Very good and calm area
Not much around the hotel. Everything include McDonald's or supermarket need at least 15 mins walks. The room has no air cond at first but fixed and some rm smells bad too.
The reception staff is kind and helpful. They managed to change my room after the second night. However, they didn’t seem surprised or concerned about the issue, although mould can cause serious health issues especially for people with asthma.
Second room was better, but still had a strange smell. Cleanliness was still not up to standards, as I found hair on the bathroom wall with the towel hangers. The shower drain was also clogged.
Overall, the rooms look and feel very old at least on the 4th floor (I saw a room on 1st floor which seemed better; it didn’t have the dirty & mouldy carpet so it was smelling okay).
For a 4 star hotel, this is very disappointing.
