We've stayed in this hotel in August 2024. Overall we had a good experience, however, WE WERE ROBBED in the hotel. Either room cleaning ladies or mini bar inspector who came into our room daily took €250 from our bag. BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THE STAFF GOES OVER YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS when you are not in the room. 👀Obviously you need to keep valuables in the safe, however, for the 4 stars hotel, having the staff robbing costumers is NOT ACCEPTABLE!
On the other hand, We would like to express a separate gratitude to Eleonora, who is in charge of the breakfast service. She is absolutely amazing!

The restaurant is absolutely ridiculous. We paid for breakfast which was truly disgusting. When we tried to sit outside and order regular drinks we were told we were not allowed to and had to leave. They watched us walk in and immediately told us to leave. I will not be returning to the restaurant. The hotel needs to re evaluate how they treat customers who pay. If I could leave a 0 star for treatment I would. If I had the names of the manager and waiter I would leave them in this review. Very disappointed. I was told if I wanted a drink I needed to go to the bar. I went to the bar like they told me just for it to be closed. It was truly frustrating. The hotel its self was great.

We just stayed at the hotel and and had a fire alarm coming off at 1 am in the night due to technical problems. The fire alarm went off at least 20-25 times and they couldn’t make it stop. We were denied a refund for a night where we did not sleep at all. The service is a catastrophy and the staff very unfriendly. I do not recommend staying here.

Centrally located, delightful hospitality, adorable room with perfect patina and modern conveniences. Easy to walk to the Duomo, Galleria and restaurants galore. But mostly, the kindness and welcome by everyone there made it a wonderful start to our trip.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in May 2024. No complaints. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The bathroom was big enough and clean. There was shelf underneath the sink for storage. The staff were friendly. We did not have any problems with anything. The elevators were functional and clean. The AC worked.
Breakfast was great. They had a barista serving coffee. Sometimes there was a line, but the coffee was good. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant a couple of times. The food was good not exceptional. Dessert was good. Price was reasonable for the location.

Superb location just around the corner from the Duomo. The rooms are a little outdated in style but the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Service was friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast spread.

The location of the hotel is super, you can go everywhere very easily. The hotel is also very clean and comfortable, the employees are very friendly and cute, we were very pleased. I would also like to thank the hotel staff

This hotel was a savior, we booked same arrived even though they said there were no rooms but then i checked booking and there was availability and showed it to them. But in overall rooms are beautiful and clean and great location

this is the worst hotel i have ever stay in my life. we got robbed in the lobby and the manager there could not care less. he even accused us, that was the most absurd thing. i have never experienced such a thing with so little empathy. on top of that the bathroom had a poop to welcome us, the breakfast was very poor and the waiter badly educated. there is no need to contact you have not done anything while we were there so what will you be doing now that we all left

It was just OK overall. The good: Central location, friendly effective staff, my room was quiet and had been updated, and it had a comfortable bed. The included breakfast had a decent selection. Contrary to some other recent reviews, I didn’t notice any evidence of bedbugs (and I checked).
The bad: The room showed some wear and tear, and there were cleanliness issues: fly spots on the curtains, crumbs around the minibar, and a black (ink?) spot on the bedsheet which spread when I tried to wipe it off. The shower had many mildewy spots in various corners and leaked a lot onto the floor.
