Good but not great hotel.
The hotel was very complete with everything necessary and it was fully cleaned and prepared. Service was great but breakfast was lacking unfortunately. The colorful lights (its some kind of therapy idk?) in the bathroom were a little bit tacky. The location was not good either since it was pretty far away from the typical tourist stuff. It was a little bit overpriced due to this location issue. Though, I am very thankful for the wonderful service and rooms

Disappointing Stay Due to Poor Service and Lack of Consideration
I recently stayed at Bianca Maria Palace, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite giving advanced notice to shorten my stay, the hotel completely disregarded this information and charged for the full booking, including the cancelled dates. The front desk staff were extremely unhelpful and refused to assist with resolving this issue.
In addition to this major inconvenience, several other aspects of my stay were disappointing. The air conditioning in the rooms was inadequate, failing to cool the room sufficiently, which made for uncomfortable nights. The cleaning staff had a habit of moving my personal belongings, leaving them in ridiculous places, and they neglected to replace the water in the room.
Furthermore, breakfast was not prepared at 7am as advertised. This caused significant inconvenience, particularly as I had early commitments on each day.
Parking was another issue. Despite not being able to pre-book parking at the hotel, we were directed to a parking facility a fair distance away, which cost a considerable amount per night. The staff failed to mention the on-street parking available directly behind the hotel. As someone unfamiliar with Milan and its parking rules, this parking was not immediately evident.
Overall, the poor customer service and lack of attention to basic amenities greatly detracted from my stay. I would not recommend Bianca Maria Palace to anyone seeking a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Best hotel I found in Milan. The beds are insanely comfortable, rooms were recently renovated, and it's quiet for a great nights sleep.
Staff was very helpful when I wanted to extend my stay and the bar downstairs/outside is very classy with a lush green vibe

Positives: Nice facilities, good bedroom with very nice bed, very nice bathroom as well. Really enjoyed the breakfast! Parking by the hotel valet was very convenient albeit expensive (as everywhere in Milan). Location is convenient, a 15-20mins walk to the city center.
Negatives: Paid 30€ extra for the dog but didn’t see anything from it. We asked for a water bowl and it never came, it’s the least they could have done.

The hotel is clean, room is spacious and almost right on the center. The price is very reasonable given the above facts, so we we will definitely come back.. One small thing that could possibly be improved is the delivery of the car from the parking to the front of the hotel.

We got our room 20 min later. Everything was clean and comfortable. Car parking is 25 eur/day.

Me and my daughter stayed in this hotel and couldn't find any fault. Room clean, staff friendly and attentive, very close to central (Dome)

Great hotel, everything looks newly renovated. Friendly & helpful staff, breakfast is really good with lots of options. Location is good, about 15 min walk to Duomo.
