Very close to the Central Train Station. So I chose it to take the train for the airport next day. Good breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location, just over 100 meters away from the train station, a 5-minute walk. The hotel has complete facilities, thoughtful room service, and a complete and high-quality toiletry set. In addition, the hotel has a gym, but it is charged separately.

This is a cracking hotel, quite luxurious, beautiful rooms, and a really good price for Milan. I've stayed here twice, and both times, I really enjoyed the accommodation.
It's 5 minutes from the main train station, there's a supermarket and bakery across the road, bars and restaurants nearby, but the main centre is either a 20 minute walk, or a subway ride away.
The only downside... sorry, the breakfasts are a bit miserable. Not much choice, and and my Latte was flat-cold on the 2nd day I was there. Quite nice cakes and croissants though.
I really do recommend this hotel though, and would happily stay here again.

Everything is great, but to have zero possibility for any snack, any room service etc in the evening is not acceptable for a 4☆ hotel

Hotel was a 5min Walk from the Milano Centrale Train Station.
Located about 30min walk from the Duomo.
Room 307
Plenty of Room for storage, Bathroom was big and very warm. Shower was very good hot and powerful.
Safe and Fridge in Room
No Kettle.
Room Tax was 5.00euro pppn
Room was a little noisey seems every 30mins you could her water Boiling.
Bed was comfortable.
Breakfast...good selection of food.
Struggled to get served a hot drink.

The hotel is very comfortable and two steps from the central station, the room clean and heated with the furnishings a bit vintage but still well kept.
The breakfast nothing special and very crowded, the staff extremely kind and helpful.

Breakfast was good, reception is alright but rooms are depressing. My store room has a better vibe than this hotel room.
I entered the room and in a minute, I got depressed. Four stars for the breakfast and location .

If you don't mind the room facilities are a bit old, it's actually very good
It was very cold that day, and it was very warm inside, very good! I have encountered many very new Milan hotels, and they are not necessarily as good as this one.
The location is very good.
The single bed is the largest I have ever encountered!!!

There’re other hotels that are closer to the train station but this one is not too far. Not many tourists on the street and the surrounding is quiet ( except the train but it’s not too loud). Clean and bright environment !

Old type hotel, located near Centrale station is the only positive point.
They don't provide electric kettles until asked .
Also, they don’t even provide basic amenities like coffee pouches, coffee creamer & sugar pouches etc. these are even provided in ultra basic hotel.
Their WIFI sucks…it doesn’t works properly and even if it does, that is so slow.
Overall 2/5 for my genuine experience.
One of their staff member at the reception is very rude rest all are very nice & friendly.
