etc., but they could only stare at us...

The hotel is 4 stars...locates where all the private yachtes. Beautiful and quiet place, the hotel has many spacious places for relaxing. Inside Pool is very good, jacuzi and sauna services. Clean and neat. View to lake and you have chance to see yachtes and boat. Room facility is abit old but very clean. dBreakfast and dinner was fabulous. Not many kind of food but every single food is amazingly tasty...

Hotel on Balaton side. Looks good from the outside. Some rooms are new, some feel little bit old. Wellness was ok. We had Problem with staff, not so helpful and very slow.

Huge spacious room, huge bathroom, everything you need. The breakfast is simple, but plentiful and delicious.

An extremely helpful reception, a comfortable room with a balcony, and the medical equipment we carry comfortably fits in the bathroom. The hotel is accessible. Breakfast buffet, smoking is allowed on the balcony. If we go to Szolnok again, we will stay here again.

Super good accommodation in the city center. The room and the bathroom smell good, are clean, sufficiently spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast was great, the receptionist was kind and helpful.

Disturbingly, the doorman refused to open the side door to the reception. Thus, after 10 p.m., guests cannot access their own car in the closed internal parking lot, for which they even pay a separate fee. This is not a 4 star category.

Hotel with nice staff, but on the day of departure the service lady must have had a bad day. My room cleaning ended with arranging the sheets and taking out the garbage. Old cobwebs on the wall by the balcony door, water in the shower warm, too cold for me. Kettle and one portion of 3-in-1 coffee in the room. Wi-Fi available.

Nice hotel, good ratio between rate and what you get. Breakfast okayish, not big choice but basics were there.

Giving four stars because for a three-star hotel it has all you could expect. The room-size was more than enough for two, very nice and warm during the cold season and the water for showers instantly hot and good pressure (enough to wash long hair). The staff was friendly, the elevator is very up-to-date and breakfast has plenty of options and it lasts from 7 to 10, so it gives you time to sleep in...

The room was clean, and smartly and tasty decorated. The receptionist was helpful beyond expectation!

A great smaller hotel next to the comgress center. The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bus stop is 50 meters away from the hotel entrance, and the busses take you directly to downtown Budapest.
