The apartment is a straight walk to the subway station, but there is no ticket machine at the subway entrance, so you have to walk to the other end of the subway station to buy a ticket. There are affordable supermarkets, street markets and shopping malls next to the subway station, and there are also two supermarkets near the apartment. My favorite hotel in Budapest. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and helpful. The appartments are big and beautiful and well equipped. The danube is very near and it is a good and calm district. The breakfast is good and they also have a bar and the lobby is very comfortable and nice. The room is large in size and equipped with kitchen utensils and tableware, a coffee machine, a sofa bed and a TV. The room is clean and smell-free. There is an oversized refrigerator. The virtual service for check-in may not be suitable for every customer due to an issue of pairing with the electronic door locker. It takes time to get assistance and resolve the issue. It’s advised the entry card should be backed up for the condition if required.

It was very tiring and stressful to do everything online. It would be better if you could put a person there who was interested. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. There was a broken drain in the shower but it was okay.

I’m so amazed by the quality I get for such a low price. The staff replied quickly to my questions. However, you need to check in again using their own portal and then you need to reserve a credit card for them in case of damages. There’s air conditioning in the room so it’s perfect. Even there’s a washing machine with a washing pod ready for you.

It was great experience at K9 residence. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. They accommodated all our needs. They stored our luggage in luggage room and they offered to take parking tickets for us while we were in town because our room and parking were already expired. The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring Pest. From the outside the hotel doesn't look like anything special but the rooms are modern, clean and spacious. 24hour reception staff were fantastic and very helpful. For the price, I don't imagine you could get better.

A basic, clean hotel with an excellent location. There's plenty to do, eat, shop just as you step out the hotel door. It's right in the center. The rooms are basic, extremely non fancy. Everything is fine, except heating. It wasn't working and it was 10C outside. At the end, I found out that the apartment next to ours had some kind of heater and when I asked staff about it, then they gave the one to me.

Being only a few minutes walk away from Deak Ferenc ter its a great location to explore the city from. Having visited in low season, apartments were half the price (£21 for a 1 bedroom per night) so can't really complain. Staff at reception are very friendly. Flat needed a bit of TLC (flaky paints etc) but apart from that all good.

It was not clean, but has a good location

Comfortable and clean apartments with a kitchen. There is everything you need. Fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning. The hotel has an elevator. Our windows overlooked the courtyard, it was quiet. The bus stop is right next to the hotel, the city center is within walking distance. A large supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. Although the breakfast is not very varied, it is quite tasty. Big minus for parking - TOO EXPENSIVE. Parking outside on weekday is not cheap as well. On Sunday it’s free. Had a conflict with staff about it. Breakfasts are okay. Liked the ‘guest information’. If you have euros you can exchange money on reception.

Despite some of the reviews, I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was nice, and so we're the facilities. Staff were friendly enough, but we had an issue as the air con wasn't working, and with temperatures close to 30 degrees outside, it was difficult to stay in there. Overall, the unit was clean, with functional appliances. However, we couldn’t use the wifi for the first day due to technical issues and the tv throughout our stay.
