Great location, clean and bright room with smart TV and air con. Strong shower head. Nice staff.

Milan is not a cheap place to stay but the IQ provided great value. The rooms are up-to-date, clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The drinks and snacks in the mini bar are all complimentary which is a nice touch and the self service laundry is a lifesaver on a long biz trip.

In a very convenient location, its closed to Centrale Train Station in a walkable distance. There’s lots of restaurants next to the hotel👍🏻

The room is clean and tidy, as we asked for the hangers for clothes, they responded to us very fast! Only one thing to drawback was the heater in washroom was not working.

The breakfast is very nice, the staff refill the food and drinks quickly and they’re so helpful!

Overall it’s a great stay in iQ Hotel Milano, I would recommend everyone and stay there again :)

Everything is perfect.

IQ Hotel Milano is definitely a hotel I would stay in again. It is in close walking distance to the Milano Centrale train station, in which we used for a tour we went on.
The Hotel is laid out well, and the view from the restaurant is worth it.
They have a business center that I used, it faced the busy street and sidewalk which was nice to look at while on their computer, they have an apple computer and printer to use.
We stayed on the second level of the hotel and had a great view.
Our room was clean, tidy and smelled good. I haven't stayed in many hotels that the amenities both in the fridge and counter were complimentary. You don't see that every day I loved that.
The breakfast was the best I have ever eaten in a hotel; the presentation was perfect!
They have a phenomenal chef there that knows how to prepare food and present it. The breakfast staff was very friendly.

IQ Hotel Milano boasts an unbeatable location, situated just a 3-minute walk from Milan Centrale Station, making it an ideal base for travelers. The rooms are adequately sized and maintain a satisfactory level of cleanliness. A standout feature is the drinking water machine, eliminating the need to purchase bottled water. However, light sleepers should be aware of potential noise disturbances, including vibrations from nearby trams and occasionally noisy air conditioning units. The staff's helpfulness is noteworthy, particularly their willingness to store luggage for extended periods - a convenience I personally appreciated when leaving my bags for four days. Despite the minor noise issues, the hotel's prime location and thoughtful amenities make it a solid choice for those prioritizing convenience in Milan.

We recently had the opportunity to stay at the iQ for an unanticipated extended period of time due to an illness that changed our trip plans. It could not have been more pleasant. The cleanliness of the rooms after daily service was outstanding. The breakfast was excellent each and every day. But it was the staff that made the stay so pleasant. They were always cheerful and helpful beyond expectation. Highly recommended if you are looking for a clean, modern, reasonably priced room near Milano Centrale.

Now I understand why the hotel is called IQ. Because in Milan, it's an intelligent choice to stay at this hotel. It's not more or less than what we need. The staff is endlessly kind (special thanks to Veronika at the reception). The hotel is very stylish, but free from excess. It is tasteful and modern.
It is in a perfect location, right across from the central train station. The real surprise was the breakfast, which was incredibly diverse and plentiful. Special thanks for the freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices. The bar, gym, and SPA area are also excellent. Small, but very pleasant after a tiring day of sightseeing.
I can only recommend the hotel.
