The building is ugly and the piazza it stands in looks uncared for. The rooms are poorly lit and need redecorating. Security isn't great you can move around the hotel without a key card. The lift buzzes for overweight if more than 3 people get in. Staff, showers, beds are all good, the quality we normally experience at Ibis

Had a great stay, particularly for what I paid and would have given fully glowing review if it wasn’t for the wifi being so slow, if it worked at all, which made my stay SO SO SO SO frustrating. Unfortunately had I known this I wouldn’t have booked the hotel at all.

There is usb sockets in the room however they don’t work and there is only one socket for the room. Also the mattress is only a mattress topper so not very thick. The staff were helpful in lending a plug.

Honestly, staffs are friendly and nice. But the customers are always in long line and we hv waited for over 20 mins to wait for check-in…

the worst check in of my life, when I arrive late with payment for my first 3 nights with my rewards points my credit card is refused I had spent too much the previous week, having 3 nights paid I ask for my key to have my room specifying that I was going to pay for the 4th night the next day, the receptionist who does not correspond to any of the recommended Accor values, refuses to give it to me even though 3 nights had already been paid for, I had to run quite a bit far away at an ATM after a tiring trip, when passing with my luggage he didn't even offer to keep it.
I am an Accor gold member and I was treated like nothing.

My stay overalls experience was not bad. Professional staffs, the room was clean enough. Trams and bus stop next to the hotel.
The distance from Milano Central station is not too far, with a 15-20 minutes bus or trams ride from the hotel.

Somewhat far away from the city. But transportation was easy. You can take metros or buses at anytime. Staff was very good. Even we didn’t have any kettle in the room the staff provided hot water once we phoned. Will stay again.

The worst experience at a hotel. Unprepared staff. The lady who greeted us was arrogant 3 times I went down to the reception because the roomcard didn't work. after 30 minutes an employee came and opened it with a special device, only to see later that the water does not flow to the toilet. After a long journey, to have something like this ... h
very unpleasant. We went to visit and I told the lady about the problems encountered to which you "would you prefer to change your room?" Unqualified for her job in hospitality ,is not inadmissible ,no apologies . We got another room ,but this thinks should not happen in a 4 stars hotel.
Breakfast was good and service also.With regret i would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel .
