The pluses: The room is clean and large. The wifi is good. The location is central. There's a decent shower. Front desk staff really tries.
The minuses: The thermostat doesn't actually do anything (my room was rather warm). The location is VERY loud at night -- bring earplugs or noise cancelling headphones. I got woken up by drunk screaming arguments from the plaza in the middle of the night two nights. You get one towel at a time -- not fantastic if it's 36c out and you want to shower twice a day. Hotel policies are strange -- it was really difficult as a non-EU resident to get an invoice confirming stay, very unusual for an internationally-branded hotel. (Again, the front desk staff tried, it seems like they are just not set up for international business travelers).
There wasn’t any particular service that makes it special and they don’t have free parking so we had to take our car somewhere else which wasn’t convenient
Location is very very walkable.
Front desk service and location was perfect.
AC, internet and TV worked well.
Housekeeping could have been better. Body wash was not replaced twice!
Breakfast was delicious.
Rooms were smaller but comfortable.

The AC wasn't very powerful. It wasn't an issue for us since we stayed in spring time but might be more of an issue in the summer.
