Reviews
The room was small, with dust on the bed and table, and the carpet was quite dirty. There were also mosquitoes in the room.
The towels were only prepared for one person. I was traveling with my child, but we were given a room designed for elderly or disabled guests. The furniture and bathroom were clearly adapted for that, which I didn’t really understand — maybe the hotel was fully booked.
The price was high, but the service didn’t match. The swimming pool is not available after 6:00 PM, which was disappointing.
On the bright side, the breakfast was very good.
The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working, even though the heat inside was unbearable. I reported the issue twice to the front desk. They kept telling me “everything is working fine,” while my thermometer clearly showed 28°C in the room.
Technical issues can happen — I understand that. But what’s unacceptable is that nothing was done by the second night, and I was told the technician “didn’t have time.”
No solution, no follow-up, no consideration. A very disappointing experience. Definitely not up to the standards this hotel claims to offer.
