iQ Hotel Milano

IQ Hotel Milano is definitely a hotel I would stay in again. It is in close walking distance to the Milano Centrale train station, in which we used for a tour we went on.
The Hotel is laid out well, and the view from the restaurant is worth it.
They have a business center that I used, it faced the busy street and sidewalk which was nice to look at while on their computer, they have an apple computer and printer to use.
We stayed on the second level of the hotel and had a great view.
Our room was clean, tidy and smelled good. I haven't stayed in many hotels that the amenities both in the fridge and counter were complimentary. You don't see that every day I loved that.
The breakfast was the best I have ever eaten in a hotel; the presentation was perfect!
They have a phenomenal chef there that knows how to prepare food and present it. The breakfast staff was very friendly.

We recently had the opportunity to stay at the iQ for an unanticipated extended period of time due to an illness that changed our trip plans. It could not have been more pleasant. The cleanliness of the rooms after daily service was outstanding. The breakfast was excellent each and every day. But it was the staff that made the stay so pleasant. They were always cheerful and helpful beyond expectation. Highly recommended if you are looking for a clean, modern, reasonably priced room near Milano Centrale.

Now I understand why the hotel is called IQ. Because in Milan, it's an intelligent choice to stay at this hotel. It's not more or less than what we need. The staff is endlessly kind (special thanks to Veronika at the reception). The hotel is very stylish, but free from excess. It is tasteful and modern.
It is in a perfect location, right across from the central train station. The real surprise was the breakfast, which was incredibly diverse and plentiful. Special thanks for the freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices. The bar, gym, and SPA area are also excellent. Small, but very pleasant after a tiring day of sightseeing.
I can only recommend the hotel.

Our family of 4 spent two nights here recently and had a very pleasant stay. The quadruple room was spacious and had good air conditioning. We loved the complimentary welcome drinks on the rooftop, as well as the daily replenished drinks in the room refrigerator. Veronica was very warm and friendly and helped us discover the canal area for dinner. My foodie son highly recommends the breakfast buffet. Convenient location next to Milan Centrale station.

We LOVED our experience at the Hotel IQ in Milan! The staff is SO HELPFUL. Very kind people speaking excellent English. Willing to help on any front - in advance of our visit and during. The rooms were clean and offered all necessities including no charge beverages in the mini bar -the location - 5 minutes from the central train station - was ideal for us. You can get anywhere in the city by the convenient metro system based there. The day we left, we had an early morning train and would miss the unbelievably delicious buffet breakfast which opened at 7am. So they allowed us in early - at 6:45am, and again the staff was very welcoming and helpful.
We can’t praise the magnificent buffet breakfast enough - fresh fruits, cheeses, meats, eggs cooked perfectly, sweets - a variety of coffees, and juicer machine - YUM.
We plan to stay at the Hotel IQ in Rome now because of our great experience here.

The location was excellent, near the train and metro station
The staff were very helpful and polite.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
The restaurant/bar and breakfast were also high quality

Great staff, excellent breakfast at the top of the hotel, room was big and extremely nice and clean. Free complimentary mini bar.
Will definitely return as the location near Milano Centrale train station is a huge plus.

Great location across the road from the central train station. Rooms were fully equipped and even allowed complimentary use of all of the mini bar for the first night. Highly recommended!
