Very happy I would easily recommend to everyone
Lovely stag
Really enjoyed my stay here. It’s a lovely hotel with great amenities but not pretentious. Good food, lovely view from the lake view room and staff were proficient and friendly. Would stay again
Excellent service, facilities and food
The room was relatively big, well designed and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner consisted of a great selection of tasty choices. The best was the excellent and helpful service by the personnel throughout the facility.
It has a nice location with nice entrance.
The room was a bit too small and had a step inside!
It served dinner which was really bad nutrition. Breakfast was good and varied. Overall it was less than good experience.
A peaceful stay with beautiful view and good spa
The staff is friendly and helpful except the restaurant staff. They took everything several times while I went to take food with my room card and bag still at seat. It’s so rude and annoying.
Convenient beautiful modern room with a lake view, breakfasts and dinners are included, plenty of parking, incredible pool, few hot tubs, saunas, gym. There’s a park next to hotel. Everything thought through for clients to enjoy and relax

Great location, close to the airport
Rooms where a bit dated, not much but just needs a slight facelift i.e. the apartment rooms contains an old school microwave, decor needs a uplift but otherwise very satisfied. Rooms are very spacious and temp controlled.
Service was great too. Staff were very helpful
Amazing water park, perfect for both kids and adults! There are so many different types of pools and entertainment areas for children, as well as a great variety of sauna rooms for adults. I especially loved the outdoor pool that connects directly to the indoor one — you can even swim out! We didn’t get a chance to stay in the hotel. But highly recommended for a fun and relaxing day in Budapest! (No...
Amazing family-friendly resort with great water attractions and clean facilities. The indoor water park is huge, with slides for all ages, wave pools, and relaxing saunas. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of fresh options. Staff are friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Perfect place for both kids and adults to...
Absolutely awesome! An excellent place we will definitely return to. The room was spacious (junior suite) and fit well for a family of parents + 3. The staff was mostly friendly, and the option to eat with no wait at the place useful. Absolutely recommended as a retreat near Budapest for families

The bridge not cooling enough and is incredible they charge for ice!!!

Everything is fine, the breakfast is varied. The room was clean.
I liked the hotel. Clean, cozy, great breakfast, wonderful pools. Convenient to get to the center and other areas by bus. The island is all green, beautiful!
Thank you for a perfect stay. Quiet place with a picturesque view, thermal pools, not far from historical city center. I will recommend this hotel for a nice vacation in Budapest.
Very relaxing hotel on Marguerite Island
Good breakfast
Very good spa
The environment is very good, the breakfast is also rich, there are all kinds of cheese, and the hot spring vacation is very suitable. It's a pity that I didn't have time to enjoy it in the hotel. The transportation is relatively convenient
Excellent, nothing to complain about, and we improved our health and lived in the center and in extraordinary beauty, thank you, we already want to come back only here
The hotel is a bit out from city centre but very peaceful location in a large park surrounded by river Danube. the 26 bus goes by hotel every 15/20minutes right to city centre. Bus fare is very cheap less than £1 per journey download bus app and buy tickets jus scan your phone on bus on every journey

Hotel staff are fantastic, everyone is very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are new. Location is also excellent, on the edge of the city center / main tourist area on the Pest side, with metro, buses and tram stations all next to the hotel.
The stay at Crowne Plaza Budapest was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a large king-size bed and modern design. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and professional. The location is great — just a short walk to the city center and public transport. Although breakfast was not included in my booking, the nearby options made up for it. A very good choice for...
The Crowne Plaza Budapest is in a great location, with the Westend shopping mall downstairs. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are reasonably designed, spacious and bright, the breakfast is very rich, and you can also use the sauna and fitness for free. When we left the hotel, the front desk sent ice cream. It was a very comfortable stay and I was very satisfied
Excellent location and good service. Unfortunately this hotel is not near to the grading stars.
The hotel is top and the service, rooms and restaurant are perfect.
The connection to the Westend mall was very nice. It also leads to the Metro1 line. So it’s not near the attractions but it’s easy to get to places.

Very good overall, but see my notes below.
Infuriating things were (ones I cannot come back again to experience once more) - the promo video, made probably in the 1980s, super low resolution, playing a music 'ambiance' loop forever, both on TV, in the foier and worst of all outside the hotel, just a super cringy and annoying music looping every 20 seconds - this will drive any guests mad, the ones...
Spent 4 nights at this property and the proce point doesn't reflect the quality of the service or presentation of the rooms. It is a fine property, but I think we paid about 3x times too much. Paid less for 5 star properties in Bucharest, Budapest and Dubai for what we paid for with this property. Honestly, it felt like I was transported back 30 years with this property but they didn't keep the...
We came here for a night as a stop just to relax, the pool area is really awesome. Outdoor pool with nice water and a lot of whirlpool zones an biiig indoor pool to swim.
The sauna was a dissapointment, because it was one of the points to book here, but all of the zone is a no swimsuit one, not divided by men/women. At least you can keep your towel on. I think this should not be mandatory as I saw...

Beautifully Renovated Spa Bath.
Very good sauna and a unique experience shower.
There are always enough sauna towels, which are clean and nicely ironed.
Unfortunately, the steam room was operating at a very low efficiency. The sauna masters were mediocre and boring, just like the sauna rituals themselves.
Pleasant outdoor pool.
There are also two...
Very nice hotel, actually the pool area is much nicer than on the pictures.
However there were things which made the stay a bit unpleasant sometime:
1. During dinner we were told guests were expected to wear long pants. I didn't have any long pants with me so I had the choice to wear some nasty looking pants which was 3 times my size OR not have dinner. Apparently this was shared in an email beforehand...
It was a fantastic rest for me, the food and drinks were delicious, the staff was very kind, the room was clean and comfortable. The pools are great for relaxing. The hotel is very nice, there are meny things to see in the area, in Hévíz and its sourroundings. Excellent service in terms of price/value ratio. I will go back again.

