Great hotel. The location couldn't be better, across the street from the train station but tucked away in an alley so you don't have the impression that you are close to the train station. Classic hotel breakfast when it comes to continental breakfast. The rooms are clean and cleaned regularly. In the room, you get everything you need, if anyone needs a huge TV. The staff is ready to help and they proved to be great when they didn't cause any problem because we accidentally made an appointment through booking in 2025 and not 2024, and we didn't notice it until we got to the hotel. Without any panic, additional charges, etc. they provided a nice room for us and let us be their guests. All the best and well done!

Nice friendly staff. 1st day we had to leave very early, kindly enough to give us packed breakfast. Large rooms and lovely ambience. Near public transport & the train station · Near the city center; shopping. Convenient and good.

I booked a class double room for three nights (€544 for 3 nights), just checked out on 6 June. When I arrived, they gave me “one double room”, as the picture I showed, I thought it might be too small for double room, but I had a plan so I didn’t ask them about. When I returned there in the night, I asked the receptionist, did you give me a single room? She told me it’s a double room for single, I was “WHAT”?, I paid double room price, because I want more space and bigger bed even I am solo travel. It doesn’t mean I’m alone then give me a single room. Even the bed didn’t reach 1.6m (as the gave the information on website). After I insisted and dealt with them, they let me changed the room in other building, it’s a really double room now. Even though the window is face to the wall and this building just like totally separate the main building, no staffs at the lobby, at least it’s a “class double room” from their website. They kept insisting they gave me the “double room “ in the beginning, after that they just gave me a “bigger “ double room. Come on.
And breakfast time had a little problem also, it’s a buffet breakfast, when I got my table and went away to get some food, after I returned, the table was cleaned, it’s better to have some sign to let waiters know that the table is being used.
Location is near the station, just it’d be quiet in the night.
(As I saw some guests left the reviews here and the owner defended their staffs, it’s kinda amazing, I wish my boss would like that😂😂)

Interesting hotel with big rooms and stylish furniture from the mid of 20th century. Photos of interesting moments from 70s and 80s all around. The stuff is polite, the rooms are cleaned regularly. The breakfast is good and offers good variety of food you can combine and eat. The location is great, very close to the Firenze central train station and bus station, and in the same time not far from the most famous tourist attractions. Inside it is quiet, there are wooden closures of the windows that can be closed from inside, if you like to have no light at the morning.

The location of this hotel feels a bit like your in wrong end of town. The hotel itself is very dated, Shower had mold and The showers have half doors so part of bathroom is wet. The bathtub floor has almost a “V” shape so its impossible to stand with your feet side by side. We stayed for 10 days in this hotel and the front desk staff was not particularly helpful and or friendly. The ladies were better and the men acted very annoyed if asked for help. Observation-No hotel we stayed in Italy had washcloths and every hotel breakfast buffet has awful runny eggs and practically raw “bacon” (Prosciutto). There is no iron provided here. Florence is amazing but we would not return to this hotel.

We are currently staying at the hotel. The rooms are quiet and have high ceilings and are spacious. Breakfast is great, we especially loved the croissants. Thank you to all the staff.

Clean room, we stayed here while on our honeymoon. They delivered a great spread of fresh fruit and wine. Breakfast was included and was a nice buffet of hot food. Hotel was close to train and town center. We found it handy to use the electric scooters near the hotel.

Great hotel for the price you pay. A four star hotel is a fair rating considering the quality of amenities and services. Definitely an older hotel but kept clean and tidy. Quality upkeep in rooms allowed for a clean and comfortable stay. Linens are very clean and comfortable. The age of the hotel shows in its bathrooms but still very well cleaned and maintained. Complimentary breakfast is a very nice touch and served decent food considering it was included. Staff is extremely friendly, polite and hospitable! Definitely appreciated the stay.

Excellent customer service. Great location right near the the train station and an easy walk to all the sights in Florence. Spacious rooms, good breakfast and top notch staff. The free WiFi seemed to be only usable in the lobby. Would stay here again.
