Stayed here in 2023 and was impressed by meal service and staff efficiency. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I was only one night, but the experience was very nice. The most important first, clean rooms and very goed bed. Breakfast was excellent only problem was that the coffee machine was stuck. Goed service at the entrance; we were with a big groep and there were no complications.

I was thoroughly explained why certain things were beyond their control; EO always has done a magnificent job. I hope to go back Olive tree real soon.

My husband and I stayed overnight at the Olive Tree Hotel as part of an overland excursion via Norwegian Cruise Line with a few of our friends and our experience was amazing! The rooms were clean and comfortable (though a bit dated which you cannot tell from photos). The staff were all exceptionally kind and considerate. The food was amazing -- our friend group has talked about the food from this hotel so many times already since our time there! Fresh, delicious and plentiful.... a great variety of dishes and the Shiraz was the best I've ever had! I literally dream about the hummus 😂. But truly, we would come back here to visit for a longer trip and know it would be worth every penny! We highly recommend it; it's close to a tram station (which we took to Jaffa Street) and the staff and food will not disappoint. Thank you, Olive Tree! 🤍✨

This hotel has very poor customer service. We reached at 8:30pm from Cairo and there was nothing to eat at the hotel, no one to take our baggage to the room. When asked we are told this is a self service 3 star Hotel. Do they expect even the aged clients to do the same. In India from where I come even a 2 Star hotel will not treat you like this.

Comfortable room. Not set up for plugging in electronics. No outlets in bathroom. Love the service. Taxi rides were arranged for us several times and were on time. Our luggage was handled by them efficiently. Food was excellent. Very friendly English speaking service. Sketchy people on the street and graffiti. NOT QUIET

The rooms were a bit outdated and the AC units did not seem to be able to keep up to keep the room cool. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful and the location close to the tram for easy access around town.

Excellent location. 20 minutes walk from the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. The breakfast buffet and Supper Buffet are very high quality and very generous. I gained 10pounds even with 17k steps every day.

We didn't really spend a lot of time at this room but it was definitely within good standards and the restaurant had good food the location is a little bit away from shopping or the center of town. But the is a few stores within the complex that are very nice and there's a nice bar downstairs as well.
