Entry is very clean and inviting as well as the halls leading to the rooms. The rooms themselves need some TLC. We barely had enough water pressure to take a shower comfortably. The rooms walls were dirty and my wife woke the next morning with bumps all over her legs.

We have stayed here on a previous trip to Milan that's why we came back, unfortunately we were disappointed. We arrived at about 12 noon and told that we can't check in untill 2pm. We came back at 1.30 and we're told by a very unpleasant guy that we can't check in yet, however the other female receptionist confirmed our room was ready and checked us in. When we got to the room the carpet in the hall was wet and they knew about this because when we told reception they said the shower next door flooded. Then why did we get the room and not transfer us, they didn't. Very disappointing.

Pleasant experience for the most part. The location is very good if you are coming in and out of Milano Centrale Station. My only complaint was that the thermostat was broken and therefore, the room was hot. The staff were very friendly and efficient in getting the room ready.

Well, let these pictures tell if you want to shower in a bathroom with mould. There ventilator in the bathroom is not working, the mould is building up and not treated. For 170euro a night, we expect a decent hotel as per the review. There are 2 different wings to the hotel. The new wing and old wing, as we had to walk past the new wing to get to the old wing. If you’re unlucky and get the older room then this is what you get. Which is unfair, as you probably won’t know which room you’ll be getting. Please do not let guests stay in mouldy room! Those yellow tiles in the shower are mouldy too!

Located near train station. The hotel is so clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. We had checked out on morning but still allows us to rest on the resting area while waiting for our train after lunch.

Hotel felt shabby to me. Location was handy for Milano Centrale but I felt slightly unsafe in the neighbourhood as a general rule. Would be fine for a 1 night stay if you've an early train. Staff were friendly & helpful. Also, the shower flooded the entire room due to poor drainage & design!!

Only stayed for 1 night. Lovely room well thought out and spotlessly clean. Well situated for the central train station. I only had one small concern about the luggage room. We left our luggage in the luggage room for a hour or three before catching our train. When we went to retrieve our luggage we were told that the luggage room was open and we were prompted to go and get it ourselves. I didn’t think that was very secure as we could have taken any other luggage or bags. Otherwise Definitely recommend.

Location: Perfect 10/10 easy to access from Airport buses and central train station
Check-in & out : Smooth and quick 10/10
Personnel : Very kind and helpful, always kind 9/10
Room: A little bit worn out, but clean and comfy. It was too hot during winter and although we asked reception to close our rooms’ heating, we couldn’t sleep properly and had to open window to get some cold air which unfortunately let outside noise enter our room. 6/10
Breakfast: We enjoyed it 8/10
Overall our experience was 8/10 and we may consider to stay again in this hotel in our future trips to Milano.

Nice central Milan location. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and room was basic but very clean and fairly spacious. The only issue was the shower, it had great pressure and hot water but it was an elevated open shower with no lip at the open door so any time you took a shower it absolutely flooded the floor of the bathroom. The view out the window was dismal but we didn't get the room for the view.
We didn't get the breakfast but it looked like a nice breakfast area and meal.
I would definitely stay here again but they really need to work on a fix for the shower.

A pretty nice hotel, near the central station.
Very convenient, as it was very close to the metro station for the green and yellow line.
My room was too small; nevertheless always clean and tidy! I guess I had to pay attention to the photos on the site and choose a bigger one..!
People working there were super-friendly and always willing to help (thus the 5stars rating)!
The area doesn't feel safe, especially if you like walking back to the hotel at night!
