The bad reviews here ale clearly from before the renovation. Hotel is new and beautiful. Spa is big and has large pool with warm water. Whirpools are spacious so you can almost always find your place there. Hungarians are kinda loud in saunas tho. Food is tasty and the selection is big enough. Rooms aren't huge but will do and everything is clean. Staff was nice and mostly spoke english. I almost forgot...

Věry nice new renovated hotel, the staff is doong their best, maybe only bit slow in restaurant - during dinner we had to wait to get wine list. Very convenient location - there's a shopping mall across the street where you can shop for anything. The metro station is near (800m) so it took like 10 min to city centre. 100m from hotel there is gas station with Spar that is working 24/7! My room looked directly at the parliament. We had an absolutely amazing time here. The place is special, surrounded by a forest, lots of nature inside the complex, pool inside and outside. The small houses with the sauna are very enjoyable, also quite. You don't get the feeling like in a normal hotel where you hear your neighbors, due to the distance between houses. If you want to have a reminiscent experience in a old dated hotel, this is a must go! Plenty of abandoned sections of the building will make you feel as if you made a trip to Chernobyl. Some rooms are just falling apart while you can enjoy a minimum offer breakfast in a pretty impressive hall. My recommendation: go for it!

I stayed for 6 nights and was super impressed by the friendly, accommodating and honest staff. I misplaced my wedding ring and the cleaner found it and returned it! Hotel provide you on site breakfast which can be bought with the room which OK but not great as you only have limited items but Definitely recommend it...