The hotel has excellent access to the city center, which I consider a big advantage. There is a tram and a train nearby, making transportation to the center easy and fast.
The hotel itself looks nice and well maintained; however, the rooms would benefit from a small renovation. The biggest disappointment for us was the wellness area. During the first two days of our stay, the water in both the pools...
A bit of the beaten track, but good connections and the uber taxis are super reliable and reasonable. Room just ok could be better/ cleaner but bed comfy. Service was brilliant though and breakfast was busy but well handled.
Good hotel.
Nice staff.
Good food.
The spa has 3 pools with different temperatures and three saunas.
The only very small problem is that it is about 4 km to the major attractions, but that's not bad at all because you can walk more and if necessary you can also take public transport!
Otherwise, a very nice place!
Our stay at The Aquincum Hotel Budapest – Verdi Budapest Aquincum was truly wonderful. We spent 5 days there and enjoyed every moment. The hotel is very cozy and located in the Buda part of the city, in an excellent area. With just one means of public transport, you can reach the city center in about 5–10 minutes, which is very convenient.
The spa area is amazing — the pools have different temperatures...
The hotel is a bit far from the city center, and the red-haired lady at reception made communication somewhat difficult. However, we had an enjoyable stay for the Christmas Market. Special thanks to Sercan for helping us in our own language, which made everything easier. The hotel has a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the staff are attentive.
We had an absolutely incredible experience during our stay. Best was the swimming pool area. The surroundings were stunning, with breathtaking scenery that left us in awe. We especially enjoyed the expansive pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Thank you for...
Extremely Disappointing Experience with Inadequate Response I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and I must say that it was deeply disappointing. We stayed one night at the Mercure Hotel in Budapest and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Everything was well organized and comfortable, which made our short stay very pleasant. When we return to Budapest, we will definitely choose this hotel again for our stay.
This hotel was so nice and everything was perfect. The breakfast were so nice. Nice to stay…. Friendly receptionists.
Very good location, directly goes into metro. Room was quite dusty.
If you don't need a view, I totally recommend it.
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
But the room is quite old and realised the body wash and shampoo bottle were empty. Not sure the air conditioning is working we adjusted to the strongest wind but not cold at all. We still need to open the window because the room was too stuffy.

We have been staying at the hotel for many years in a row. We were very pleased with the reconstruction of the SPA area. But I would like to point out a negative point: the centrifuge was not placed in the open access as it was before, but in the toilet. Live in Budapest, this is written more for tourists to Hévíz and the Ensana Thermal Aqua. Easy to access by public transport direct by Volan Bus from Budapest, or train from the Budapest Déli or south station in Buda, to Keszthely, then frequent buses to Hévíz (10 minutes). On foot from the bus station Ensana Thermal Aqua was easy to find, about 20 minute walk, use the central lake as your destination...
Not the first time in this hotel.
Food, SPA, territory, cleanliness in the room - everything was at the highest level.
The staff takes great care of the guests, which, unfortunately, cannot be said about the vacationers themselves.
Very good. We have been there many times. Thermal pools are new and very nice. The rooms are newly decorated and beautiful. Food and drinks are at a solid level. In the last two years, they have raised the level of accommodation. We are satisfied with the staff and cleanliness. The saunas are nice.
It’s now called Ensana Therma Aqua and has an amazing refurbished spa and rooms. It’s an all inclusive hotel. Tip:get a capuccino at the bar (€) as the one from the coffee machine is mediocre at best.
Great experience. One night stay. Just a stop on the ttip to Plitvice but what a great find. It was a nice stay even if we didn't take advantage of all that you offer. Maybe next time!

We did enjoy our stay at the Continental Hotel and the venue was beautiful. Small details like chocolates in the room upon arrival were lovely. Overall however, I would not be confident recommending this stay to family and friends looking for a 4 star hotel or above. This is a 3 star hotel with some added bonuses like the spa. The shower in our original room leaked and flooded the entire bathroom....
This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff were really friendly and everything is within walking distance of the hotel. The saunas and pool are easily accessible. Unfortunately the outdoor pool had closed during our stay. The only issue we had was that we had 2 single beds pushed together with 2 single quilts and would have preferred an actual double bed. Highly recommend
Lovely hotel not far from the great synagogue in Budapest. Full services, great breakfasts. Their restaurant, Araz, was exceptionally good. No reviews since 2018 . . . let's update things in November 2023. The entire hotel has been beautifully renovated and is worthy of a four star rating. The design and architecture are really super and they are currently building a new thermal water spa. All new furniture and great design everywhere. Good parking. HOWEVER . . . . whether Covid has hit them, or maybe they just can't get the right staff...
It's a big, busy (in August), probably late socialist-era resort hotel that's actually quite pleasant. And cheap. There's a holiday vibe. For an overnight stay it's excellent and I wouldn't have minded staying longer. I didn't try any of the many "health"/beauty treatments on offer but they're inexpensive. 2nd year in a row at this property. We really enjoyed staying here... nice walk to centre of town or to the thermal lake of Heviz, rooms are comfortable (a bit dated) and breakfast/dinner also nice. I enjoy the pool and the thermal spa area the most.. its quiet with an older clientele. There is a fee for parking your car.
The best: -Very clean and quiet rooms. -Very fluffy bathrobes, and one spa towel and spa undertowel. -Enough parking lots. -All thermal and treatment places are very close to each other and totally barrier-free. -Helpful, patient and nice staff - all of them, from the receptionists to the first-aid paramedics to the housekeeping ladies. -Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, table and chairs in...
