Not the best hotel, the brrakfast is not great, but it is the best value for money i think. verry good position

A nice cozy hotel in the heart of the Milan city . Metro stations is just a few mins walk away. Milano centrale station is 5 minutes in Uber and 20 minutes by walk. Mr Simona was very friendly and helpful and attended to all our needs . He makes the best hot chocolate. Thank you Mr Simona for making our stay comfortable and memorable .

I tried to contact this hotel via phone call twice as I had a reservation and some requests to make. I started asking if anyone spoke English, but the first time I was rudely interrupted, in correct English, to "call back later" and hung up on me. I decided to wait about 2 hours and call back again, and again I was told "Not now".
They never cared about returning my calls later, which shows me total disrespect and lack of professionalism.
If you have a open business, you should attend your customers needs. I understand you might be busy at a certain moment and can't be on the phone, but you should always be polite and at least return the call whenever possible.

Cheap, cute, and clean family-owned tavern in the heart of Milan, perfect for an overnight after my flight back to the US was canceled. The room is very small and it's obviously a very old building, but newly remodeled and squeaky clean.
My window opened onto a beautiful, plush, green courtyard, video of which impressed my social media story followers. Loved that the room had a working refrigerator, not always the case in Europe.
Booking through a booking site, I added on breakfast for €3. The breakfast -- though continental and light, not heavy -- was worth more than that. The very nice front desk makes coffee for those who have breakfast, I ordered an expresso. Other breakfast fare included various croissants, delicious yogurt cups, blood orange juice and vitajuice, milk, bread, butter, and cold cuts.
A great little hotel for a short stay. My only complaint is that rooms must be opened with a physical key rather than card swipe. I hope the Hotel Montecarlo makes this modern upgrade.

The hotel was 3 stars (as mentioned) and I opted for the classic single room. It was perfect for a single occupancy, with a clean bathroom and an attached balcony. They had 24 hrs concierge and a small restaurant downstairs, making it quite convenient. The location was great, with access to shared bikes (bikemi) parked just near the hotel. Although the interiors of the common space were a bit outdated and the elevator was older, the overall experience was worth the price.

I didn't feel the room was clean. There was a heavy perfume smell in the bed. And the bed was not comfortable at all. It is located in a quiet residential area and Internet was good but if you expect some level of comfort and cleanness I don't recommend.

Nice budget hotel..rooms are adequate..7min walk from metro station..the lift is the slowest i ever seen..be patient
