Bad service, rude, noise in the corridors during the night, dulcis in fundo, I have been picked up without permission, at a distance of two hours from the check-out, 200 euro from my credit card saying they had burned a bedspread.

More than a hotel one night.
Carpet now dead of old age, a smell of dust in the room unable to send (and ignore), paint missing at times in the room and finally a beautiful bathroom in which the shower did not even have the drop-down list.
I wonder how such a place could meet the standards that are required even for 1-star.

Terrifying! I and my employees and we go to them for work ... in practice, we only slept ! Those few hours that we spent in this hotel have been nothing short of amazing !
As soon as you arrive for check-in , we immediately had a really not very professional.
The receptionist asked me for a deposit because I rifutata to leave them to him , probably unattended, on working equipment (needles, plates etc.) to a value of about 1000 euro.
We arrive in the room, and horror ... towels dirty and a tremendous stench in the room, not to mention the dirt.
The following evening, on returning to the room we also found ants! A squalor ! It really is incredible that this establishment is still open ! It's indecent!
Don't go there absolutely !

I would have a hard time recommending this hotel. The beautiful entry space does not match what one finds inside. When I got to my room and turned on the lights, it was quite dark. This apparent attempt to save on lighting creates a very depressing atmosphere. The carpet was old and worn out, so the blue fantasy design was more nauseating than appealing. The lock on my window was broken. When I told them about this, they didn't offer to change my room or even apologize. And that was the general tone of my visit: they just didn't seem to care. The next morning, after my late night out, the phone rang with a wake-up call that I hadn't ordered. I called to let them know, so they might contact the person who hadn't received his/her wake-up call. Again, the lack of interest or concern: no apology, and the only reply: 'Well, I can't wake EVeryONE!'
At breakfast, in the small dining area, the waitresses had the same uninvolved attitude and didn't seem to want to answer my questions or fulfill any of my special dietary needs.
The only thing they seemed to care about in this hotel was that I shouldn't walk out with the key. While I was voicing one complaint at the front desk, the clerk was staring obsessively at the key and trying to get it from me.
Although I paid a discount price because of some miles I was spending, I didn't even think it was worth that amount.
