It is a very decent hotel if you're not looking for a luxury one. The receptionist Eleanor was very approachable, always ready to help. The dining room ladies were efficient, quickly replenishing anything that ran out. I don't know all their names, but they were amazing. Thanks to Valentina for her impeccable service. However, during our week there, on two occasions, the room smelt (of sewage, from the bathroom). Fortunately, the smell didn't linger for more than a few minutes each time. I hope the management looks into that. Also, the doors are not soundproof, so it was easy to be woken up by departing guests in the early morning. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay.

The rooms was okay, the four of us stayed there for three nights, BUT every day our key card for the room stopped working. It was horrible.
Whenever we returned tired from our daytrip, we had to have our card replaced, which meant on some days to wait in the lobby, due to other residents checking in, for half an hour.
Beside that, the breakfast wasnt that good. A lot of cakes, barely greens, and we guessed, the smashed eggs werent real.
Cant really recommend, but the staff was nice.

We had a delightful stay at the Ibis Styles Palermo Cristal during our visit to Palermo. All the front office and service staff were exceptionally receptive and cordial, always eager to help us in every aspect and treating us like family. The hotel was also generous enough to provide us with an early check-in, which was helpful after our long haul journey from India.
Our room could comfortably accommodate our family of three and was kept neat and tidy. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of items with more of an English than Italian flair.
Located in a prime spot, the hotel made commuting to various places easy, with plenty of local food and shopping options nearby. Additionally, the hotel has a group of trusted drivers available for airport transfers and local travel assistance.
As we were checking out early in the morning to return to our home country, the front desk staff touched our hearts by offering to pack our breakfast in a special box. Than you very much, Ibis Styles Palermo Cristal; we would definitely come again if we return to Palermo.

Reason : Unhappy with quality of stay
Comments : On 19.05.2024, at 15:50, the male staff working at the hotel reception gave information about me that he should not have given to the unknown taxi driver who came to the hotel, such as my personal information, family person count and my friends and total person count, exit information. On 18.05.2024 at 00:30, the same staff disturbed us by calling my room directly, even though he knew that I had a baby, and again gave my personal room information to the owner of the restaurant across the hotel and had my room searched. How can an employee of a hotel that I trust and choose because of its brand act so casually and unprofessionally? Does ibis hotel not provide any training to its staff? The reception even wanted to collect the wrong bill from us, as if it was their own job, due to the mistake of the restaurant across the street. Does this hotel organize the bills of the restaurants on its streets? After this embarrassing incident, I went and solved the problem at the restaurant, they apologized, but the hotel staff did not have the decency to apologize, and they shared all our personal information in an unsafe manner with people they knew nearby, such as restaurants and taxi drivers. I hope our passport information will be safe after us! I am astonished and condemn this hotel and its staff.

First of all, we did not give the wrong table number, the restaurant themselves brought the wrong bill and they apologized and said it was our mistake the next day. The answer you gave is more shameful than what you did, you are a very rude business. You are such poor quality personnel that you deliberately imply that we paid a small amount to the restaurant because you think we are like you. My comment to you is just a little. I will no longer waste my time on a low-quality business like yours. not to see you again!!!

The building itself showed some cracks and could do with some maintenance, but the room was spotless and the room was big and had airconditioning. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The staff are kind and polite. The room is large but old. The air conditioner is old and doesn't cool very well. Housekeeper is not good enough. Do not clean even if it is dusty. generally weak, so I don't really care. Breakfast is delicious. Convenient location. The bus stop is also a 1-minute walk. But not 4 stars. If it is 3 stars, it is sufficient cost performance.

The staff at the reception a blond girl and a brunette were so rude and aggressive when we complained about them charging double the price of the actual tax per night per person required to be paid as per local regulations shown on the internet. Would never stay there again!

The hotel is located in a very nice area and close to everything. They also have a Collaboration with a parking garage very nearby which is very helpful as most of the point of interests can be reached by walking form the hotel.
The best point of the hotel is the staff. We had an issue with our booking and the front desk staff Eleonora was extremely helpful and resolved the matter in the most professional way and always with a smile. She even followed up to check if everything was ok. The next day the General manager also spoke to us and checked if everything was in order. This is a sign of a great team.All the staff including in the restaurant were always willing to assist us with anything and everything.
I would very highly recommend the Hotel and will happily come back to stay next time I am in Palermo.

They put the IBIS hotel chain to shame. At breakfast, they only had coffee substitute and as a milk same, powder substitute. If you wanted an espresso, you had to get it from the reception 2 euros. Non-soundproof rooms, you couldn't sleep because of the noise of the cars. And the mattress is like concrete, bed was breaking your back. Per all, below standards, aggressive staff. I do not recommend.

Excellent customer service, breakfast was beyond expectations, variety of food for all tastes. Walking distance for all amenities and the staff was friendly and helpful
