Very very close to the Milano Centrale Station, literally a minute or two away. It’s perfect for my small family. We love a firm pillow and bed, we got a really great sleep after it! There’s also a lovely cafe just outside for some croissants and coffee if you don’t want to eat breakfast at the hotel.

They canceled my booking without any prior notice. When I arrived, they informed me the reservation had been canceled, yet it still appeared active on Booking.com. I had to contact Booking.com myself to ensure I wouldn’t be charged for a room they never provided. Avoid this hotel at all costs—I regret not reading the reviews beforehand.

No soap. No shampoo. I asked the cleaner and waited...and waited...called the front desk and asked....waited...called again...more waiting. I said I might be a little late checking out because of the waiting. Not possible she said. No apology. Nothing. I would fire her on the spot if it was my business.

If I could rate this hotel 0 stars, I would. I stayed here for three nights during autumn (not even winter) and the hotel reception turned off our air conditioning, claiming that it wasn’t needed because it was cold outside. Excuse me, but we paid for it! Why can’t we use the air conditioning if we want to? I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Do not book with this hotel in spite of its location to the train station. I booked a one-night stay for Sept 18-19 back in February. I even re-confirmed with them in August. Today, less 10 days before our trip I received a cancellation notice along with a second email that a refund is being processed. No explanation and no apologies. Emails and phone calls to them were met with no response. Checked availability for my same dates and it is sold out.
My guess is they sold my room for a higher price as it will be Milan Fashion Week. Absolutely shameful!

Entry is very clean and inviting as well as the halls leading to the rooms. The rooms themselves need some TLC. We barely had enough water pressure to take a shower comfortably. The rooms walls were dirty and my wife woke the next morning with bumps all over her legs.

We have stayed here on a previous trip to Milan that's why we came back, unfortunately we were disappointed. We arrived at about 12 noon and told that we can't check in untill 2pm. We came back at 1.30 and we're told by a very unpleasant guy that we can't check in yet, however the other female receptionist confirmed our room was ready and checked us in. When we got to the room the carpet in the hall was wet and they knew about this because when we told reception they said the shower next door flooded. Then why did we get the room and not transfer us, they didn't. Very disappointing.

Pleasant experience for the most part. The location is very good if you are coming in and out of Milano Centrale Station. My only complaint was that the thermostat was broken and therefore, the room was hot. The staff were very friendly and efficient in getting the room ready.

Well, let these pictures tell if you want to shower in a bathroom with mould. There ventilator in the bathroom is not working, the mould is building up and not treated. For 170euro a night, we expect a decent hotel as per the review. There are 2 different wings to the hotel. The new wing and old wing, as we had to walk past the new wing to get to the old wing. If you’re unlucky and get the older room then this is what you get. Which is unfair, as you probably won’t know which room you’ll be getting. Please do not let guests stay in mouldy room! Those yellow tiles in the shower are mouldy too!

Located near train station. The hotel is so clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. We had checked out on morning but still allows us to rest on the resting area while waiting for our train after lunch.
