Disappointing Stay Due to Poor Service and Lack of Consideration

I recently stayed at Bianca Maria Palace, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite giving advanced notice to shorten my stay, the hotel completely disregarded this information and charged for the full booking, including the cancelled dates. The front desk staff were extremely unhelpful and refused to assist with resolving this issue.

In addition to this major inconvenience, several other aspects of my stay were disappointing. The air conditioning in the rooms was inadequate, failing to cool the room sufficiently, which made for uncomfortable nights. The cleaning staff had a habit of moving my personal belongings, leaving them in ridiculous places, and they neglected to replace the water in the room.

Furthermore, breakfast was not prepared at 7am as advertised. This caused significant inconvenience, particularly as I had early commitments on each day.

Parking was another issue. Despite not being able to pre-book parking at the hotel, we were directed to a parking facility a fair distance away, which cost a considerable amount per night. The staff failed to mention the on-street parking available directly behind the hotel. As someone unfamiliar with Milan and its parking rules, this parking was not immediately evident.

Overall, the poor customer service and lack of attention to basic amenities greatly detracted from my stay. I would not recommend Bianca Maria Palace to anyone seeking a comfortable and hassle-free experience.
